Bahan tteok
- 150 gram tepung beras
- 20 gram tepung tapioka
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 150 ml air panas
Bahan rabokki
- 1 keping mie
- Daun bawang, porong serong sekitar 2 cm
- 1 sdt bubuk teri Pawon Ibun
Bahan saus
- 1 sdm gochujang
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 1 sdt gula
- 1/2 sdt bubuk kari Pawon Ibun
- 1 sdt minyak ikan
Cara membuat
Untuk tteok, didihkan air, pada wadah terpisah campur semua bahan dan aduk rata
Tambahkan sedikit demi sedikit air, aduk, jika sudah hangat uleni hingga bisa dibentuk
Pulung sebesar ibu jari, masukkan ke dalam air dan tambahkan minyak goreng, tunggu hingga tteok mengembang
Diamkan selama 15 menit di dalam air panas, didihkan kembali selama 10 menit, tiriskan dan masukkan ke dalam air dingin
Potong-potong sesuai selera, sisihkan
Untuk rabokki, didihkan 200 ml air, masukkan saus dan semua bahan bumbu, tes ras, jangan terlalu asin karena nanti ditunggu hingga air menyusut
Setelah air tinggal sedikit masukkan mie, tutup panci sebentar, lalu matikan api
Tata di wadah dan taburi daun bawang
Rabokki pun siap disajikan
Menyantap rabokki sembari menonton drama kesukaan tentunya akan semakin asyik. Selamat mencoba!
