Korn - KoЯn (1994). Few days ago was 25′s birthday of the album. 

On the cover I see child that probably lived in small town, she have not much places where she can go and play. And not much children and adults with who she can communicate. So when the Stranger came to her, she is very interested, she is ready to go with him anywhere and not scared about he can hurts her or she get lost. In my opinion the lyrics are about adult with such child’s soul who get bored, they’re lost even though the world is big. But this is a cruel world, and that’s because they allow to be involved into things like drugs or relationships. This Shadow Man represenst such things. 

About musical side - it is not the first Korn’s album that i heard, but it is one of my favorite. I was about 10 y.o. when i heard Korn in first time (now i’m 27). I was shocked of Jonathan’s vocal, his microphone and their’s outfit) I did’nt know english much when i was younger, and i haven’t internet to search of  lyrics, so i judge bands only by their sound. I was impressed of Jonathan’s manner of singing, all this barking and growling things, it is sounds like your dog sings) And espesially i love the sound of bass guitar.
