After many attempts to string together the aspects of meal prep, I finally conquered the beast! It was a challenge from figuring out the amount of vegetables to cook, what to season and how much, the amount of carbs to prepare, to which pans and equipment to use and how many containers they’d fit in. I’m missing protein for now but I’ll save that to tackle for next week. For now, breakfast and lunch meal prep ✔️is in the bag for 2019! So it’s not all about presentation and I did burn one (it still tasted ok) but I’m well proud of myself that I just cooked pancakes without adult supervision and didn’t set myself or my kitchen on fire and there are no burns!
