Yugiri is at the Gold Saucer for the Make It Rain Event! :D She's in Round Square.
So of course I had to take a look around for other NPCs in costumes. The only other one I found is Jihli Aliapoh (primary Hatching-Tide NPC) in the Event Square.
Though I did also find Ultros in Event Square, and Kipih Jakkya (the Miqo'te journalist) in Entrance Square.
I wouldn't be surprised if I missed someone, but meh, I'm glad to have found who I did (and have better things to do than scour every corner of the Saucer lol)

Miqo'te are and Miqo'te do
Would Hrothgals come and fantasia over you? Or wiggle your ears and tail, a Miqo’te stay? When you’re Gridanian, Archer and Adder There are more females, fuzzy memory this be based Same thing with MenMiq, some are post-EW interactions When this become a Jellicle song?
Looking back before Dawntrail hits. Is long with a mix of timeline, post-EW and NG+ pics. If you don’t see them, either I don’t have pics or hadn’t met/unlock them or forgot.
Event Miqo'te and the four/five(?) Miq'ttens are left out of this. Miq'tten would get their own piece for lols.
ARR
Most if not all the Miqo'te women are belong to ARR and are in Gridania and Limsa. Does Ul'Dah see them as being closer to beasts? What about Hrothgar?
A Realm Reborn
Leih Aliapoh was Hylnyan’s mentor and everything was Moon Miqo’te from here. There’s at least two more Miqo’te hanging around the guild. Her Archer quest is linked to Pawah Mujuuk of the Coeurlclaws
Miah Molkot, Took a bit of her lore for Hylnyan since they both from North Shrouds. Skirmishes with the birdmen and all. Do her quest line(Hostages of Fortune), she’s a birding cat like Hylnyan.
Do Delivery Moogle quest, The Past Is a Story We Never Tell is about the Lizeh sisters and Coeurl Claw women and the way they are treated. It triggers a Coeurl King fight (FATE not FATE?). I don’t have the Coeurlclaw women pics. Was still new and the notion of timelines diversion from Meteor (aka follow cinematic jobs) and duty trust addon accidental gaslighting hadn’t hit me yet.
Una Tayuun and here I was thinking we might have a quest to get her memories back. Cat distribution system is active in the Scions company(technically two males and three female excluding Miqo'te WoL ).
Forgotten spring Miqo’te women and their skirmishes with the Amalj’aa and tied into Amalj’aa tribal with Loonh Gar.
I remember J’moldva from the Blacksmith questline (her of the groovy red shades). And then to see her pop up with Arevnvald and V’mah Tia, it be like squee after how J Tribe were name dropping her the whole time Hylnyan was questing around Ala Ghiri. Totally fine with Hellfire Phoenix senpai being DPS trust in Skallac trust run as she has Ala Mhigan ties as well.
If its not obvious enough I adore Commander Rhiki for no reason other than her design. And that she’s a Triple Triad buddy
Heavensward
In another life Hylnyan could had been Renda-Rae. I kinda end up thinking that she could Jehantel’s shard since her early glory days of the hunt mark seeking and losing her team sounded like him.
It will always be funny that Widargelt’s three main disciples and one antagonist are Miqo’te. The cat distribution system favours this man.
Mujih Mewrilah, Botany quest journalist despawned while her Ivalice sister remained in Kugane. The Raven journalists do be wearing uniforms like Events Miqo'te Kipih Jakkya. All Saints' Wake 2024 edition.
Q'yantaa of Tailfeathers questline I did because Hylnyan was suppose to eventually go to Idyllshire with her mate to start a new life pre ARR. And treating Tailfeathers as a rest stop to learn about their surroundings and offer their skills is a thing they would do.
Zhloe and the Custom Delivery crew are all in Metian Gear until further notice
Stormblood
M’naago and the M tribe folks/related FATEs. Something about how Hylnyan’s footprint in the Ala Mhigo regions was rather small and that most Miqo’te tribes and resistance folks are more aware of her military involvement than her WoLness (much notes about Hylnyan’s area of influence being region based later). While common folks sees her as just another hunting Miqo’te.
J'olhmym, J'olhmym, J'olhmym. M'zhet thinks you're the one for him~~~ Of tribal quest. Vaguely recall J tribe in FATEs / side quests and there were various NPCs namedropping J’moldva in the Ala Ghiri region. That one questline in MSQ involving an Garlean mayor/captain(Baut) of Ala Ghiri
Shadowbringers
Qeshi-Rae aka Hylnyan’s “twin”(looks and personality) was already wearing this hairstyle before Claudien. Facet of Gathering was a post EW followup quest series for me.
It felt like there were more male Mystel roles in ShB and I’m very likely forgetting Crystarium staff and Kholusians somehow
I have not unlock Dancer
Endwalker
Very likely forgetting Sharlayan folks in Labyrinthos (sorry Hamlet and Ragnarok crew) for not standing out somehow. Non Miqo’te NPCs seems to ping my radar more this expac
Bonus
Fray when you’re a Miqo’te too.
The nameless young lady in Haurchefant’s office seems to be one of the rare Miqo’te in snowy place. Unless there are more and I can’t find them
What do you mean Alliance Grand Melee Adder isn’t Tyoh Moui?
Only doing Miqo'te since Hylnyan Miqo'te.

FFXIVWrite #7: Morsel
Kipih Jakkya was not one to take "no" for an answer.
She'd won the scoop of the year when the lost Prince of Lucis had somehow been deposited in Thanalan, and she'd been all over it. She'd been certain that this would be the article that would finally get her words onto the front page of The Raven.
Noctis had been surprisingly indifferent to the journalist's pestering, and formulated well-worded responses to all of her queries. Some of the needling questions that Kipih had tossed at him had shocked Cassandra at their impertinence, but Noctis had been unphased. Later, he'd explained to Cassandra that he'd had something he'd called "media training" in the course of his duties as prince of the kingdom of Lucis, and speaking with reporters was familiar enough, an annoyance more than anything.
The article had been nearly finished when he'd taken the Regalia and headed home through a portal made by, well, not Garuda as she'd known the primal at any rate. Kipih had cornered Cassandra (who'd had no such training as the prince had described) and peppered her with questions in an attempt to wrap up the whole thing and get it to the presses, and the vaunted Warrior of Light attempted to form her thoughts into a cohesive enough format to be both useful and allow anything Noctis said to her in confidence remain private.
The night they'd camped under the stars together in the Black Shroud had been enlightening and comforting, two burdened souls who were able to be more honest with each other than with their dedicated retinue who unfortunately did not have the same demands put upon them. They'd sat until dawn, the weightiness of their tasks and the expectations of their worlds shared with another who for the first time could understand better than any other. And when the filtered light of the sun had begun to peek through the tangled canopy, they'd begged off sleep entirely and gone fishing at Noctis's insistence, Cassandra happy to learn how to cast a line at his side.
When a few years later she happened across an amnesiac Clive at the Burning Wall and was escorting him through Thanalan to see if anything about might jog his memories, a certain miqo'te was not about to let another such goldmine of an opportunity slip past her. "Cassandra!! Don't tell me, is this another lost prince from another realm?? I need all the details you can give me! A crumb, a morsel, anything you've got!!"

O #TheRising deste ano é mais que especial, pois além de muitas novas jornadas que começam a cada ano, o evento marca também o aniversário de 10 anos de #FFXIV! Mas por que Kipih Jakkya está tão preocupada?

FFXIV Mount Quest: Active Now - Sept. 13 - Oct.16 2021
For those of you who played FFXV, now’s your chance to nab your very own Regalia! It seats four people, and has different looks for driving and flying. (I’ve been waiting two years for this quest to come back around). Besides, Noctis is kind of hilarious, you know, in his own broody way.
To pick up this lvl 50 quest, go to the main Aetheryte in Ul’dah, hang a right, and talk to the NPC Kipih Jakkya. The quest it titled “The Man in Black”.
Also pictured is my husband’s Regalia that he got in the last event with @kunoichi-ume‘s Cobi and her husband along for a cruise.

Starts Tuesday (in Ul’dah).
Need to be lvl 50 to do the quest.
Along with the mount, outfit, and hairstyle, there’s a triple triad card and some orchestrion rolls too.
Fun fact, the NPC that starts the quests, Kipih Jakkya, was also the NPC for the Lightning / FFXIII crossover quests.

Kipih Jakkya here, bright-eyed and sharp-eared, bringing you the latest in exorcisms, ghost-hunting, and other strange phenomenon.
A question for my faithful readers: who's not afraid of no ghost?
If you said "Johnny Bahamut," unfortunately, you would be wrong.
The Ul'dahn regular apparently caught wind of the latest troubles involving Haukke Manor and decided to lend a hand in clearing out the once-prominent manor house of the many unwanted guests that lurk inside.
As it happens, however, Johnny has a penchant for letting his mouth get him in way over his head. After he had not been heard from for several bells, a search party went in after him.
At almost the same time, the Ul'dahn gladiator flung himself through an open window and fled from the manor, yelling for the Twelve to save him.
As it stands now, the situation at Haukke Manor is still unresolved, and so Gridania is calling on adventurers from all over to assist the Wood Wailers in cleansing the taint inside. I pray you answer the call to arms!
Till next time, may the Twelve watch over keep you - and Johnny Bahamut - safe.

20.[bisect]
A piece of a transcript of an interview, first run in The Raven, during the peace talks to negotiate the end of the Dragonsong War. The interviewer, Kipih Jakkya is identified as “K”. The Warrior of Light is identified as “H”.
It is important to note that this is not the full transcript nor the version of the interview that went to press. It seems it was cut, though Kipih saved this portion.
H: Before and after.
K: Could you tell me what you mean?
H: It’s. [pause] Well, look at you. There’s a then and now for you. Back then, sometime, you started with the Raven, yeah?
K: Yes!
H: And now here you are, talking to me. Someone saw what you did and pushed you a little further. Your efforts back then in the past paid off for you now. I remember reading your piece just before the Calamity in Buscarron’s Druthers, worrying about the moon. Hadn’t even left for Limsa yet.
K: So you are saying you do not look at your achievements the same way?
H: No. Before. The before I started, I was no one. I had no plans to be anyone. I was a green recruit picked for an assignment concerning a primal. It went… badly.
K: I remember reading about that in the Harbor Herald.
H: But if I was never there, I wouldn’t be here.
K: No? Are you sure you are not just downplaying your own accomplishments? H: No, I’m sure. You would be talking to someone else. Maybe she would have done things different. Better or worse. You would still be here. But not me. This is the After. It’s a sharp line, it… my life is split very cleanly. Titan and everything after did that.
K: What do you think of your accomplishments then, if I may ask? Certainly no one expected an end to a thousand years of war!
H: I killed a man. And watched some others die. The ones that did had more of a stake in this. It wasn’t fair.
K: But Ser Aymeric credits you with helping uncover the truth about King Thordan, how they betrayed the dragons’ trust won by Shiva.
H: Him and a dragon are the ones talking peace now. If you want to talk about the end of a war best you go to them. I ran to Ishgard to escape a bad banquet, remember?
K: I think your admirers would find you too modest!
H: Mayhap. What sort of article is this for?
K: It is to be a personal insight piece! A chance for people to learn more about you on a personal level.
H: Oh.
H: Then I stand by what I said. Please put it in.
K: I understand. Might I ask instead then: with the war ended and you and the Scions' good name restored in Eorzea, what are your plans for the future?
H: I don't know. I couldn't say.
K: Truly? An adventurer such as you?
H: This was never my intent. For all I know tomorrow I shall be in Thavnair.
K: [laughs] Fair enough, though you cannot deny it wouldn't be exciting.
H: Mayhap I'm not the only one at this table curious about going another way.
K: Mayhap! But I must say I think I'm the only one here enjoying her work!
H: I thought I had been more than clear.
K: But surely-
H: Not one whit.

Nymeia Potpourri
Kipih Jakkya: As in...flowers mixed with spices? That aromatic stuff you see in bowls on parlor tables and the like? Wandering Minstrel: The very same. Except my potpourri will delight the eyes as much as the nose, thanks to the alchemical wizardry infused by my co-conspirators. Wandering Minstrel: Yet even without such enhancements, the scent of Nymeia lilies is known to promote calm and tranquility. Wandering Minstrel: The Rising is a time of remembrance. Of mourning. It is a time when sorrow can overwhelm folk who lost friends and loved ones in the Seventh Umbral Calamity. Wandering Minstrel: It is my hope that the lily's gentle perfume will afford such burdened souls a modicum of peace during this ofttimes melancholy memorial.
Mimio Mio: Ah, I know this scent... Nymeia lily, yes? Mimio Mio: The flower is often placed on the graves of the fallen, a practice with which I am, alas, intimately familiar. Why choose this particular bloom? Mimio Mio: I see. Perhaps the perfume does remind one of the peace of repose, rather than the violence which took our companions from us. It would seem the minstrel has given the matter some thought. Mimio Mio: For Carteneau veterans such as myself, the season of the Rising can be a torment...like the throbbing pain of an old wound. I will keep this bundle close, I think, and breathe in its calm whenever I feel my thoughts turning grim.
Kipih Jakkya: Yes, they were unexpectedly forthcoming. I was regaled with many an anecdote from those who lived through the Calamity, and privileged to hear their treasured memories of those who did not. Kipih Jakkya: Back when the Calamity was poised to strike, I had only just earned my reporter's quill. I was rushing around town, questioning adventurers and taking notes... Kipih Jakkya: But as Dalamud descended ever lower, the streets erupted into chaos. It was then that I fled with my younger brother to the border and relative safety. There were a few less-prudent friends and colleagues who might still be here if they had done the same. Kipih Jakkya: In the years since, the world has risen from the ashes. I've done my best to rise along with it, but there are things I cannot─nay, should not─forget. Such are the thoughts which blossom in my mind when I breathe in that potpourri's perfume.
Rising Attendant: Although the Nymeia lily is best known as the flower one leaves upon the graves of the departed, the bloom traditionally represents a prayer for safe passage. Rising Attendant: The lily's scent is also said to possess a calming effect. Thus did we hope to produce and distribute a potpourri which would encapsulate the message of the Rising, even as its gentle perfume worked to soothe the troubled hearts of those bereaved by the Calamity.
Wandering Minstrel: I really must apologize for pressing you into service for my potpourri scheme. I tend to consider adventurers as fellow wanderers, and call upon the assistance of your kind with little reservation. Wandering Minstrel: ...As for the gifts themselves, there was another reason as to why I chose the Nymeia lily. Traditionally, the bloom is said to represent a prayer for safe passage. Wandering Minstrel: The way ahead yet promises more hardship, and I wanted, at the very least, to wish you─all of you─the smoothest road for the coming journey.
