Jentry Chau vs. the Underworld...

Man, what a GREAT series. I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish, and I'd like to see a second season!

Like, do Michael's parents know about his visions, and where did they come from? Will we see more of Solar Tang? What other possible threats will the characters face? What will become of Peng? Is there a possible romance between Tokki and Stella????

I've seen fans also express they want to see Kit return, and... I kinda agree. His sacrifice will not be in vain, but he deserved better honestly.

I get some much comfort from some of my stuffed animals. Elmo is my most cherished one. Although I don't carry around stuffed toys with me anymore, the memories I've had from them, from the ones I kept, to the ones I sadly had to throw away, or even sell to be loved by another person/child, they meant a lot to me. I do have newer ones I got in recent years, and I got them solely because they make me happy and relate more to my special interests. From Ice Cream Kitty, to Todoroki, to Jiji, and Toothless (which I got at Universal Orlando), they have some important meaning to me, even as a 25 year-old adult.

all your stuffed animals love you. they're not sad if they're in a box, or on the floor, or not held/played with as much. they understand. they know that you might need another stuffie more, or that you don't have enough space. they're just happy to be with you, and if you ever give them away, they'll be happy there too. stuffies are for comfort. they understand. they love you too. it's okay.

just watched kimmy’s vlog and based on her demeanor and how she worded things i’m like almost sure she didn’t resign from smosh on good terms.

the way she said she was “transitioned” to an associate producer role. she didn’t say she got promoted (which would obviously have a positive connotation), she didn’t say she applied for it… it makes me think they put her in that role (more on why later) and she reluctantly accepted it? like she felt like she had no choice?

and how she kept saying she “wasn’t gonna spill any tea” bc that’s not “who she was”… why even have this disclaimer if she left smosh on perfectly good terms?

but the MAIN one being that she missed performing on camera. which all but solidifies my earlier theory that they didn’t want her to be on camera anymore, they offered her an associate producer role instead, and it was either accept that or leave smosh.

but my theory as to why they didn’t want her to be cast anymore…. really the only thing i can think of is that, with the addition of arasha, angela and chanse maybe smosh felt like the cast was too big? and out of all of the cast members they thought she was the least funny or memorable? and firing her for that would be too mean (or maybe even illegal???) so they asked her to take a producing role instead even though she didn’t want to stop being on camera? idk.

also the fact that smosh didn’t post an official goodbye for kimmy like they did with jackie a few months back. yeah this definitely gave “i’m still friends with the cast but fuck smosh” vibes.

Just gonna mention how great Sean Chiplock is as Kinger. I'm not entirely familiar with all his stuff, but guy's got range. After the latest episode, Kinger is just another prime example of those chops. Makes you laugh and cry at the same time.

I've also done some thinking. I know what I want to do for a portfolio and I would like to work on it- but doing commissions full time on top of it might not be the best plan for me.

1st option is bumping up the prices again and possible add-ons for color. The quality for sketch illustrations has continued to increase since i first opened them. I just need to improve on my motivation and speed of getting them done

2nd option is taking a pause on full time art again. Finish what work I have now and do a part time job while making up a portfolio.

I thought sharing my thought process lately would make me feel better, but I kept finding myself lost in my wandering thoughts and feeling helpless. So I'll end it here. I dont even know where I was going with this.

I just want my art career to work man. That's all.

Oddly enough, I was roughly the same age as Rapunzel when Tangled the Series started (with the slight acceptance of the prequel film/special), and I was also nearly the same age as her in the finale.

Rapunzel was 18 when Tangled the Series started, and when it ended, she was about 21 years old. With that said, I was a few days short of being 21 when the finale aired.

i do not know why but one of my fav gags to write is character A accusing character B of looking like a celebrity they only tangentially look like to get a reaction out of them (ie josh calling conrad justin timberlake), and as i'm messing around in my outline i get to an old note where i have jack call chris a "dave coulier looking motherfucker" and i do not know why that's what past me landed on but uh

now the desire to describe like wringing blood from a stone as an until dawn/the quarry/full house crossover has grasped me by the throat alkdsjfklsjf

I'm not really looking forward to this movie and the fact it's another live action remake, BUT they did something right with Stitch here. That's already a pro about the film, and I just want to take this blue dude home with me.
