𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐓: 5. "What was I doing in your dream?"
Tumblr media
𝐓𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦
A gentle knock roused you from sleep, though you barely stirred. Your mind lingered in that hazy place between dreaming and wakefulness, desperately clinging to the remnants of the vision that had held you captive moments before. The sound of the ocean, the taste of salt on your lips, the warmth of a rough hand against your own—all of it slipping away like sand through your fingers.
Another knock, firmer this time.
You groaned, stretching beneath the covers before reluctantly rolling over. Your heart was still hammering in your chest, the dream refusing to loosen its grip.
“Come in,” you called groggily, rubbing your eyes.
The door creaked open, and there he was—standing in the dim light of the cabin, his presence as commanding as ever. Captain Killian Jones.
You swallowed, the sight of him sending an unwanted jolt through you. His black leather coat was unbuttoned, revealing the deep red shirt beneath, slightly unlaced at the top. His hook glinted in the candlelight, though his other hand rested on his hip, his expression full of amusement.
"You look like you've seen a ghost, love," he mused, stepping inside and closing the door behind him.
You sat up quickly, gripping the blanket like a lifeline. "I—no, it's nothing."
Killian arched a brow, the corner of his lips twitching upward. "Oh, I very much doubt that." He took another step closer, tilting his head. "You were muttering in your sleep."
Your breath hitched. "I was?"
He nodded. "Quite a lot, actually. And my name came up more than once."
Your eyes widened. Heat flooded your cheeks, and you immediately looked away. Curse him for being so perceptive.
Killian chuckled, moving toward you until he stood at the edge of the bed. "Care to tell me what I was doing in that dream of yours?" His voice was laced with teasing curiosity, but there was something deeper beneath it—something dangerous, something that made your stomach twist.
You opened your mouth, then closed it again. Absolutely not. There was no way in all the realms you were telling him the truth. That in your dream, his lips had been on yours. That he'd whispered your name against your skin as he pressed you against the mast of his ship. That you'd felt the scrape of his stubble against your cheek as he kissed a trail down your throat, making you shiver.
No, you couldn’t tell him that.
"It was nothing," you lied.
Killian hummed, unconvinced. He reached out, his knuckles brushing a stray strand of hair from your face, the touch so featherlight it made your breath catch. "Lass, you’re a terrible liar."
Your stomach did an unwelcome flip. He was far too close now, his scent—salt, rum, leather—wrapping around you like a spell.
"I dream about a lot of things," you tried again, forcing your voice to stay even. "Doesn’t mean anything."
Killian smirked, eyes gleaming with mischief. "Oh, but I think it does."
You glared at him, crossing your arms. "Are you always this insufferable?"
"Only when I know I’m right," he quipped.
You groaned, flopping back onto the pillow. "Fine. You want to know what you were doing in my dream?"
His smirk widened. "Enlighten me."
You took a deep breath, summoning every ounce of courage you had. Then you turned your head to look at him, eyes narrowing.
"You were swabbing the deck."
Killian blinked. "I was what?"
"Swabbing the deck," you repeated, biting the inside of your cheek to keep from grinning. "Muttering to yourself about how you should’ve been the one to peel the potatoes instead."
A slow grin spread across his face. "Clever lass."
You shrugged, feigning nonchalance. "You asked."
Killian chuckled, shaking his head. "And here I was, hoping for something a little more…" He trailed off, letting the implication hang in the air.
You ignored the way your pulse quickened. "Disappointed?"
"Not in the least." He leaned down then, close enough that you could see the flecks of ocean blue in his eyes, close enough that his breath ghosted against your lips.
Your heart slammed against your ribs.
"But," he murmured, "if you ever do have a… different sort of dream about me, love—" his voice dipped lower, rougher, more dangerous— "I do hope you'll share the details."
Then he pulled back, winked, and strode toward the door, leaving you breathless and cursing him under your breath.
Smug pirate.
And yet, as you lay back against the pillow, heart still racing, you knew the worst part.
You absolutely would be dreaming of him again.

Fluff Alphabet
Tumblr media
Hey my lovelies back with another fluff alphabet, my requests are open and my guidelines are pinned to the top of the page! Credit to cafekitsune for the banner and the divider!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A = Affection - How afectionate are they? Do they like recieving affection etc?
Killian is an extremely affectionate person. Physical Touch is one of his love languages. He also likes you to be affectionate with him. Killian can be quite cheeky with his affection. Sometimes being affectionate to get a reaction out of you.
B = Bathing - Do they like to bathe or shower alone? What's it like to share a bath or shower with him?
Killian prefers showering with you. Killian witnesses bathing as an opportunity to relax, to talk about your days, to allow you both to soak off the week. A shower is another opportunity for Killian to roam his hands over your body, perfect for kisses and intimate moments. Being in a relationship with Killian means rarely showering alone.
C = Cooking - Can they cook? Do they like to cook? Would they cook for you? What type of dishes would they like to cook?
Killian is not the best cook in the world. In your relationship, you would do the majority of the cooking. Killian would not be eager to learn how to cook, he knows the basics, and he can get by. However, he doesn't enjoy the process.
D = Dates - What type of dates would they like to go on? Do they like to plan dates? Be taken on dates? How frequently is date night? etc
Going on dates is something Killian isn't used to. He knows how to court someone, but the modern idea of dating is confusing to Killian. You would have to teach Killian about all the activities you could do for a date. It could be quite fun, Killian would be happy with it too. It gives him an excuse to spend time with you.
E = Effort - How much effort do they put in? How do they show their efforts? Are they either an all out or all in kind of person?
Killian is an all-in kind of person. He's never going to do anything half-arsed. He knows early on if he wants to put effort into your relationship. Killian shows his effort by giving you his quality time being affectionate and merging his world with yours.
F = Family - Do they want to have children? What would family life look like? How many children do they want? etc?
Killian wouldn't be opposed to having a family, however, he's in no rush for it. He'd want his children to enjoy life on the sea as much as he does. He'd be a stern parent, wanting the best for his children. Killian would also love telling them stories.
G = Gentleman/Lady - How much of a gentleman/lady would they be? Would they hold out doors for you? Pull out your chair? Walk on the road side? etc
Killian is a gentleman in his own loveable rouge way. He's not going to be sweet, but he is charming and protective. No one is going to hurt you and get away with it. He will keep you out of harm's way. He'll open doors out for you, only to whisper something in your ear.
H = Honeymoon - Where would they like to go on honeymoon? What would it look like? etc
Killian would like to spend his honeymoon with you on the Jolly Roger. He'd like to travel across the oceans with you taking you to all his favourite spots. The length of the honeymoon would depend on you both. Killian wouldn't mind if you went away for a few days or several days to a couple of months. Only providing it's just you two.
I = I love you - How long would it take them to fall in love with you? How would they confess? Is it a big deal to them etc?
It takes a while for Kilian to fall in love with you. He doesn't expect to at first, Seeing it as nothing more than playful flirtatious banter yet it unexpectedly blossoms. Telling you is a big deal to Killian, he searched for the right moment. He fails on several occasions. He wants you to know he's serious and committed to you, so for Killian, the moment has to be just right.
J = Jealously - How easily do they get jealous? What makes them jealous? How do they react when your jealous? etc
Killian is a jealous person. He doesn't take too kindly to approaching you or flirting with you. He's naturally a possessive person. He has two forms of approach, direct and non-direct. Either way, he's not going to let it slide.
I've got a jealously headcanon here which goes into more detail.
K = Kisses - What kisses are they more likely to give? What kisses do they like to recieve? etc
Giving; Neck kisses, passionate kisses, come back to bed kisses, possessiv kisses,
Recieving; Good night kisses, good morning kisses, passionate kisses, sleepy kisses etc.
L = Love Language - What's their love language(s)? What languages are they most receptive to?
Killian's love language which he's receptive to and one of his love languages is physical touch. He prefers to show his emotions rather than have an emotionally deep conversation with you. Killian's secondary love language would be gift-giving. He'd surprise you with random things he'd found on his journeys to give you.
M = Marriage - Do they want to get married? What would being married to them look like? Do they want a large or small wedding? etc
Killian wants to get married more than he lets on. He wants you to have his last name. He wants to bind you together forever. When Killian marries you, there is no going back for him. Killian's not fussed over how big or small the ceremony is as long as he gets to marry you.
N = Nicknames - What nicknames would they use for you? Do you give any to them?
You; Love, Sweetheart, Darling, My Sweet, Beautiful,
O = Obvious - How obvious are they? What gives them away? Their face or actions?
It's difficult to tell if Killian likes you or not. He's naturally flirtatious and charming, it's difficult to tell if he's being serious about you. Even others around you can't tell if he's doing it because it's naturally him or because he likes you. Killian does have to be blunt with his intentions. Being more physically affectionate etc. In the end, Killian does have to have a conversation with you about his feelings and his intentions.
P = Public Displays of Affection - Do they enjoy PDA? How comfotable are they with PDA?
Killian loves public displays of affection. He does it in a kind of possessive way of telling everyone around, you belong to him. He also can't get enough of you. He's affectionate because he wants to me, if not being a little bit cheeky at times. Killian's always pushing boundaries of what's suitable in public.
Q = Quality Time - How do they like to spend quality time with you? How do they make time? Can they communicate effectively when they need quality time with you?
Killian loves traveling with you. He loves spending time with you on the Jolly Roger exploring the world together. It's his favorite way to spend any time with you. Kilian is not the best communicator, so when he needs to spend time with you, he'll eventually drag you away from whatever's taking up your time.
R = Romantic - Do they consider themselves romantic?
Killian considers himself to be romantic. He knows how to make you swoon. He knows what you like, so he'd considered himself to be romantic. Although, he finds himself learning about confusing courting methods. He's not going to follow all of them because he thinks some are odd. He does like to bring you flowers and chocolate from time to time.
T = Tease - Do they like to tease you? If so, how?
Yes, Killian does love to tease you. he likes to see you caught off guard when he whispers something into your ear. Killian feels powerful with the knowledge he can get a reaction out of you. It's usually by whispering something provocative in your ear.
U = Umbrella - Would they hold an umbrella for you? Would they kiss you in the rain? Dance with you in the rain?
Killian doesn't understand the point of umbrellas. It comes from spending so much time on the ocean, that he's experienced rough seas. There's not much you can do and it's only a little water. However, will he kiss you in the rain? Absolutely, he doesn't need the rain to find an excuse to kiss you. Dancing? He doesn't dance, and he doesn't want to lose his reputation, but if you ask him enough, he will just for you.
V = Vanity - How do they see themselves? Positively or negatively? What's their favourite part of their body etc?
Killian likes what he sees in the mirror. He sees himself as rugged and handsome. His favorite feature is his face. He believes that is the body party that attracted you to him in the first place.
W = Whole - When you're apart do they feel like part of them is missing? How do they deal with being apart from you?
Kilian can handle being away from you, it doesn't mean he likes it. He doesn't like being away from you for too long. A couple of days at most. While you're away life continues as normal, however, his mind flickers to you frequently.
X = Xtra - An extra headcanon
Killian keeps a picture of you in his pocket. He doesn't like most modern technology, however, cameras have proved to be useful. Now he can keep a picture of you wherever he goes. He can look at it whenever he pleases.
Y = You - What do you they like most about you? Favourite body part etc?
Killian's favorite of your body would be the whole thing. There is not a part of your body he doesn't like. His favorite part of your personality would be your ability to keep up with him. He needs someone who can keep up with him and the fact you do makes him even more eager.
Z = Zzzz - Sleeping headcanons
Killian likes to be the big spoon. He also sleeps by the door, if someone is going to attack you while you're sleeping, he wants to be the first person they make contact with. Killian doesn't sleep with his hook on, but his sword is placed beside his bed.

“Fated” - Killian Jones x Princess!Reader
Tumblr media
Masterlist
Pairing: Killian Jones x Princess of Agrabah!Reader
Summary: Years after a short but unforgettable meeting with Captain Killian Jones in Agrabah, you’ve moved on and are now engaged. But when a visit to your sister reunites you with the pirate who once captured your heart, old feelings resurface, challenging your resolve. As your wedding day draws near, you're caught between the life you’ve chosen and the love you thought you had left behind. In a world where duty and desire collide, you must decide if you’ll follow your heart or honor your obligations.
Warnings: Angst, unrequited(ish) love, mentions of an arranged marriage, possible cliffhanger
The sands of Agrabah seemed like a lifetime ago. The memories of warm desert nights and the aroma of exotic spices filled your mind as you looked out over the familiar horizon, lost in thoughts of what once was—and what could never be again. It had been years since you last saw him, and you had tried so hard to leave that chapter behind. You had even convinced yourself that you had succeeded. Until a night weeks ago… Fate has a strange way of dredging up the past when you least expect it.
When Jasmine invited you to visit Storybrooke, you thought it would be a chance to escape the pressures of your upcoming marriage, a way to clear your mind before stepping into your future with Amir, the noble prince to whom you were now engaged. You didn’t expect to find the one man who could unravel all your family’s carefully laid plans with just a glance. It had been a quiet night in the small town, the air thick with the scent of pine and earth—so different from the heady perfumes of Agrabah. You had just stepped out of Granny’s Diner, the warmth of the cozy establishment clinging to your skin, when you heard a voice you thought you’d never hear again.
“Y/n?”
You froze, the world around you falling away. It was impossible. This was Storybrooke, a world far removed from the one you had shared with him. And yet, there he was, standing before you. Captain Killian Jones. The pirate who had stolen more than just little trinkets from Agrabah all those years ago.
“Killian,” you whispered, your voice barely audible. The sight of him sent your heart into a frenzy, memories crashing over you like waves against a rocky shore.
He took a step closer, his eyes scanning your face as if trying to convince himself that you were real. “I never thought I’d see you again,” he murmured, his voice laced with a mixture of wonder and pain.
You swallowed hard, your mind racing to catch up with your emotions. “I didn’t expect to see you either,” you admitted, forcing yourself to maintain your composure. “What are you doing here?”
“I might ask you the same question, love,” he replied, a hint of his old roguish charm creeping into his voice. “But it seems our paths were destined to cross once more.”
Destined. The word lingered in the air, heavy with the weight of all the things left unsaid. But before either of you could say more, another voice cut through the tension—a voice that pulled you sharply back to reality.
“Y/n, there you are.”
You turned to see Prince Amir, your fiancé, approaching with a warm smile. He was every bit the regal, composed prince you had always imagined marrying—kind, honorable, and dedicated to his people. But standing there between him and Killian, the contrast between the two men was stark.
“Amir,” you greeted, your voice faltering slightly as you tried to compose yourself. “This is Killian Jones, an… old friend from Agrabah.”
“An old friend,” Amir repeated, his smile tightening as he shook Killian’s hand. “How fortunate that you should meet again. Though, I do hope this is a brief reunion. We have much to attend to before our return to Agrabah.” The words hung in the air like a death sentence. You knew what Amir was implying, and so did Killian. You could feel the weight of your impending marriage bearing down on you, the choices you had made now seeming more suffocating than ever. You could feel Amir’s gaze on you, but at that moment, it didn’t matter. All you cared about was the man standing before you, the one who had haunted your dreams for years.
“I won’t keep you,” Killian said, though his eyes never left yours. “But perhaps, before you leave, the princess might spare a moment for an old friend?”
Amir looked like he wanted to refuse, but you placed a calming hand on his arm. “It’s alright, Amir. I’ll see you at home in a bit.”
Amir stiffened beside you, but he didn’t object. With a slight nod, he released your arm. “I’ll be waiting,” he said, though his eyes held a warning that this conversation couldn’t last long. As Amir walked away, you turned back to Killian, your heart pounding in your chest. He finally faced you, his expression unreadable.
“Killian,” you began, but he cut you off with a shake of his head.
“Don’t,” he said, his voice raw. “Just… tell me, are you happy? Is this what you truly want?”
As you stood there, with Killian so close, memories of your time together in Agrabah flooded back. The secret meetings, the whispered conversations, the way he made you feel like the world was full of endless possibilities.
“I don’t know,” you admitted, your voice trembling. “Everything’s changed. I’ve changed.”
“But have your feelings?” he pressed, stepping closer, his voice low and urgent. “Tell me you don’t feel the same way, and I’ll walk away. But if there’s even a part of you that still cares for me…”
“Killian, I—”
You stopped, the words catching in your throat as the past rushed back to you. You remembered the first time you met Killian in Agrabah.
You were a princess, living a life of luxury and duty, content with your role until he sailed into your world. The moment you met him, something shifted inside you. He was everything you were supposed to avoid—dangerous, unpredictable, a rogue. But you couldn’t help it. You were drawn to him, like a moth to a flame. Days turned into nights as you spent more time together, sneaking away from the palace to explore the vibrant streets of Agrabah, talking for hours about your dreams and fears. And somewhere along the way, you fell in love with him. But you never told him. How could you? You were a princess, bound by duty and tradition, while he was a pirate, free to live by his own rules. The love you felt was a secret, something you kept close to your heart even as you knew it could never be.
Then one day, he was gone. No warning, no goodbye. Just… gone. You tried to forget him, to move on, but the memory of him lingered like a shadow that refused to fade.
Now, standing here in Storybrooke with him so close, those old feelings came rushing back. But the reality of your situation was unavoidable. You were engaged. Your life was set on a different path, one you had no choice but to follow.
“Killian, I can’t,” you whispered, your heart breaking as you spoke the words. “I wish I could, but I can’t.”
His face fell, the hope in his eyes fading to sorrow. “I lost you once,” he said quietly, “and now it seems fate is determined to keep us apart again.”
“I haven’t forgotten,” you said, your breath hitching. “But those were just dreams, Killian. They could never be real. You reminded me of that when you left”
“It was a mistake.” he pleaded, his eyes searching yours for answers. “Why can’t we make them real, Y/n? What’s stopping you from choosing your own happiness?”
You glanced down at the engagement ring on your finger, the symbol of a life you had agreed to—a life that, until this moment, you had convinced yourself was the right path. But standing here with Killian, all those certainties seemed to crumble.
“My family, my people… they expect me to marry Amir,” you said, your voice barely above a whisper. “He’s a good man, Killian. He’ll be a good husband and an ally for Agrabah. I owe it to them—to everyone—to fulfill my duty.”
“Duty,” Killian scoffed, his expression hardening. “What about your duty to yourself? What about what you want, Y/n?”
The tears you had been holding back finally spilled over, and you shook your head, helpless against the torrent of emotions that overwhelmed you. “I don’t know what I want anymore,” you confessed, your voice trembling. “All I know is that I can’t abandon my responsibilities. I can’t be selfish, no matter how much it hurts.”
Killian’s gaze softened, and he took your hand in his, his touch gentle despite the turmoil in his eyes. “Loving someone isn’t selfish,” he said quietly. “It’s the most selfless thing you can do. But if you truly believe you’ll be happier with him, then I won’t stand in your way.”
Your heart ached at his words, and for a brief moment, you considered taking his hand and running away from it all—escaping the chains of duty and expectation that bound you. But reality crashed back in, and you knew you couldn’t do it. You couldn’t abandon your family, your kingdom, your people. Not even for him.
“I’m sorry,” you whispered, the words tasting like ash on your tongue. “I wish things were different, but this is the life I have to live.”
Killian stared at you for a long moment, his expression unreadable. Then, with a heavy sigh, he let go of your hand. “Then this is goodbye, Princess,” he said, his voice hollow.
You nodded, though the tears continued to fall. “Goodbye, Killian.”
He turned and walked away, each step taking him further from you, from the life you could have had together. As you watched him disappear into the night, a part of you died, knowing that you would never see him again. You were stuck frozen for a while, watching as Killian walked away until a notification from my phone pulled me out of my thoughts.
‘Why did Amir just walk into the house looking like he’s going to kill someone?’ Jasmine’s text stated, making you smile sadly. As you glanced up briefly towards the direction of where Killian walked before making your way back home. You had barely talked to Amir that night, choosing to let it go as you both spent the night packing and getting ready to return back to Agrabah.
The following day, the weight of your decision pressed down on you like a physical burden. You moved through the preparations for your departure from Storybrooke in a daze, your mind replaying the events of the previous night over and over. You knew you had made the right choice—at least, that’s what you kept telling yourself—but the pain of it lingered, a constant ache in your chest. As you gathered with Jasmine, Aladdin, Amir, and the others for the journey back to Agrabah, you felt the walls closing in around you. The return to your homeland should have been a comfort, a reminder of the duty you had to fulfill. But instead, it felt like a prison sentence.
Killian was there, of course—part of the group accompanying you back. But he kept his distance, his demeanor cool and detached. It was as if he had already accepted your decision and moved on. But you knew better. You could see the tension in his jaw, the way his hands clenched at his sides whenever Amir was near. The journey to Agrabah was long and silent, each passing day a reminder of the life you were leaving behind—the life you could have had if only you had been brave enough to choose it. And now, as the sun dipped below the horizon on the night before your wedding, you found yourself standing alone on the balcony of your chambers, staring out at the party happening in the courtyard. Everyone seemed so happy…so excited for the wedding, so why weren’t you feeling the same? You couldn’t bring yourself to join in. Your thoughts were consumed by the man you had left behind, the one who had walked away from you without looking back…twice.
You were so lost in thought that you didn’t hear the soft footsteps behind you until it was too late. “You’re not celebrating.”
You turned, startled to find Killian standing there, his expression unreadable. The sight of him took your breath away, and for a moment, all the emotions you had tried to bury came rushing back.
“No,” you replied quietly, your voice barely above a whisper. “I needed some air.”
He nodded, his gaze flicking to the horizon. “It’s a beautiful night,” he said, his voice soft. “Perfect for a celebration.”
“Is that why you’re here?” you asked, unable to keep the bitterness from your tone. “To celebrate?”
He sighed, running a hand through his hair. “I’m here to say goodbye,” he said, his voice heavy with regret. “For real this time.”
Your heart clenched at his words, and you looked away, unable to meet his gaze. “I thought we already said our goodbyes,” you whispered.
“Not properly,” he replied, stepping closer. “There’s something I need to tell you before I leave.”
You glanced at him, your pulse quickening. “What is it?”
He hesitated, as if weighing his words carefully. Then, with a deep breath, he spoke.
“I love you, Y/n.” he said, his voice low and intense. “I’ve loved you since the moment I met you, and I don’t think I’ll ever stop. But I can’t stay here and watch you marry someone else. It’ll kill me.”
The tears you had been holding back all night finally spilled over, and you shook your head, your chest aching with the pain of it all. “Killian, please don’t do this,” you pleaded, your voice breaking. “I’m sorry, I can’t—“
“Don’t,” he interrupted, his voice firm but gentle. “Don’t apologize, love. I’m not here to make things harder for you. I just needed you to know how I felt, before I walk away for good.” You took a shaky breath, your mind spinning with a thousand conflicting emotions. You had made your choice, and you knew it was the right one—but hearing Killian’s confession made you question everything.
He smiled softly, though the sadness in his eyes was unmistakable. “Take care of yourself, Princess,” he said, his voice soft and full of longing. “Be happy. You owe it to yourself.” And with that, he turned and walked away, disappearing into the shadows of the night. You watched him go, your heart breaking all over again. As the door to your chambers closed behind him, the reality of your decision settled over you like a shroud. Tomorrow, you would marry Amir and fulfill the duties expected of you. But tonight, you allowed yourself to grieve for the love you had lost—for the life you could never have.
The sands of Agrabah stretched out before you, endless and unforgiving. And as you stared out into the night, you knew that no matter how much time passed, a part of you would always belong to Killian Jones but this was the price you had to pay. The price of being a princess.

Believe (Chapter 1)
Tumblr media
Unknowing daughter reader x Belle and Rumpelstiltskin (Plus the rest of the group)
Summary: You are the daughter of Belle French and Rumpelstiltskin, but you have no idea, being as you were taken from them in the Enchanted Forest. Now, decades later, your parents finally found you again. But they have to make you believe they're your family. Along with the other residents of Storybrooke in this winding family tree.
Warnings: Swearing, stalking (kind of). - there will be more in the next chapters
A/n: I tried this idea, and am really liking it.
Chapter 2
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Feeling the wind blow against your face, you walk briskly down the sidewalk, your heeled boots making a quiet sound against the concrete. The curse had broken over the town a couple months ago. It’s been pretty quiet since then, with everyone remembering and reconciling with their loved ones. Except you. You have no one. You never had.
You grew up in the woods of the enchanted forest your entire life until it came to when you turned 16 and the magical abilities you’ve always inhabited went haywire, made you stop aging. So really, the aging being stopped, mixed with the curse of 28 years, you’re technically around 80 years old. Though your mentality stopped growing, along with your physical appearance from no longer aging.
Your life growing up wasn’t the best. Being real, it was traumatic having no one but yourself to rely on all throughout your life. In an unironic turn of events, the cursed life you lived also had you living with no one to rely on, no fake friends or family, only fake memories of always being alone. Which wasn’t that surprising when you woke back up with all your actual memories. But, hey, at least you were living in a nice apartment instead of the woods, and you still reside there. No more hunting for food or building shelter every other day.
Except there’s one problem. So far, you haven’t had any run in with the saviour or the evil queen (who, thankfully, has chilled and relaxed a lot, becoming more likable to everyone in the town), or anyone else in their group. But the last good week and a half, you’ve been having a feeling of someone or multiple someones following you. And every time you went to check it out, one or multiple of them were always around. It caused you to be suspicious. More than you’ve ever been in this town.
Over the week and a half, you written and clocked out everyone who has been around continuously whenever you had the feeling of being followed. It consists of; Emma Swan – the savior, Regina Mills – The Evil Queen and mayor, Mary Margaret Blanchard – Snow White and ex science teacher, David Nolan – Prince Charming, Killian Jones – Captain Hook, Neal Cassidy – Emma’s ex? (All you really know about him is that he came from New York and he and Emma clearly know each other like that), Belle French, and Mr. Gold – Rumpelstiltskin.
Why they’ve been following you? You don’t want to know, only want them to lose interest in you and find someone else to creepily stalk. It’s not like you’ve done anything wrong in the last couple weeks, not really. This is what you think about while walking along the sidewalk, passing by both run down and lively buildings.
Then comes that feeling again. That siren going off in your head that there’s someone following you. Speeding up, you try to lose them, but you get a glimpse of the person through the window. It turns out it isn’t just one or two of the people from your list. It’s all of them.
All of them are following you down the street. What the hell? You start inwardly freaking out to yourself. You attempt at loosing them again before they notice that you know they’re there.
Two blocks later and some trying to blend in with groups for them to lose trace of you, doesn’t work. You eventually hear someone call out to you, making you freeze. Shit, you think to yourself. You don’t move, not knowing what to do now, this wasn’t on your to do list for the day. There’s no one else around except for you and obviously your personal stalkers now. Where is all the annoyingly cheery people of the town when you need them? Everyone seemed to have disappeared. Just my luck, you think.
“We just want to talk to you” The same person calls out again. You recognize the voice after analyzing it for a moment. The evil queen. No good can come of this.
Choosing your battles, you give in, sighing. You turn around slowly and face the group of people, consisting of everyone but one person, Neal Cassidy, from your list. They’re standing a couple of meters away. At least they’re giving you your space.
“About what?” You finally say after just staring at them. This seriously can’t be any good. They all look to Belle and Rumpelstiltskin. The two who share the same expression. An expression that closely resembles a sort of hope. What would they need hope for? You think.
They both step forward to be a bit closer to you. You raise your eyebrows in question at them, getting a bit annoyed. “Well?” You aggravatedly sigh.
“It’s about your family” Gold tells you, finally breaking the silence between him and Belle. “Oh, then you’ve got the wrong person. I’ve got no family.” You turn away from them, about to walk away. But you’re stopped, a hand on your wrist.
You look down at the hand around your wrist then back up to the woman’s face the hand belongs to. “Let me go” you tell Belle. Good thing is she listened, taking her hand away from my wrist slowly. “I’m sorry, but we need you to listen to us. Trust us.” She looks down at me with those hopeful eyes.
You groan on the inside, not having time for or wanting this crap right now. You look between them both and then at everyone from the rest of the group. You don’t feel right with this, wanting to get away. Quickly, you come up with a diversion that they’ll fall for.
Moving your hands discreetly so no one notices, you create a storm in the sky behind them. Dark blues and purples fill the sky with storming grey clouds. Continuing to create the diversion, you look to the sky behind them with widened eyes and faux confusion.
Working just as expected, the group of them look behind themselves to the darkened, storming sky. As they look away, bewildered at the sight, you make a break for it and sprint down the street and down into the woods that surrounds the town. When you’re out of sight and deep enough into the woods, the diversion you casted breaks. The sky turns back to the regular pale blue it was just moments before.
“What the bloody hell was that?” Hook exclaims at how the storm just disappeared. Everyone looks gobsmacked and in disbelief at what just occurred. Can’t there be one day in this town where something strange doesn’t happen?
Rumple snaps his head back around to where you were standing and sees how you’re no longer there. “She’s gone! It was a diversion” He huffs. There’s no sight of you anywhere. The rest turn around seeing the same outcome of you no longer standing there.
“But how?” Snow asked. How was it possible that you could have done that? “She must have magic. It’s the only reasonable answer” Regina crosses her arms in dismay. “How would she even have magic though? Unless someone taught her” Regina continues before Gold holds his hand up. “Or she was born with it.” He looks to Belle.
She looks up at her husband, taking that possible reasoning in. “That could explain it, yeah. I mean you’re the dark one. And it’s not like we had any time to see If she did have magical abilities when she was born” Belle goes through it, careful with her wording. This is still a careful and emotional topic between the two of them. They’ve been searching for you for so long. Before and after Belle being locked away and the dark curse. Ever since you were taken the day you were born.
“Well, if anything, that is a plausible case. Considering what we just saw and how she’s not here anymore.” Regina sighs, scanning the area, still no trace of you anywhere. “She must have ran,” Charming states. “Then she couldn’t have gone far. We’ll find her” Emma smiles to Belle and Rumple.
Ever since the two of them revealed that they were searching for their daughter, Emma and everyone else saw a new light of Rumpelstiltskin. Even his son, who was albeit not on the best terms with his father but soon put that to rest after they talked through their problems and Neal meeting Belle and learning about their daughter and the story of her as well, in a bit more detail than the others.
Belle smiles to Emma and everyone else, her eyes a bit glossy, while Gold nods with a thankfulness in his eyes, though very hard to see. But it’s there.
They break off from each other, looking around the area to see if there’s anything that could tell them where you went, or at least the direction. Regina, Emma, and Snow search the border between the woods and the street of the town. While the others search around the block and the shops littering the street they’re on.
Regina pauses at one of the trees. She tilts her head to the side, going closer to it. Emma and Snow notice her moving in on the tree and the look on her face. They follow her and stand beside Regina in front of the maple tree. “What is it? Did you see something?” Emma asks, wanting her to elaborate.
“No, not see, but feel.” Regina answers. “Feel what?” Snow asks, confused. “Traces of magic. It’s littered around this tree. And I can feel more deeper in the forest. I think she must have run into the woods.” Regina presses her hand against the cool and rigged bark.
“But how do you know it’s her magic?” Snow asks, wanting to make sure they’re not just following a dead lead. “I don’t, but I have a pretty good feeling considering the way the girl made that storm with a spell, magic would be lingering from where she passed.”
Emma starts nodding, “Okay, yeah, that’s good, it makes sense. I’ll go get everyone and then we can start searching.” Emma walks away from the forest border to go collect her dad, Gold, Belle, and Hook.
Regina and Snow stay back. “Are you sure this will lead us to her? I don’t want to get Belle and Gold’s hopes up if were just going to be met with disappointment” Snow turns to Regina, speaking softly as to not upset the ex evil queen. “I’m as sure as I can be. And if somehow, I am wrong, then I’ll take the brunt from Gold.” Regina offers after a moment of thought.
“..Alright” Snow sighs. They wait there for another few minutes before Emma comes back with the rest of the others in tow. Everyone stands next to Snow and Regina in a group.
“So, how exactly will we find our daughter?” Belle asks, still not completely aware of how this will work from what Emma tried to explain while they were walking here. “I can sense the traces of magic left on this tree. And I can feel more that goes deeper into the forest. If we follow it, then it may lead to her” Regina explains, placing her hand on the tree again.
The others are a bit skeptical before Gold speaks up as well, “I can feel it too. The remnants of magic are strong. I think you actually may be right about this your majesty” Gold smirks to her at the end. Regina rolls her eyes at the ‘your majesty’ comment, but leads the group into the forest, following the traces of magic you left behind as you ran.
As they follow Regina and Gold, the others look around the forest in case there are any other signs of you that was left behind.
Meanwhile, as they search through the forest, you make your way out and end up at the shoreline by the docks. You pant as you catch your breath from running through the woods and almost tripping on all the roots and shrubs. Slowly, you make your way down to the docks, the waves crashing in the sea.
You walk down one of the middle docks and sit down at the edge, legs dangling down above the water. The sounds of the waves splashing helps calms your mind as you go over what those people wanted to talk to you about. They wanted to talk about your family?! That makes no sense, you don’t have one, never have. Your entire life, you’ve been alone, having grown up in the woods of the enchanted forest with no one to rely on but yourself. Your mind rambles on, all concluding that they must have the wrong person.
If only you can leave the town. But of course, the damn spell cursed baracade is up, stopping you from doing so. You just lean your head in your hands, watching the sea, hoping this will die down…hopefully. Though you’re not so convinced.
The others are still in the forest, following Regina and Gold as they track the traces of magic you had left behind. They make their way through the twisted woodland, until they come to a stop in a clearing. It’s a deformed circle clearing with the trees surrounding it and have different trails that lead to different points of the tangled-up forest. “Well, this is just great” Killian swats some bush brambles away with his hook, looking around the cleared out area.
 There are traces of magic everywhere. “Do you feel that too?” Regina turns to the older man. Rumple turns around, feeling the extent of the magic left here. “Yes. Seems our girl is cleverer than we thought” Gold sighs, facing back to Regina and the others.
“Why? What is it?” Emma asks them, getting impatient. “She must have known we may have found out about the traces her magic left. So, she came here to spread magic on every trail she could have taken, making us not know which one to take and lose her.” Rumple explains in depth for what you must have done. He goes over to where Belle is standing and looks at her with a sad smile, wanting to comfort his wife.
“Don’t worry, we’ll find our daughter. One way or another.” As he reassures her, the others get to looking around to see if they could find even a sliver of a hint to which path you went down. “I know we will. We haven’t stopped looking for her before, and we won’t now that we found out who she is. Even if we don’t know her name here” Belle sighs, leaning into Rumple’s arms. He wraps his arms around her, holding his wife close.
“We’ll figure this whole thing out. I promise you” He presses a kiss to her head, his eyes filled with determination to find you.
When they figured out you were here two weeks ago, they never actually found out your name. No matter how hard they tried, they found no record of you, and no one knew you by your name, just your appearance. But they had done a one-time spell to find your location by using the only thing they had left of you from before you were taken from them in the enchanted forest all those years ago – a baby hairbrush. And it led to them finding you sitting in an empty parking lot drawing. They didn’t go up to you, needing to be sure first and notify everyone else, which albeit was fort the best, especially right now. But it was painfully obvious you were their daughter when they first saw you. Your face and appearance look uncanny and so much like a mix of them both.
And your resemblance to them is what made everyone fully believe that I was their daughter. Even Regina. And she even sadly wasn’t any help with who you were, your name or where you lived or anything about you either. It’s as if you’ve been a ghost in this town. Being and living here for the past almost 30 years but never making any connections or revealing anything about yourself to anyone.
“Well for one thing, she definitely doesn’t want to be found” Regina crosses her arms after touching multiple of the tree barks, sensing the same amount of magic radiation off them that will soon disappear with time. “Yeah, it’s starting to seem so” Emma walks over to her.
On the other side of the clearing, Snow and Charming are looking together. Snow gets pulled by indication to where she sees the difference in the ground. She goes closer, crouching down and touching the dirt ground of the forest. “What’d you find, Snow?” David comes up behind his wife, looking down to where she has her hand.
“Look at this, it’s hard to tell from the shape, but it looks like a heel. Like the shoes that she was wearing…And there’s more up ahead.” Snow looks up at him with a smile. Her tracking talents coming in hand in this moment. “Great job, Snow.” He smiles, knowing she just figured out which path you took.
Snow stands back up and calls out to everyone, “I found which way the girl went.” They all turn to her and head over to the couple. Belle and Gold look at each other with the same look before going over as well. “How do you know?” Rumple asks once they get there.
“Look at the ground, there are tracks that look about the same as the heeled boots she was wearing, there are more down the trail. None of the other ways have this. I don’t think this is one of her diversions. Trust me, I had my fair share of tracking back while I was on the run” Snow explains to them, glancing at Regina during the last part. Regina looks away for a moment at how Snow brought up the past and what she had put her stepdaughter through. “Alright” Belle says, smiling softly.
“Then let’s go. It’s getting later, the sun is to set soon.” Hook looks up at the sky.  Snow leads the way this time, following the tracks your heeled boots left in the forest ground as you ran. They make their way through the new twists and turns of this trail, in some distance, it looks like it’s opening from just the multitudes of trees. This makes them walk faster, realizing it must be the edge of the forest, leading back into the town.
MASTERLIST
Tumblr media
In the end, you are grateful in a way. If you wouldn't have gotten that shitfaced, you would never have met him
You are sitting in a tavern. It's late. You felt lonely, and since you didn't have a person to solve this problem with, you decided to use your only friend available. Alcohol.
He's sitting in a corner of a bar, with his crew. He's had a few ales, but is acceptably sober. He notices a person with y/h/c hair sitting at the bar, all by themself. He walks over to you, and from this angle, he can tell you've had one too many.
"Hello darling." He says, in a flirtatious way, trying to asses your state.
"Hello sir." your words are slurred. You look to the man who appeared next to you, not having a clue who he is.
"Are you alright, my lady?" He asks, his brow slightly raised, his voice deep and gentle. he can tell by the way you're staring at him, and your speech, that you've had too much to drink, but he's a gentleman, and you've drawn his attention with your beauty. He takes the opportunity to lean in closer to see the color of your eyes.
"I'm fiiiine"
"You are anything but, darling, let me escort you home"
"I do not," you hiccup, "need escorting home." you switch up the way you sit, showing him that you are fine, but the act does not last long.
"My, my, you're a feisty one, aren't you?" he says, letting out a chuckle. He takes a moment to observe you, a curious look on his face. You are quite the sight, that's for sure. He leans in a bit close to you, looking deep into your eyes. "The only thing you need to do, is trust me." he has a devilish smile on his face, and then he tries to take your hand.
You pull your hand back. "I do not need anything from you."
"Are you quite sure, my fair lady?" He says, his voice sweet, yet with a small edge of authority. "My offer is still open, if it is of your desire", He says in a seductive tone - one that would have a lesser person weak in the knees, so to speak, but you are much braver than the usual ladies he pursues.
"Leaaaveee" You push your hand out, in an attempt to push him away. You miss completely causing you to fall.
"Hm," He grunts as he catches you before you hit the ground. "That was most unladylike", He says teasingly, but with an air of seriousness. He lifts you up and holds you steady under the arms, letting you rest against his chest and begins moving towards the exit, assuming that his gentlemanly gesture had changed your mind. "We would not want to make a scene in this fine establishment, would we, my lady?"
You mumble something, but he can't make much out of it.
He notice how your breath is heavy, and the blush on your cheeks is rather intense. He gets curious. With a swift move, he puts you back on the stool you were sitting on. "May I ask what a beautiful lady like yourself is doing in a place like this, and all alone, at that?" He asks in a gentle voice, but his gaze is intense, and the slight edge in it makes it seem like he wants to know the genuine truth. It is almost as if he's a detective who has to figure someone out.
"That is-" Suddenly, you become aware of your surroundings. you notice people glancing at you and smile or snicker once they notice your current state. "I need to get out of here."
"As you wish, my lady", His voice is deep and smooth. "I'll take you away from this place. But, please, tell me, what's your name, lovely one?" he asks, taking an opportunity to move closer to you, as he wants to get his hands on your waist. You can feel the heat of his body as he stands this close, and it would be very hard for a woman not to be intrigued by such proximity.
"Y/N." you say shortly, trying to put an end to the conversation.
"y/n. A pretty name for a pretty damsel. Killian. Killian Jones." He says, as he lays his hand on his chest. "Is there somewhere you'd like to go that is more quiet?"
"I want to go home. Ssso tired."
"Then we shall", He says in a gentle voice, with a small smile. "I'll escort you home, my dear." He starts taking you to the door, and then, with some effort, he hails a carriage. He opens the door for you so that you can get in first.
"Please don't do anything bad to me. I am in no state to defend myself" you say, as you hiccup for the 1000th time.
"You will be perfectly safe", he says, a genuine, reassuring smile coming on his face as he enters the carriage with you. "I will be your escort and your protector through the night, and the nights to come…"
Captain Killian “Hook” Jones x F!Reader
[Season 3]
Warnings: Fluff, Smut, Semi-Public sex, p in v, creampie, caught?
Tumblr media
You and Hook have never truly been alone. There was always someone, whether is was Emma, Henry, or the Charmings. Most of the time you guys even saw each other was when something bad happened and now you were on some crazy fairytale mission.
Now here you are, on ANOTHER mission. You and Hook were tasked to go the library and see if you two could meet up with Belle and search around for some information on Zelena.
The silence as we walk is uncomfortable. I decide to finally try and make some small talk. “So, uhm, Killian is your real name..correct?”
“Yes love. That it is, why do you ask?” He looks at me.
“Well I was wondering, I’ve never really heard anyone use it before..any particular reason why?”
“Well it’s probably because of my reputation, that and I tell most that they may as well call me Hook.”
“Oh..not as exciting as I thought..”
“What? Did you think I’d have some dark backstory besides the fact I loss my hand?” He gives me a smirk.
“No…well maybe. You are a pirate.” I kinda laugh, but it was just nervous laughter. Why is this so hard for me? We’ve spent plenty of time together, we’ve worked together, especially in neverland. So why do I struggle so much with this?? I guess it doesn’t matter, we need to focus on Zelena.
“Well, I am full of surprises, Love.” He continues his smirk towards me, but I didn’t even notice. I tried just focusing on Zelena and what she could be up to. “Something on your mind, love? You seem to be almost bursting a vein.” I hear his chuckle, “oh! Uhm just thinking about Zelena Y’know…”
“No, I believe there’s something else..what is on your mind?” Before I can even think of an answer we are already at the library. “Oh! Were here! Lets uhm.. go find Belle!” I rush inside. Why am I so nervous to answer his question? There’s nothing particularly wrong?.. I mean, it’s just I’m truly thinking about him.. is that why I can’t answer? Why am I suddenly feeling so..flustered about all this?
My mind is running on and on about Killian I completely ignore the confused Belle standing infront of me, “Hellooooo, are you listening?” I snap out of it as I hear her sweet accent. “Oh sorry, uhm. We just came to see if maybe we could find some information about our witch problem.”
“I see, I’m afraid I haven’t checked and I do have somewhere to be, me and Rumple are going out so- anyways, you’re free to look around! I’ll leave a key on the desk, please be sure to lock the doors oh your way out!” Belle finishes putting on her scarf and purse and then rushes out the door. “Well, it seems it will just be us two, love.” “So it seems..” why am I so sweaty all of a sudden?.. my heart rates also increased… “We should probably start looking today.” I snap out of my thoughts once again to Killians voice, “Y-yes, your right. I’ll start over there in section E-G, you can go from A-B.”
“And I thought I was a captain..look at you bossing me around.” Killian chuckles as he walks through the isles, pushing books sloppily with his hook.
After about 20-ish minutes of searching me and hook ended up meeting in the middle on the same isle. Both facing opposite directions. The space between the isle wasn’t forgiving, I could smell the natural musk and rum from Killian. It was so..intoxicating. While scanning through books I saw a red cover reading ‘the truth of your feelings’. Something about the book made me flip open to the table of contents. That’s when I see a chapter of the name ‘why and what is this feeling?’. I flip to the chapter and read a bit. It talks of feelings of intimacy, tension, both romantic and sexual, and a whole catalyst of other things. Most of it sounded familiar..this was how I felt about Killian. I mean, now that I think of it. I’ve always found hook quite attractive, and when he calls me love I feel a shiver go down my spine.
Oh my god.
I have a ‘crush’ on no other than Captain Hook. Right as I was staring off into space from this sudden realization I feel a warm chest seek behind me, pressing against my back. An arm comes over just above my shoulder to meet the bookshelf. “And what so that your reading, love?” Killian snatches the book out my hand and starts reading the contents. “Truth of you feelings, huh.. Do you like someone, love?” His smile is wide as he laughs. I try grabbing the book out of his hands- hand, but he moves swiftly.
“Give it back Killian!”
“I don’t think I will, who is it you like anyway?”
I ignored his question as heat rose to my cheeks. “It doesn’t matter! Give me the book!”
He leaned down to be infront of my face, “Tell me and I will.” I get his breathe on my face, it smelt of rum. I froze for a second before I looked up at him and spoke softly, “Please Killian, we need to find information on Zelena..” his look darkened, I’m not sure with what but he didn’t seem mad..
“And this is information on Zelena? Didn’t know you liked green like that.” He gave a light chuckle and handed me the book. “That’s not- Oh my fucking god. Let’s just keep looking.” I turned away from the smiling pirate and put the book back in its spot.
We continued searching until we found a few books that could be helpful. There was a small desk near the back of the library with a lamp and some bookmarks. I had been sitting in one of the chairs that was with the desk, Killian sat beside me.
“Y’know this is the first time we’ve ever been alone together..”
His eared perked up, “No it isn’t, we’ve been alone on the Jolly Roger.”
“No, Emma, Mary Margaret, and David were all there. I think Regina was aswell.”
“What about at granny’s?”
“Definitely not..” I chuckle.
“Well- what about at the well.”
“Regina and Emma.”
We both have completely set down our books by now and have lost all attention to what we came here to do.
“Wow, I’ve never noticed it seems.”
I don’t know why it stung a bit when he said that but, it did. What was I thinking? I was barely even aware of my own feelings so why is this suddenly so serious? That and everyone knows he pines after Emma Swan. I mean who wouldn’t? She’s beautiful, smart-witted, and resilient even through everything. What have I ever done that’s been of importance? I’m just some..girl. I’ve never done anything that has amount to something. Even back in the enchanted forest, I was no one. I helped Snow hide from the Evil queen for a bit but nothing more. Emma is a savior, the product of true love. How could I even allow myself the fantasy of me and Killian?
“It’s probably because I struggle with keeping my eyes off you so often that it seems that it’s just the two of us.”
I feel my body freeze in place as my eyes widen, “W-what?” Is all I can mutter out. “You’re quite the beautiful woman Love,” He leans in, our noses almost touching, “and I can’t keep myself under control sometimes when you’re around.” I look into his piercing blue eyes. “Then don’t..” I couldn’t even believe what I was saying, it seems I even took Killian by surprise but he leaned right in and kissed me. The kiss was passionate, sweet, and soft. His lips felt slightly chapped but I didn’t mind. The smell of the sea, rum, and desire was overtaking my senses. I broke the kiss first, a string of saliva connecting our mouths. “Please Killian…”
“Please what, Love?”
“Please, touch me more.” I run my hands up over the laces of the leather covering his skin. “Let me touch you more..” my eyes wander down seeing the tiniest bit of chest hair hiding under his shirts. “Are you sure about that love? I wouldn’t want to get in the way of whom ever you liked earlier. Who you were going to speak the truth about your feelings to.”
“No, no, you wouldn’t be in the way..Please.”
“Are you sure? You might have to tell who this lucky mystery person is.”
“Killian…”
“Tell me.” His eyes darken as he felt down my thigh and squeezed. “You..it’s you Killian. I want you.”
“Mm, that’s all you had to say, Love.” He then desperately catches my lips in a sloppy kiss. I hear him moan lightly as I capture it in my mouth. I start instinctively ripping at the laces of the black leather vest. Killian of course noticed and help by taking off his jacket. Before I can continue however he suddenly picks me up from my thighs and sets me on the table. “Much better..” he grabs my lips again in a heated kiss. I continue at his laces before ripping then undone, “gentle love.” He smiled at me. “Sorry..”
“Don’t be, I do like you needy.” He slightly chuckled when he spoke sending another wave of heat to my cheeks. He’s somehow still just as adorable as he is handsome. “You are beautiful..” I couldn’t help but hold his face in my hands, feeling his pokey gruff and soft skin. “No, you’re the beautiful one, love” I smile and for a moment and forget the world around us. This, this is all I ever wanted. This happiness. I leaned in and kissed him softly and he equally kissed me just as soft and sweet as ever. Is this what true love feels like? Maybe love is overzealous and a much to strong word for something so young but, I truly am so happy.
I feel his hands slowly make their way up my body till they were at my breasts. He fondles and massages them lovingly. The kiss gets increasingly more eager and hungry. “Allow me to take this off?” I feel him grabbing the bottom of my shirt, almost ripping it off with the sheer force of his grip. “Go ahead.” I didn’t have to tell him twice, he took it off so quickly I almost fell off the desk.
I feel the cool metal of his rings caress my now naked skin. He slides his hand around to the back of my shirt and uses his hook to snap my clasp. It slightly smacks my back making me shiver, but it strangely felt so..satisfying. He uses his hook to slide off my bra from my shoulders. I watch as Killian then continues to take off his hook and sets it on the table beside me. He leans down and begins kissing my neck and collarbone, peppering me in soft kisses. The feeling almost tickles then he continues further down to my breasts. He then circles his tongue around my bud before taking it into my mouth. He uses his hand to grope my other breast, “Mmph” I moan but conceal it by using my hand to cover my mouth. “No, don’t you dare cover those darling sounds.” I feel him pitch my nipple at this sentence, I squeak from the pleasure. “Mm-more, please~” He smiles at me before taking a set back.
“Are you sure about this, Love?”
“Yes. 100%”
“Oh, thanks the gods-“ He quickly rushes to my lips once more grabbing my face and hungrily smashing his lips into mine. “Mmph- this isn’t fair, you still have your mm- shirt on-“ I try catching my breath in between rough kisses. Quickly breaking the kiss Killian pulls his shirt over his head and goes straight back to kissing me. His hands go straight to the hem of my skirt trying to yank it off my body. I giggle at his actions and help him, taking my panties off with them to make everything much easier.
After I do I finally look up to see Killian’s face, he’s stepped back now just staring at me in awe. “What’s the matter?” I giggle into my sentence. “You are so, beautiful. You’re perfect my dear..” I shy away from his words when I feel him come in between my legs once again and take my chin into his hand. “Hey, look at me. You’re the most gorgeous woman I know, seen, touched. Don’t you shy away from that.” I feel his finger find their way to my hair as he leads my head into another deep kiss. I pull Killian in by the belt and unbuckle it. I pull it out of the loops and let it drop to the floor.
“Pants, please.”
“Yes ma’am”
Killian takes a pause and unbuttons his pants and unzips them, pulling them down along with his boxers. His cock was practically touching his stomach, leaking with sticky pre-cum. It was a decent width but very long. I was so mesmerized I didn’t even realize I was staring. “I’m glad you like the view, Love-” I looked up embarrassed, my face hot & most likely red. “But my eyes are up here.” He lifts my chin up with his hand again. I stare into his sparking blue eyes as they glimmer with lust & desire.
His hand goes from my chin down my neck and he gently squeezes. I a choked moan escaped from my lips when he did so. “Oh, do you like that Love?”
“Mm Mmhm~” I look up at him with pleading eyes. “Do you want it darling?” All I do is nod my head. “Words. lovely”
“Yes. Yes, please Killian. I want it- I want you so bad.”
“I didn’t even have to ask you to beg, such a good girl~”
I felt my core melt at his words, I was practically oozing with arousal. “Please, please give your cock to me, please.” I continue pleading with both my eyes and words. “If you wish, Love.” With that I feel his tip aline with my velvet folds. “Are you ready?” I eagerly nodded my head to the question.
I feel the head enter inside and before I know it I’m taking inch by inch as Killian whispers all kind of sweet & dirty things in my ear. I slowly become louder & louder as he continues. “Ah~ you were made for me love. You feel so good.” He continued moaning soft grunts in my ear. He had began a stable pace for a while, all I could hear was the wet slops of our juices mixing with one another’s, and his grunts in my ear. I wrapped my legs around his waist instinctively. “Y-you are such a good girl for me, Love” The grip he held on my thighs getting rougher, his pace quicker and sloppier, and more erratic. All I could do was let my mouth fall open and let the sounds roll out.
“Yes, j-just like that darling~”
“Ah~ god Killian!~ please, finish inside, fill me up, please, please.” I felt his dick twitch inside me as he slams inside me deeper and harder with each thrust.
“Are you s-sure love?~”
“Absolutely!!~”
“A-as you wish-“ Killian continues slamming into me causing the table to bang against the wall, The lamp has fallen over and the grip moved from my thigh to my throat. Everything felt so good- to good. My eyes rolled to the back of my head as I felt the knot in my stomach begin to break and then- stars. That’s all I saw. Pleasure washed over my body causing my legs to shake around Killian’s waist losing strength to keep them wrapped around, but Killian continues pounding into me mercilessly. I still manage to choke out the most pornst⭐️r moans possible as he continues. “T-to- AH~ much!!~”
“C’mon, you can take it love-“ I already feel my own juices dripping from my leg and all over his cock making the wettest of sounds. His cock starts twitching and his moans become louder and thrust more erratic. “God you are amazing~” once he reaches the end of his sentence he cums deep in my cervix, coating my walls white in his sperm.
Both still catching our breaths I kiss Killian’s jaw in soft and sloppy kisses. “You are quite the woman, Love.”
“You not too bad your self.” I retort back, “Your, amazing..”
“As much as I love staring and holding you like this we are in a public library, Love. Door is still unlocked.”
“Oh shit your right- lets get dressed-“ We both quickly grab our clothes off the floor and try to hurrying get dressed when we hear a group come in.
“Hook! Y/N! Are you guys here?” Emma. Shit shit shit, I’m still half dressed.
“Y/N!” And snow. Could this get any worse?
“Where are these bafoons?” And Regina. It can get worse. I finish putting my clothes back on and trying to smooth out the wrinkles and fix my hair. “There you are! What took you two so long to answer-..oh. Seems you two had fun.”
“Listen Regina it’s not what it looks like-“
“I do not care, but we are trying to save storybrooke and more importantly my son so if you could do it on your own time that’d be great.”
“What’s going on over here?”
“Nothing, Emma.”
All I can see is Killian give me a little wink before turning away, pointing to my legs as a small drop of white ran down my leg.
Once Upon a Time Fanfic/Writing Master List
Hello everyone!
I'm in the process of revamping my blog mostly to make things easier for app users. The old master list will be deleted, and this list will be in its place due to outdated info and links since I no longer use FF.net and now only use Tumblr or Ao3. Please also keep in mind my OUAT works were posted originally back in 2015-2018, and while I will always love OUAT and will still talk or nerd out about it with anyone, I no longer really write for it.
List of works is below the cut. Enjoy!
All Killian and Henry Step Father/Son bonding stories:
“Well, You Do Have My Chin” (one-shot)– Season 7 AU (not Fix-it fic) in which “Somewhere in the translation it’s lost that Killian is Henry’s step-dad, so Henry just says his dad, leading to a “well you do have my chin,” commentary from Killian. And when the curse breaks they just squint at each other for a really long time.“ Captain Cobra centered fic with background Captain Swan, Hooked Queen Friendship, Glass Believer, OutlawQueen (((This is my pride and joy, out of all the stories I’ve written so far, I’m most proud of this one and I hope you guys enjoy it too. It was one of those prompts that just completely ran away from me and turned into a monster of a one-shot lol)) [Ao3 link]
“Never a Dull Moment” (Completed)– “In which the land of untold stories should have been a warning that it wasn’t just fairytales that were real.” This is a Captain Cobra centered fic, set 4 years after season 6 and before season 7. Warning of language, Killian Whump, and BAMF!Henry. [Ao3 link]
“Can You Not Be ‘That’ Dad! (two-shot)– “Imagine Henry trying to explain internet memes to Killian” “Or in which Henry comes to regret his decision, tenfold.” with an added bonus of Wish Hook at the end. Captain Cobra centered fic (established pairings, and if you squint you’ll get a little bit of Hooked Queen at the end with Wish Hook and Regina) (2nd chapter is simply a requested continuation prompt) [Part 1]  [Part 2]  [Ao3 link]
“When Everything Shifts” (one-shot)– Henry’s thoughts on the topic of fathers. With thoughts of his own father, to Hook and the transition of him becoming Killian, to step-father, and eventually someone that Henry sees as more than just a father figure, but as a second father. [Ao3 link]
Family/Gen KnightRook Father/Daughter bonding Stories:
“Sing Me Sweet Lullabies and Chase the Demons Away” (one-shot)– Season 7, father/daughter bonding. “Or in which sometimes even Papa’s need to be sung too.” [Ao3 link]
“Bed Hog” (one-shot)– Alice is a bed hog, plain and simple. Family gen with a side of Curious Archer [Ao3 link]
“Christmas Memories” (one-shot only posted on tumblr)– (Post-curse and post-poisoned heart issue). Alice, while flipping through the Christmas Movie laden channels, thinks back on her real and fake childhood. (Curious Archer mostly, but with some KnightRook feels)
“The Dreaded Why” (one-shot)– (season 7) “In which Alice is a very inquisitive little girl, and ‘why’ will be Killian’s undoing” (KnightRook fluff and feels await you my friends! Enjoy!) [Ao3 link]
“Fee-Fi-Fo-Fum” (one-shot/snippet tumblr only)– Alice enjoying playtime with her papa.
“It All Comes Crumbling Down (one-shot/Part 1 tumblr only)– just a snippet of tower living, and how young Alice could have been when Killian got cursed with the “Poisoned Heart”
“And the Flames Consume Us All” (One-shot/part 2 tumblr only)– Continuation of “It All Comes Crumbling Down” But in Alice’s POV.
“Panic” (one-shot tumblr only)– Alice dealing with the claustrophobia of crowds throughout her years, and the wonderful people who have helped her through it (Mostly KnightRook, with a blink of Curious Archer, and a brief appearance of Ella’s mom).
“Flat Lining” (one-shot tumblr only)– “You are my sunshine, my only sunshine.” A timeless lullaby that transcends all realms. (KnightRook feels galore)
“Killian Takes Alice Home After the Curse Breaks” (just a short snippet)– this came after seeing Killianmesmalls and thesschesthair’s post about what would happen or what they’d liked to see…
“A Broken Feeling, Like a Broken Figurine” (short snippet)– Just a tiny snippet of the white elephant decision and repercussions seen from Alice’s point of view.
Hooked Queen Stories:
“The Conundrum That Is Regina Mills and WishRealm Killian Jones” (one-shot tumblr only)– “In which Henry asks what even is his life anymore” where somewhere along the 11 years between helping the Resistance and landing in HH, Regina and Wish Hook go from friends to something else entirely.
“Darling, I’ve Got The Cold Christmas Blues” (one-shot)– Everyone has a place to be for Christmas Eve, whether volunteering at the local soup kitchen (Tilly and Rogers) or spending it with family and friends. Everyone that is except Roni/Regina. Not when she can’t afford to have her bar closed for even a single night. [Ao3 link]
“The Cake” (Short snippet tumblr only)–Regina was only trying to look out for him. He wasn’t aware of the danger he was in. Didn’t mean she didn’t feel guilty about it.
Captain Swan Stories/snippets/one-shots:
“Misadventures of the Jones’ and their Cat” (multi-chapter snippet series)– Just a series of ongoing short snippets involving the life of the Swan/Jones/Mills household with their latest addition to the family, Orion. (Mostly Captain Swan Cobra, but other pairings and characters may make an appearance, and will possibly go into season 7 territory). [Snippet 1: Hello Beastie][Snippet 2: A Name][Snippet 3: Stowaway]
“Emma and Killian’s room headcanon” (snippet/ideas)–reblogged from Bleebug and thesschesthair (but mostly chesthairs’ humorous two cents that i couldn’t help but add my own too).
Hooking Utensil/Captain Cook Stories/one-shots:
“Break Down” (one-shot tumblr only)–Sabine isn’t having a good day. Thankfully Rogers is there to help.
Written Snippets and other Once Upon a Time One-shots:
“Killian with a drunken Browine” (snippet)– the little gnome-man singing sea shanty’s in Killian’s pocket ((((I do have an actual one-shot and not just a snippet, planned out for this, just gotta find time to write it))))
“Of Humor and Hi-Jinks” (one-shot tumblr only)– (Post curse and poisoned heart) Alice and Henry team up for some hi-jinks in Hyperion Heights, leading to Killian bailing them out. ((Mostly KnightRook and Captain Cobra 2.0 (with bro-tp, Curious Believer between Alice and Henry). There’s also background canon, and non-canonical pairings, off to the side)).
“Holiday Fiasco” (one-shot tumblr only)– The curse breaks at the most inopportune time, and with all the running around; the looming holiday managed to slip from the HH gangs’ mind. With it being too late to cook a Christmas Eve dinner for 10; a lucky reservation at a restaurant is placed and the resulting shenanigans ensue. (All canon and non-canonical pairings of the romantic, familial and bro-top verity make an appearance)
“Rock-a-bye Mermaid” (one-shot tumblr only)– Killian and the crew stumble upon a treasure chest (looted from other pirates), that isn’t a treasure chest at all, but a crib. And inside, is a small infant mermaid. The decision to keep it and the chaos resulting from that decision ensue. (just a fun little piece born from a comic)
“Happy Hour Hysteria” (one-shot tumblr only)– (Season 7) Flu season has hit Hyperion Heights and Regina is in over her head at the bar. Thankfully Henry and Rogers are there to help.
“When Will the Storm End” (One-shot tumblr only)– His mother was always a ray of sunshine, even in the roughest of storms. It was only fitting, that the sky would mourn her loss too. (Somewhat of a companion piece to “Flat Lining” only because I use the “You are my Sunshine” lullaby)
“Dig” (snippet)–a headcanon from thesschesthair that inspired the feelsy snippet with Liam and Killian digging for Silver’s treasure.
Gingerbread Houses and Plays and Christmas! Oh My!
Second and Final Chapter!
Here is the second chapter! Sorry for the delay! This is the second installment of my fic for Captain Swan Secret Santa 2024 @cssecretsanta2020 and this is my gift for @whimsicallyenchantedrose. Thank you so much for being so patient with me! You are seriously one of my very favorite authors, and I hope this has been an alright story! I've been very worried about making this good enough for you!
Any and all feedback is much appreciated! I'm still continuing to learn to be a better writer, and would love any thoughts you might have. Thanks so much for reading! I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! (Or a Happy Holidays if you don't celebrate Christmas!)
Rated: G
Word Count: 4K
“Pass the frosting, love,” Killian said, holding together two pieces of gingerbread. Emma passed him the pipping bag full of white frosting. The Swan-Jones household was busy making their gingerbread houses. They had cleared off the kitchen table and were all in deep concentration making their houses. Well, their gingerbread things. Emma and Hope were working on a gingerbread house together. Hope directed Emma and helped when possible. Henry had decided to make an AT-AT from Star Wars out of gingerbread. Killian had, as Henry predicted, decided to make the Jolly Roger out of gingerbread.
“They are so going to vote for my gingerbread being the best!” Henry said, confident in his artistic ability.
“Lad, don’t get too overzealous. I am creating a mighty fine ship over here.” Killian responded. The boys decided to display their gingerbreads for their family to judge and pick a winner tomorrow morning on Christmas Eve. Everyone would spend Christmas Eve over at Emma and Killian’s for breakfast before more gatherings would occur throughout the day. The loser of their friendly competition had to do the winner’s chores for a week.
“Mama! We need more gumdrops for my roof!” Hope interrupted her father and brother’s playful banter.
“Okay, relax. I’ll grab them.” Emma responded, shaking her head slightly at her toddler’s enthusiasm. She jumped up and down for five minutes when Henry told her they would make gingerbread houses this Christmas season. “Do you want more of the pink and purple ones or all the colors?”
“Purple! And pink! And all of them!” Hope said, practically bouncing in her chair. Killian laughed quietly at his daughter.
“Hey! Stop eating those candy pieces, little love. We need them for decorating. You can have a snack after we finish,” Killian chided Hope.
“Sowwy! Candy is dewiscious!” Emma handed the little girl some more gumdrops, and she quickly went to work adding some on the roof of their gingerbread house.
“Do you guys want some hot cocoa? I’m craving some,” Emma asked, getting the milk out of the fridge to boil on the stove. A chorus of “yes”es rang out in their kitchen. Emma got to work preparing four cups of hot cocoa while the milk boiled. This time next year they would have an infant, and everything would be hectic and crazy in a different way. Emma and Killian won’t be getting any sleep, and they had just gotten to the point that Hope would sleep through the night about a year and a half ago. They are still working on Hope staying in bed until at least 6:30 on school days, and 7 on weekends and breaks. Hopefully, Henry can come home from college for the winter holidays next year. Emma didn’t think it would ever feel like Christmas if all of her kids weren’t home.
The bubbling of boiling milk snapped Emma out of her thoughts, and she poured the glasses of milk into mugs before finishing making the hot chocolate exactly as they all liked. Emma took a minute to take in her family just the way they were- Henry laughing at something Killian had said, some flour in his hair; Killian putting a dab of icing on Hope’s nose, causing her to burst out into a fit of giggles; her husband entertaining their kids, his smile lines showing in the cold, winter light streaming through the windows. She hoped their home was always filled with love and laughter like it was in this perfect moment.
-------CS-------
“My AT-AT was better than your ship,” Henry grumbled as they walked up the steps to Regina’s mansion.
“Lad, just admit that you lost. Fair and square as they say,” Killian replied with a smirk.
“It’s only because the kids don’t know what an AT-AT is yet. Everyone loves the Jolly Roger. And you!” Henry snapped.
“Everyone loves me?”
“Killian, stop. It’s Christmas Eve. Stop antagonizing him,” Emma hushed. They greeted everyone at Regina’s house. They were evidently the last ones there. Zelena practically lived with Regina and Robin, and young Robin also lived with them and Roland. Emma’s parents and siblings were already there, and so were Belle and Gideon. Gold was apparently home with the flu. Not that she wished him ill, but she was certainly glad Gold was not there for Christmas Eve to prevent any possible feuds between him and Killian. Granny was also spending Christmas Eve with them since Ruby had moved to Kansas with Dorothy.
After greetings, they gathered around for their feast. It was a potluck of Christmas dishes, with a little of everything anyone could want to eat around the holidays. Emma was thankful her morning sickness was pretty much gone, because she was hungry and wanted to enjoy the food. They had brought Emma’s new found favorite dessert: a chocolate peppermint ganache brownie deliciousness. Emma was craving all things chocolate and peppermint right now, and she had made these brownies at least once a week for the past month. Most of their company seemed to enjoy the brownies as well, complimenting the couple. When everyone had finished eating, the adults helped clean up the kitchen and dishes, while Henry took the children to prepare for their play. Henry had his camera set up to film the play for his senior project. The children got into their costumes, and before long, the adults were settled and the play had gone underway. Emma and Killian sat on a loveseat together, his arms protectively draped over her shoulders. She laid her head on Killian’s shoulder as Henry began narrating the play.
Henry was a natural storyteller, and his job as the author only strengthened his skills. Henry had chosen to reenact Emma and Killian’s journey to the past in the Enchanted Forest, when Emma and Killian got to watch Snow and Charming fall in love. The children were playing different people, with Gideon playing his father, Neal as David, Margaret Ruth as Snow, Hope as Emma, Robin as Regina, and Roland as Killian. Henry weaved them through the story, with Hope and Roland going back in time, and arguing in the forest about getting back to the present. There was a costume change, and Hope was then wearing a cloak reminiscent of the Enchanted Forest. They then meet Gideon, who did an excellent job playing his father. Gideon even perfected Rumple’s voice he used before arriving in Storybrooke 30-some years ago. Hope and Roland had another costume change, and Hope was wearing a red satin dress she had worn for Christmas last year. Roland got down on his knees to help Hope dance during the “ball’. Robin, playing Regina, suddenly interrupted their dance and takes Hope prisoner. Roland and Neal converse before going to break Hope out of prison. Before they get there, Hope has escaped herself and delivers Emma’s famous line of “Sorry. No one saves me but me!” and winks at their audience. There’s a brief jump ahead and Hope and Roland help to ensure that Neal and Margaret Ruth meet for the first time. Hope and Roland once again talk with Gideon, before they discover that Hope has her magic again, and they return from their adventure into the past. They all hold hands and bow, finishing out their little play.
The adults burst out into applause, and congratulate the kids on their great performance. Every adult in the room embraces Henry and praises him for a job well done. Despite everyone speaking highly of Henry’s hard work, Henry can’t help but grumble.
“It would have went a lot smoother if they had actually bothered to practice!”
“Mama! Papa! It’s Chwistmas! Get up! Get up! Get up!” Hope shrieked, making her way down the hallway to her parent’s bedroom.
“Ugh, already?” Emma mumbled into her pillow, pulling her husband's arms closer around her. His hand was firmly planted on her baby bump, thumb rubbing circles into her bare skin where her shirt had slid up in sleep. Killian kissed her shoulder before snuggling his face in her long blonde tresses. Hope opened their door and skipped to her father’s side of the bed.
“Papa! It’s Chwistmas!” She repeated, trying to climb up the bed. Killian relented and helped her up, tickling her in the process. “Papa!” Hope giggled, crawling on the bed to her mother for protection. Emma enveloped her daughter in her arms, kissing the little girl on her hairline.
“Good morning, baby,” Emma said, snuggling Hope closer to her.
“Morning, Mama. It's Chwistmas!” Hope said, her blue eyes shining in the early morning light.
“You’re right. It is Christmas morning. How’d you sleep?”
“Good! I had dweams that Santa bwought lots of presents! Maybe he bwought me a baby!” Hope said, suddenly remembering her dreams.
“A baby?” Emma questioned.
“Mhmm. I want a baby. Like I’m Henwy’s baby. I want a baby.” Hope explained.
“Like a baby brother or sister?”
“Yeah! Henwy says he likes being a big brother. I want to be a big sister!” Emma looked at her husband. He smiled at his girls, before nodding his head to his wife. This was their perfect opportunity.
“Well, Santa didn’t bring you a baby, but Papa and I have a surprise for you, sweet girl.” Emma began.
“A supwise?!” Hope perked up, her riotous blonde curls falling down her back.
“Your Mama has a baby in her tummy right now, little love,” Killian said gently, stroking his daughter’s hair as she looked intently at her parents.
“In your tummy?”
“Mhmm. Do you want to see?” Emma asked.
“Yeah!” Emma pulled their comforter down to reveal her baby bump. Hope probably also hadn't noticed because she’d been wearing baggy sweaters and coats to hide the baby bump from her parents. Hope placed her tiny hands on her mother’s stomach, curiously observing Emma’s breathing. “There’s a baby in your tummy? When does it come out?”
“The baby will come out of my tummy in the spring. In May, right before you get out of school for the summer,” Emma replied, placing her hands over Hope’s tiny ones.
“Is it a brother or a sister?”
“We don’t know yet, baby. We will get to know so soon at the next doctor’s appointment.”
“The baby has to go to the doctor?!” Hope asked incredulously.
“Well, kind of. Mama has to go to the doctor. The doctor has to check on Mama and the baby,” Killian chimed in. “We had to go to the doctor when you were in Mama’s tummy, too.”
“I was in Mama’s tummy?!”
“Yep. And your Papa would sing you lullabies every night to help you go to sleep.” Emma smiled at her little family.
“Just like you sing me lullabies now Papa! Did you sing to the baby yet?” Hope asked, hands exploring Emma’s stomach and pushing her shirt up over her bump. Hope was too young to remember Snow being pregnant with Margaret Ruth, so she hadn’t really ever been exposed to pregnant women before.
“I’ve sung a little bit, but the baby is still little, so it hasn’t been keeping your Mama up yet. When the baby gets a little bigger, it moves around. When you were big enough and moving around, you sometimes kept your Mama up at night. The only two things that would calm you down enough for Mama to sleep were for me to sing lullabies or for us to sleep on the Jolly Roger. You calmed down because of the waves gently rocking the ship.” Killian explained.
“I moved in your tummy?”
“All. The. Time. You loved kicking me all day long. And sometimes all night long.”
“Has my baby kicked you?” Hope asked, finally tearing her eyes away from her mother’s stomach and looking at her face.
“Your baby?”
“I’m Henwy’s baby, so this is my baby,” Hope said matter-of-factly.
“What about my babies?” Emma questioned the four-year-old’s logic.
“We are all your babies, Mama!” Hope giggled in response.
“Ahh, I see. And no, the baby hasn’t kicked yet. Maybe in a few weeks it will.”
“But if the baby is not kickin’ you, why you so sweepy?”
“Because that is just what happens. The baby has to grow a lot. It starts out smaller than the nail on your pinky finger and it gets as big as your baby doll. Then once the baby is out of my belly, it will get as big as Margaret Ruth, and you, and Neal, and Henry and even bigger, just like you are going to get bigger. But the baby is growing a lot, so I have to eat more for the baby, and it makes me tired when the baby is growing,” Emma attempted to explain. Hope nodded in understanding before sliding herself down so her face was right in front of the baby bump.
“Hi, baby! I’m Hope! I’m gonna be a big sister! Don’t make Mama too tired today, it’s Chwistmas! And we are gonna see Henwy and Grandma and Grandpa and Neal and Ruthie!”
“Hope, Grandpa and Grandma and Neal and Margaret Ruth don’t know about the baby yet. We have to tell them. Do you think you could help us tell them in a little bit?” Killian asked.
“Gwandma doesn’t know?! She knows everything!”
“Tell me about it, kid,” Emma said.
“I wanna tell them! I wanna tell them!” Hope exclaimed, before beginning to jump up and down on the bed.
“Be careful!” Emma and Killian said in unison.
“We have to be very careful with Mama because of the baby right now, little love,” Killian said gently.
“Sowwy Mama!”
“It’s alright sweet girl. Do you want to wake Henry up so we can get ready to go to Grandma and Grandpa’s?” Emma asked. Hope practically leaped off the bed and ran for the door, a “yes!” coming from her before she rounded the corner towards Henry’s room.
“Well, that went well,” Emma said sleepily, curling herself into Killian’s arms. Killian embraced his wife, blunt arm going around her back and his hand finding its place on her stomach once again.
“Aye, love. I told you there’d be nothing to worry about. Our girl loves her baby dolls and is practically your sister’s older sister. Everything will be fine. And I think your parents will be pleasantly surprised later,” Killian replied. They snuggled together in the stillness of the December morning for several more minutes, until Hope could again be heard down the hallway talking animatedly to Henry about babies and tummies.
-------CS-------
“Alright remember Hope- the baby is a secret until we tell you. Then you can tell Grandma and Grandpa,” Henry said, reminding his sister of their plan once more as they pulled up to the Nolan’s farmhouse. The house was decorated for Christmas with lights and garland lining the massive covered front porch.
“I ‘member!” Hope said, eagerly looking out the window at her grandparents’ house. “And it's a secret from Neal and Ruthie, too!”
“That’s right. It’s like how our play was a secret. We can’t tell them until Mama or Papa tells you. You did so good keeping the play a secret.”
“I’ll be good! I pwomise!” Hope said as Emma parked their car. When they were pregnant with Hope, Emma, and Killian had ventured out of Storybrooke looking for a newer and nicer car for their growing family. They decided on a new Subaru Outback, with 5 seats and plenty of safety features for their icy and snowy winters in Maine. The family got out of the car and made their way up the front steps before knocking and entering the warm house.
“Mmmm,” Emma said, smelling the aroma of spices and freshly baked goods in the foyer. “Mom, I have no idea what you’re making, but it smells so good.”
“Thanks, sweetheart! I just took the sourdough out of the oven! Should be perfect with the eggs your father is finishing up.” Snow replied, not leaving her spot in the kitchen. Emma, Killian, Henry, and Hope removed their boots and coats in the mudroom before venturing further into the house. Neal and Margaret Ruth came down the stairs in nice clothes, ready for the inevitable family photo. The children greeted each other before Neal made his way to his sister.
“Ems! Merry Christmas!” Neal greeted, giving Emma a big hug. Because he was ten, Neal’s head was at Emma’s abdomen height. In the tight hug, Neal realized something was impacting his ability to hug his sister. “Ems?” Neal questioned quietly, looking up from her shirt to Emma’s face. She just smiled before quietly telling him she would tell him later. He nodded before smiling at his older sister, going back in for a second hug. Snow finally made her way out of the kitchen to greet her daughter’s family, giving everyone hugs. Emma made sure she didn’t get too tight of a hug from her mother. She desperately tried to make it until Hope told her parents their little secret after breakfast.
They ate breakfast together in the dining room, talking animatedly about different things going on in their lives, specifically, about Henry’s play from the previous night.
“Henry, you just did such an incredible job. I have no idea how you pulled it off. I know we all loved it. We got to relive my love story with your grandfather, and a part of your mother’s love story. It was just really special. There’s a reason you are the writer,” Snow complimented.
“Thanks, Grandma. I thought you would like it,” Henry beamed. After breakfast, the adults helped clean up before they moved into the living room to open presents from each other.
“Alright, Hope. Come here,” Emma said after over an hour of opening presents. All the presents had been opened, so it was the perfect time for Hope to make their announcement. Hope followed her mother’s directions before Emma whispered in her ear.
“Okay, Mama,” Hope whispered back, grinning at her parents and Henry. She turned around to her grandparents who were sitting on another couch before skipping over to them.
“Gwandma and Gwandpa, there’s one more present!” Hope excitedly shared.
“There is? There’s nothing else under the tree sweetheart,” Snow said, looking from their vibrant Christmas tree to her granddaughter.
“It’s not under the tree silly!” Hope giggled. Snow and Charming looked more confused, but let Hope finish. “It’s from Mama! There’s a baby in her tummy right now!” The little girl shrieked. It took approximately 1.3 seconds for Snow to catch on before she jumped up off the couch screaming in excitement.
“I knew it! I knew something was going on! OH! I’m SO excited for you Emma! Another baby?! How wonderful is that!” Snow squealed, forcing Emma to stand before embracing her in a very tight hug.
“Mom. A little tight,” Emma muttered.
“Oh! Sorry! I’m just so excited! And you!” Snow said, turning to her husband. “You have to do the dishes for a month. I told you!” Snow bragged triumphantly.
“You made a bet that I was pregnant?” Emma questioned.
“Of course! You were just being so suspicious! The weird appetite? Wanting to eat more? The tiredness? Dear, you were a classic case!” Snow babbled. “And you weren’t telling me anything whenever I asked. That was a surefire sign!” Snow embraced her eldest again, before hugging her son-in-law.
“I’m so happy for you both!” Snow gushed. David had gotten over his initial shock, sure Killian would have told him earlier that they were pregnant again, and gathered Emma in his arms. One hand went around her back, and his other hand held her head like he always did when giving his daughter a comforting embrace.
“Congratulations, Emma. I don’t know how you continue to make me proud to be your father, but I am so happy for you, and I am so proud of you. I can’t wait to have another grandchild.” David said in Emma’s ear during their embrace.
“Thanks, Dad. It means a lot, and we’re both really excited,” Emma replied. David let go of his daughter before turning to his son-in-law (and best friend).
“I’m a little hurt you didn’t tell me earlier, especially when I specifically asked you how Emma was doing. But, I understand, and I’m really happy for you.”
“Thanks, Dave. We wanted to present it as a surprise for Christmas,” Killian said, hugging his mate. David quickly wiped tears from under his eyes trying to appear strong in front of his family.
“Dad? Are you crying?” Emma asked, perplexed.
“Yeah, I just-. It’s something special to see your daughter growing up and being happy, Seeing you happy with Killian and with your growing family, it’s everything I wanted for you and more.” David’s comment brought a fresh layer of tears to Emma’s eyes, and she burrowed herself in her father’s arms once more.
“I’m glad you are in my life, Dad. You too, Mom. Merry Christmas. I didn’t realize I was going to get so emotional,” Emma said, wiping the tears from her eyes as she looked towards all of her family.
“Love, you’re four and a half months pregnant. Of course, you were going to get emotional.” Killian said, face broken out in a permanent smile.
“Four and a half months?!” shrieked Snow. Emma was never going to live down the fact that she hid her pregnancy from her mother for over four months, but she wouldn’t have it any other way. Her parents were emotional soon-to-be grandparents for the third time. Her siblings looked excited and were already talking with Hope about “her baby in Mama’s tummy”, and Henry just looked proud. She sure was proud of her kid, and thankful that he was so supportive of her and Killian growing their little family. Then there was her husband. Killian had rarely looked happier, except maybe when she told him she was pregnant with Hope or the day Hope was born. Gone was the rough-around-the-edges great pirate captain. A loving, kind, generous, and supportive man stood in his place, and Emma couldn’t ask for a better friend, husband, or father for her children.
It was a Merry Christmas, indeed.
Note
The Basics: My name is Eurydice (not my real name), I’m 21 and use she/her pronouns. I’m heterosexual and heteromantic, but also on the ace spectrum lol, I think demisexual is probably the right way to describe me. Also I’m 5’0 so very throwable.
My Aesthetics/Tastes: I’d describe my style as “Girl Reporter” because I incorporate a lot of 40s-60s vintage/vintage inspired elements, but I keep it generally pretty comfortable and practical to move around in. Same for makeup, I like my bold lips and fun eye-makeup but nothing too complex that it can’t be done in under 30 minutes before class. Also my favorite color is red and I may be a *tad* bit obsessed with it. My music tastes are similarly vintage, I’m not a genre snob but I don’t tend to prefer swing jazz, musical theatre, jazz standards, classic rock, etc (I also have a soft spot for classical). In terms of genre I *adore* a good mystery/whodunnit, or historical, or action/adventure, or comedy. My sense of humor is more British than American, it leans on the drier, wittier, more cynical side and I *really* don’t like gross-out humor. Also, I do *not* like heavy drama or horror, although I will watch horror if I have someone with me to cling onto (if they don’t mind the odd accidental clawing lol). Also I adore cats, I have two siamese cats they are my babies, and I think crows are hella dope. I love stormy or humid weather but only when its warm, honestly I dislike cold weather in general unless there’s snow.
My Romantic Sensibilities: (Trying to keep this fairly simple so you’ll choose the people you think I’m the most compatible with rather than who I’d like to most). I prefer nice guys/heroic types, and I have particular soft spot towards former villains/douchebags turned heroes (self-honesty and active character development is hot tbh). Appearance-wise I love men with beautiful eyes, not of any particular color or shape or what have you just lovely and expressive. I also prefer more masc presentation. My giving love languages are acts of service, physical touch and gift giving. My receiving love languages are acts of service, quality time, and physical touch. I am very very awkward and inexperienced in love and so so bad at being assertive and honest about my feelings, I’m rather self-conscious about being vulnerable like that. Saying romantic things makes me feel so embarrassed and I definitely go a little thunder as I try to deflect with humor lol.
Hobbies/Work: I’m pre-med and a chemistry major so a solid portion of my life is taken up in school and I also work as a volunteer EMS/at a free healthcare clinic/peer tutor (no, I don’t get paid for the EMS or the clinic, yes, I do end up working the same number of hours as a full-time job 😭 I like it though. I do get minimum wage for tutoring!). In the spare time I do have I like to participate in theatre on and off stage (I take musical theatre and classical singing lessons! I’m actually really proud of my voice; I’ve won competitions before), I can’t dance for shit though, three left feet. I also play D&D and other TTRPGs and love love love Rennfaires. I’m also a big nerd about history, American comics, and folklore, among other things. I’ve been trying to get more into cosplay/historical costuming because I’m super interested in it but I don’t have the time or money 😭. I don’t have a ton of time for reading but when I do I try to find some fun, lighthearted classic lit (like Jane Austen, The Scarlet Pimpernel, etc), because I want to spend my limited time on something worthwhile reading and important but also I don’t like being sad and bored?
Personality: I’m a major perfectionist, but I’m proud of how hard I work. I’m passionate about what I do, for fun or for work. Sometimes its healthy but sometimes it can spiral into self-hatred, or at least self-consciousness, when I don’t live up to my own high standards. I can be a bit obsessive, autistic hyperfixation go brr. I like to talk about the things that interest me. I talk a lot, I’m more than a bit socially awkward, I tend to ramble and I can be more than a bit oblivious to subtle social cues or the feelings of other’s sometimes, also I’ve got that vampire Autism where you have to explicitly invite me into conversations. I’m very emotionally expressive when I speak. I have a bit of a temper, I’m impatient and stubborn and can get surly, but I’m working on it. I’m proud to say I’m actually really good in a crisis, something I’ve learned from first hand experience. Although I’m pretty ass at leadership, lol its a skill like anything else, and I don’t have a ton of practice (I tend to be a bit of a loner). Also fun fact: I have sensory processing disorder, which leads to me having chronic insomnia, needing subtitles on everything and being a majorly picky eater (woo, fun).
HI, Eurydice!
Steve Rogers -
Tumblr media
You and Steve first met after you were recruited to the Avengers, your skills and sharp intellect making you an invaluable asset to the team.
You were the one who came up with innovative field tactics, analyzed enemy movements in real time, and provided the team with strategies that turned the tide in battle.
Whether it was your background in chemistry, medicine, or just your sharp mind, Steve quickly noticed how essential you were - not just to missions, but to the team's morale.
He was drawn to your sense of humor right away.
You had a way of making the team laugh with your dry, quick wit, sometimes catching him of guard with a clever remark that made him smirk or grin before he even realized it.
Your mutual love for history sparked long conversations - what started as causal chats about historical figures turned into late-night talks about philosophy, ethics, and the way the world has changed from his time to the current.
You were one of the few people who could keep up with Steve in a discussion about past events and the morals behind them, and he found himself fascinated by your perspective.
And your curiosity regarding his time in the 1940s.
There was also something about your perfectionist tendencies that struck a chord with him.
He saw how hard you pushed yourself, how you held yourself to impossibly high started, and he recognized that struggle all too well.
He admired your dedication, but he also saw the way it could wear you down.
Even before the two of you were close, he found himself stepping in when he saw you overworking, offering small words of encouragement or a quiet reminder that you were already doing more than enough.
You and Steve became fast friends, though it took some time for you to open up fully.
he was patient with you, never pushing, just offering a steady presence that you found yourself drawn to.
He was one of the few people who didn't mind when you rambled about history, folklore, or a particularly intricate D&D campaign you were running.
He actually enjoyed listening - your enthusiasm was infectious, and even if he didn't fully understand some of the niche topics, he loved seeing your face light up as you spoke.
You often found yourself sparring together.
Steve took the time to help refine your combat techniques, offering pointers and advice in his usual calm and supportive manner.
He was always mindful of your sensory processing struggles, making sure to adjust his approach if he saw you getting overstimulated.
He won't push you to continue your training, because he is a gentleman, obviously, so if you need a break, he's all for it.
And when training was over, he was the first to suggest a well-earned break, sometimes leading you to an empty balcony where you could both unwind and enjoy the warm summer air breezing by you.
Your shared love for vintage music and aesthetics made for some unexpectedly fun moments.
Steve was endlessly charmed by your "girl reporter" style, always giving you that soft, appreciative once-over whenever you stepped into the room in a vintage-inspired outfit.
It kind of reminds him of home, actually. It's comforting.)
For a while, neither of you acknowledged the growing tension between you.
You were awkward with emotions, deflecting with humor whenever something got a bit too real, and Steve was nothing if not patient.
As said before.
He noticed the way you got a bit flustered when he complimented you, how you'd fumble slightly before brushing it off with a joke.
But he also noticed the way you looked at him when you thought he wasn't paying attention - they way your gaze softened, the way your fingers twitched like you wanted to reach out for him.
Steve fell for you in stages.
It was in the quiet moments - when you sat beside him after a long mission, your head resting against his shoulder without a second thought.
It was in the way you always saved a seat for him at team dinners, how you instinctively sought him out in a crowded room.
It was in your stubbornness, your fire, the way you never let him brood for too long without pulling him back into the moment with a sharp remark or a playful jab.
For you, the realization hit all at once.
Maybe it was the way he always managed to steady you when you were feeling overwhelmed, or the way he somehow understood when you needed space and when you needed someone to anchor you.
Maybe it was the way he looked at you - with those pretty blue eyes of his - they would soften only for you.
It wasn't a grand, dramatic moment.
It wasn't even planned.
You were both caught in the aftermath of a particularly rough mission, adrenaline still buzzing through your veins.
You had a few scrapes, but Steve had taken the brunt of a hit that was meant for you, and that fact alone had your hands shaking as you helped bandage him up in the med bay.
He honestly insisted against you patching him up, he had a fast healing factor, but you insisted right back.
He let you fix him up.
"Y'know," You muttered, trying to keep your voice steady, "For a guy with a super-soldier body, you're really bad at dodging."
Steve huffed a quiet laugh, "Couldn't let you take that hit."
You swallowed hard, unable to meet his eyes. "You don't have to do that."
"Yes, I do," He said softly, "And I'd do it again." Something about the way he said it - so quiet, so sure - made your chest tighten. He continued, "I don’t know what I’d do if something happened to you." Steve reached for your hand, threading his fingers through yours.
You swallowed hard, your heart pounding. His gaze was steady, warm, filled with something - a look - that made it hard to breathe.
"I mean it," Steve murmured, "You're... You mean a lot to me. And- And if you'll have me-"
"Yes." The word came out faster than you intended, voice soft, breathless.
Then, there it was, that beautiful, flawless smile of his.
Once you were together, everything felt so natural, like it had been leading up to this the whole time.
Steve was endlessly patient with you - and I can't say this enough, it seems - never pushing you to be vulnerable before you were ready, but always making sure you knew he was there.
He was the kind of boyfriend who showed his love through actions - acts of service.
He'd bring you coffee or tea when you were buried in work, he'd bring you breakfast in bed whenever he could, he'd let you curl up against him after a long day without expecting you to say anything.
You both had your little traditions.
Slow-dancing in the kitchen to old jazz and classical records, even when you stepped on his feet occasionally.
Weekend trips to hidden bookstores where you'd excitedly rant about your latest finds, and he'd just smile, watching you with quiet adoration.
Actually, the bookstore was one of the places that you and Steve would frequent the most for little dates.
Many hours were spent sitting the the deep depths of the bookstore, sitting on the floor, leaning against the shelves, quietly reading together.
Nights were spent stargazing, where he'd tell you stories from his past, and you'd share your own in return.
Steve adored your cats, even if they didn't fully trust him at first.
He had infinite patience for their slow acceptance, letting them sniff him out and eventually curl up beside him.
It wasn't long before they started waiting by the door for him just as much as they did for you.
He would spoil them, by the way.
You'd lie together on the couch, your head on his chest, while he read aloud to you in that steady, soothing voice of his.
The city was always quieter at night, and he loved taking you on peaceful strolls, his fingers laced with yours.
Whenever you struggled to sleep, he'd stay up with you, talking softly about anything and everything until you drifted back to sleep.
He would make sure you don't overwork yourself, gently pulling you away from your books or laptop when you've been at it for too long.
"Just give me twenty more minutes."
"You said that twenty minutes ago, doll, it's time for a break. We can watch a movie if you like."
He would learn about your sensory sensitivities so he can help you when things get overwhelming.
He would make sure the subtitles are always on for you.
He would write little notes and leave them for you to find, always with something encouraging or sweet inside.
He would always save a dance or two for you at every formal event Tony would start up.
Not the biggest with nicknames, but a few he would use are "doll," "honey," and "sweetheart."
Whether it was singing, D&D, or cosplay, Steve would be your biggest cheerleader.
For holidays or birthdays, he'd gift you vintage items that go along with your aesthetic that were red.
You helped him adjust to modern trends, but never forced him to change - you just gently introduced him to things you know he'd enjoy.
Even though you didn't need to, you would fix his hair before missions.
You and the rest of the team would meet up on the jet, ready to head off to fight, and you'd lean up, brushing your fingers through his hair, making it neat.
Even though it didn't need to be done, Steve appreciated how you wanted to take care of him.
You would hold his hand under the table during annoyingly long debriefings, silent support.
You also made it your mission to show Steve ren faires.
For all his strength, Steve carried the weight of the world on his shoulders.
You reminded him that he deserved to be taken care of too.
You also reminded him, every single day, that he was loved and that he was enough.
DC;
Clark Kent -
Tumblr media
Could be seen as any Clark, honestly.
You and Clark first met at The Daily Planet, where you were the newest addition to the investigative reporting team.
Your vintage-inspired wardrobe and sharp, inquisitive mind caught Clark's attention immediately.
It wasn't just your style - though he secretly adored the bold red lipstick - it was the way you carried yourself, the fire in your eyes whenever you tackled a lead, and your razor-sharp wit that kept even seasoned journalists on their toes.
Clark found himself gravitating toward you, drawn in by the way you could effortlessly switch from excitedly rambling about a lead to fiercely debating the ethical implications of journalism over coffee in the break room.
You, in turn, found Clark... Interesting.
Not just in a "Wow, he's tall and built like a Greek statue" way, (though, yes, that was also true), but in how utterly kind he was.
In an industry full of jaded reporters, Clark was an anomaly - genuine, humble, and always willing to help, whether it was carrying stacks of files or lending his own notes for your research.
At first, you assumed he was just nice in that country boy Midwest kind of way, but after a while, you started noticing little things - how he always made sure to refill your coffee when you were too absorbed in words to notice your cup was empty, how he never laughed or seemed irritated when you trailed off mid-rant only to start up again five minutes later, and how, whenever you were out on dangerous assignments, he always made sure to be your partner for it.
Your friendship with Clark was effortless, built on mutual admiration and easy banter.
You both had an insatiable thirst for knowledge, though your approaches were wildly different - you, fast-talking, passionate, and prone to info-dumping; Clark, quiet, thoughtful, always giving you his full attention no matter how much you rambled.
Clark found your hyperfixations adorable.
He'd ask you questions about history or folklore just to see your eyes light up and hear you go off on an excited tangent.
If he ever noticed you getting self-conscious about talking too much, he'd gently reassure you.
"I love hearing you talk about things you care about. Don't stop on my account."
You'd drag Clark along to every museum, historical reenactment, and ren faires you could.
And though he wasn't nearly as obsessed as you were, he loved watching you geek out over a well-made period costume or historical artifact.
Ad when you complained about your lack of time for cosplay or costuming, Clark would casually surprise you with custom-made pieces from "a friend who sews".
Spoiler: it was definitely him.
His Mama Martha totally taught him how to sew.
Your shared love for classic literature also became a cornerstone of your friendship.
You'd trade books back and forth, arguing over the best adaptions.
Whenever you caught Clark rereading "Pride And Prejudice," you'd tease him.
"You're such a Darcy fanboy, Kent."
He doesn't mind the teasing.
And when you were swamped with work or exhausted from your pre-med responsibilities, Clark was always there - bringing you food, forcing you to take breaks, and gently nudging you to rest when you were running yourself to the ground.
Clark knew he was in trouble when he started looking for excuses to be around you.
Volunteering to help you with investigative pieces, lingering by your desk, getting irrationally flustered whenever you playfully fixed his tie before interviews.
For you, the realization hit slower.
You knew you admired Clark, that you cared about him more than you probably should, but love?
That was harder to admit.
You weren't used to being vulnerable, and the very thought of confessing made your stomach twist.
You deflected with humor, laughed off the tension, but every time Clark gave you that soft, earnest look...
That one that made you feel so seen...
You felt your resolve cracking.
And then there were the little things.
The way Clark always stood between you and a busy street, the way his touch lingered just a second too long when he passed you a file, the way he always seemed to know when you needed someone to remind you that you were enough, even when you didn't believe in it yourself.
It happened late one evening, long after everyone else had gone home.
You were both working on a big expose, poring over notes, when you sighed, rubbing your temples.
"I swear, if I have to look at one more redacted document, I'm gonna-"
"Go on a dramatic rant about government corruption?" Clark teased lightly, a fond smile on his face.
"You know me so well," You smirked, but your heart pounded when you caught the way he was looking at you.
There was something different in his gaze - something softer, more intense.
He hesitated for a moment, then, he spoke, "I do, you know."
"Do what?"
"Know you... Well, I like to think I do..." His voice wavered ever so slightly, it was almost unnoticeable, but what wasn't was how tightly clenched his hands were. "And I- care about you. More than I probably should, co-worker-wise."
You froze.
Your brain short-circuited.
Clark Kent, the golden boy, the sweetheart, the nicest guy you'd ever met, was looking at you like you were the most important person in the world.
You opened your mouth to say something, anything, but Clark reached for your hand, grounding you, "You don't have to say anything. I just... I needed you to know."
For once, you didn't deflect.
You squeezed his hand, voice soft, "I care about you too, Clark."
Dating Clark Kent was like breathing fresh air.
Warm, steady, grounding.
He was the kind of boyfriend who made you feel safe in ways you didn't even realize you needed.
(I mean, he's Superman, but you don't know that yet...)
He adored your cats.
You caught him once, dead asleep on your couch, with your two Siamese curled up on his chest.
You took so many photos.
Clark always made sure you had your favorite coffee or tea in the morning, especially when you were too sleep-deprived to function.
Or needed coffee or tea in the morning to function.
(That's me.)
He loved it when you wore red.
You both went on mystery-solving dates - you know, like those mystery dinners people hold for events.
You both give each other massages.
Clark made you laugh, really laugh.
Sometimes, when you couldn't sleep, Clark would hold you close, whispering soft reassurances against your hair.
Clark loved you for you - for your brilliance, your passion, and your fire.
X-Men;
Scott Summers -
Tumblr media
Again, imagine any Scott you wish.
You first met Scott Summers at Xavier's School For Gifted Youngsters.
As a fellow mutant, you were training to perfect your powers while also juggling missions and trying to live a semi-normal life.
You were always busy, either volunteering at the school's clinic or practicing your combat skills.
Scott noticed early no - partially because of your bold, vintage-inspired style that made you stand out in the halls, but mostly because of your sharp wit and no-nonsense attitude.
At first, Scott was a bit taken aback by how direct you could be, especially when it came to your passions.
You had no problem calling people out when necessary, and he quickly learned that you were more than willing to argue your points in a debate.
He found it... Kind of refreshing.
While many people tiptoed around him because of his leadership position, you treated him like any other teammate.
If anything, you were more critical of him than most, especially when you thought he was being too harsh on himself.
Scott, ever the disciplined and controlled person, found your expressiveness fascinating.
He admired how deeply you cared about everything you did.
He also noticed that despite your social awkwardness, you had a way of drawing people in when you started talking about something you loved.
It wasn't long before he started looking forward to hearing your lastest hyperfixtion.
Despite your differences, you and Scott naturally fell into an easy friendship,
He respected your work ethic and often found himself drawn to the moments where you let yourself be passionate and excited about your work.
He liked listening to you talk about history, theater, and all the nerdy things you adored, even if half the time he didn't know what you were talking about.
Your words and rants made him want to know.
One time, you went on a twenty-minute tangent about "The Scarlet Pimpernel," and he just sat there, absorbing your excitement more than the actual details.
Scott, being the protective type, started looking out for you in small ways.
He knew how much you took on between school, missions, and volunteering, so he'd make sure you remembered to eat, rest, and take breaks.
Sometimes, he'd "casually" bring you a coffee or a snack, acting as if he just so happened to have an extra.
He'd make sure the snack was something that you loved nothing that you had struggles eating because of texture or taste.
Other times, when he noticed you struggling to wind down, he'd invite you to take a walk outside.
Those little gestures didn't go unnoticed.
For your part, you helped Scott let loose a little.
You weren't afraid to tease him, calling him out whenever he got too broody.
You'd playfully mess with his serious demeanor, nudging him to have a little bit more fun.
When you found out he had a good sense of humor, (dry, with a hidden playful side), it became your mission to get him to crack a smile more often.
You also never shied away from calling him out when he was being too hard on himself.
If he was going to make you take breaks and rest, than you were going to do the same for him.
One of your shared activities became late-night talks.
With your insomnia and his contact overthinking, it wasn't uncommon for you to both be aware at odd hours.
You'd meet in the kitchen or the common room, talking about everything from past missions to existential questions about life and mutantkind.
Somewhere along the way, those moments became something you both relied on.
Scott was the first to realize he had feelings for you.
It hit him one day when he was watching you excited ramble about a theater production you wanted to see.
The way your eyes lit up, the way you used your hands to emphasize every detail - he was completely entranced.
He found himself thinking about you constantly, noticing little things...
How you absentmindedly tapped your fingers when you were deep in thought how you always had a knowing look when he tried to deflect with sarcasm.
For you, realizing your feelings took a little longer.
You weren't used to romance, and you had a habit of deflecting with humor whenever you felt too vulnerable.
But the more time you spent with him, the more you found yourself seeking out his presence.
You felt safe with him in a way you hadn't expected.
He didn't just tolerate your quirks - he seemed to genuinely appreciate them.
Things came to a head after a particularly dangerous mission.
He had gotten hurt - not badly, but enough to scare you.
When you found him in the med bay later, you stood there, tense, before finally blurting out, “Do you have any idea how worried I was?”
Your voice was tight with emotion.
That was the moment you knew.
You really, really, really liked him.
Scott wasn’t great at being emotionally vulnerable either, but he knew he had to be direct with you.
One night, after one of your late-night talks, he hesitated before saying, “I care about you. A lot more than just as a friend.”
It was simple, but the sincerity in his voice made your heart race.
You, of course, immediately turned into a flustered mess.
“I care about you too. A lot.”
He smiled - a real, soft, Scott Summers smile - and that was that.
Scott is the king of acts of service.
He’ll bring you coffee during long study sessions, carry your books without you asking, and make sure you’re taking care of yourself.
You do the same for him, always making sure he’s not overworking himself.
Slow dances when you're cooking or just hanging out.
Scott is subtle about PDA, but he loves holding your hand - whether it’s during a walk around the mansion grounds or when you’re studying together.
He doesn’t get your love for Austen, but he’ll sit beside you while you read, occasionally asking questions just to hear you talk.
He loved it when you read out loud to him.
He’s surprisingly affectionate in private.
If you’re having trouble sleeping, he’ll let you rest your head on his chest while he absentmindedly traces patterns on your arm.
Scott is your biggest supporter.
Whether it’s theatre, cosplay, or history, he’ll listen, help, and even join in if it makes you happy.
He worries about you but knows you can handle yourself.
He just makes sure you always have someone watching your back.
Over time, you develop a ton of inside jokes.
He loves that he can be himself around you.
Scott understands your perfectionism, your stubbornness, and your struggles with vulnerability.
And he never makes you feel bad for it.
Since he struggled with that too.
Scott Summers isn’t an easy man to love - he carries a lot on his shoulders.
But with you, he finds something rare: a partnership built on mutual understanding, trust, and deep affection.
You challenge him in the best ways, and he makes you feel truly seen.
Through late-night talks, quiet support, and shared laughter, you both find a love that’s steady, strong, and undeniably real.
Once Upon A Time;
Killian Jones -
Tumblr media
Killian Jones first meets you under less-than-ideal circumstances - perhaps you were investigating something that led you directly into his path.
In Storybrooke, you’d likely be working as a detective, using your sharp intellect and near-obsessive attention to detail to solve cases others overlook.
Holmes.
Yes, that was your last name.
And the name of your detective agency; The Crimson Holmes Detective Agency.
You have a reputation for being intimidatingly brilliant, a master of deduction with an uncanny ability to read people like an open book.
When Killian arrives in town, whether it’s during his initial revenge-seeking days or later when he’s working with the heroes, he instantly recognizes that you’re unlike anyone he’s ever met.
"Ah, love, you’ve got quite the sharp tongue on you, don’t you?"
He smirks, watching as you effortlessly unravel the latest town mystery while simultaneously critiquing his lack of subtlety.
But you see past his flirtatious bravado, straight to the deep sorrow, loyalty, and buried goodness in him - and that terrifies him.
You’re the only one who can see through his carefully crafted pirate persona, and it frustrates and intrigues him all at once.
You match his wit blow for blow, which both annoys and thrills him.
“You try far too hard to convince people you’re nothing but a roguish pirate,” You remark one day, eyes twinkling. “It would be more effective if you weren’t so painfully obvious about caring.”
He pretends not to be affected, but you’re in his head from that moment on.
Your friendship starts off as a battle of wits and stubbornness.
You both have a natural inclination toward independence and control, so neither of you is quick to admit when you actually enjoy spending time together.
Killian tries to ruffle your feathers with flirtatious remarks, but you deadpan your way through them effortlessly, often leaving him flustered instead.
However, over time, he starts to respect you deeply.
He admires the way your mind works, the relentless way you seek the truth, and how you push yourself to your limits, even when you probably shouldn’t.
Despite being a pirate, he is incredibly protective of you, even though he knows you can hold your own.
He doesn't hover or patronize you - but he watches your back in a way that’s both subtle and deeply reassuring.
"Not that you need my help, love," He says casually, stepping up beside you in a tense moment, "But let’s just say I’d rather not see what would happen if you took a blade to the gut."
Together, you’re a formidable team - him with his sword and instincts, you with your keen mind and razor-sharp deductions.
He enjoys watching you work, marveling at the way you piece things together before anyone else has a clue.
The shift from friendship to romance is agonizingly slow and filled with delicious tension.
You’re both stubborn, sarcastic, and avoidant when it comes to your own feelings.
You deflect with humor, while he hides behind his usual roguish charm.
Neither of you wants to admit what’s painfully obvious to everyone else.
Killian adores your mind, and he often finds himself mesmerized by the way you talk - even when you’re rambling about something completely obscure.
He listens, really listens, because he loves the way your eyes light up when you talk about something you’re passionate about.
There are moments that shake him, though - like when you’re injured on a case, and he abandons all pretense, his voice raw with worry.
Or when he catches you softly singing to yourself, completely unguarded, and something deep in his chest tightens.
And then there’s the way you lean into his touch without thinking, trusting him implicitly.
The way he always finds himself reaching for your hand when he’s nervous or uncertain.
The realization hits him like a tidal wave one day: he’s fallen for you, completely and irreversibly.
Killian’s confession isn’t grand or dramatic - it’s intensely personal and heartfelt.
Maybe it’s after a close call, or maybe he just can’t take pretending anymore.
Either way, it’s one of the few times you see him completely vulnerable.
"You terrify me, love," He admits one evening, voice low. “Not because of your mind - though let’s be honest, that’s enough to make any man feel completely inadequate. But because I never thought I’d meet someone who could see me so clearly... And still stay.”
You’re stunned.
And for once, you are the one fumbling over your words.
But when you finally find your voice, your response is simple: "I was never going anywhere, Killian."
Being with Killian is an adventure in every sense of the word.
He is devoted, protective, and wildly romantic.
He writes you love letters in old-fashioned calligraphy, leaving them for you to find when you least expect them.
He adores your vintage aesthetic, often comparing you to the heroines of classic novels.
"Red suits you, love," He murmurs, brushing his fingers over the fabric of your favorite outfit. "Then again, I suspect you’d make any color look divine."
He takes you on moonlit sails, where the only sound is the waves against the hull and his soft voice murmuring stories of the stars.
At home, he cooks for you, using whatever ingredients he can find, often resulting in chaotic yet endearing meals.
He steals kisses when you least expect it - while you’re deep in thought, while you’re trying to work, just to see that rare, flustered look on your face.
You, in turn, surprise him constantly.
With small, meaningful, gentle acts of service that show how much you care, even when words fail you.
He adores your cats, often talking to them, “Well, mates, looks like I’ve got some competition for her heart,” He jokes, scratching behind their ears.
When he noticed that you’re stressed, he might take over one of your tasks for the day, running errands or cooking you dinner without you asking - though he won’t make a big fuss about it.
He’d also keep your personal boundaries in mind, especially with your sensory processing disorder.
Knowing how much you dislike loud, overwhelming spaces, Killian would always be the first to suggest quieter places for dates or getaways.
Whether it’s a cozy cottage by the water or a quiet spot in the forest, he’d make sure you feel at ease, taking care to keep your environment calm.
He wouldn't be pushy, and if you ever needed some space to recharge, he’d be completely understanding, always there when you’re ready but never pressure you.
On your end, you show your love through small gestures, acts of service, and quality time.
With your busy schedule, Killian knows how hard it is for you to slow down, so you make it a point to ensure he knows just how much he means to you.
You’d also keep him grounded when his past weighs heavily on him.
You understand the complexity of people, especially when they’ve lived through darkness and come out the other side.
You’re not afraid to remind him of the goodness within him and would encourage him to confront his inner demons without shame.
When things get tough, you’d give him a gentle but honest pep talk, and he’d appreciate how you never sugarcoat things but always manage to keep him grounded.
Killian makes you feel cherished, in a way no one else ever has.
And in return, you give him something he never thought he’d have again - a reason to believe in love.
I'm back!!! After months and months of creative exhaustion and writer's block, this story came to me one night when I couldn't sleep. It's just a little one shot of pillow talk in Camelot that's a little fluffy, a tiny bit angsty, and a whole lot of tenderness. I hope you all enjoy it!
Rated T
               Killian wished for the first time for those garish artificial lights of Storybrooke. As Emma said, he was becoming a 21st century man, and he had come to enjoy the ability to see his beloved in all her glory, even after the sun went down. Here in Camelot, however, he had to rely on his sense of touch alone to map the marks on Emma he had come to know so well.
            “You and I, we understand each other,” Emma had said once, and the longer they were together, the more they saw it to be true. Though many a woman had warmed his bed, he still felt self-conscious the first time Emma saw the scars that riddled his body, yet she had smiled in that knowing way she had, and had cheekily said, “let me show you mine.”
            His thumb now grazed the puckered one on her shoulder, a form of punishment by a foster father using the tip of his cigar. He nudged her hair aside with his nose, then lightly brushed his lips across the faint white line behind her right ear, caused by a broken beer bottle.
            “I thought I ducked in time,” Emma had chuckled when she told him the story, “until I felt the trickle of blood dripping down my neck.”
            He knew what it was to make light of a person’s past, as if childhood slavery was just one of those things that happens sometimes. There was nothing normal about it, however, just as there was nothing normal about Emma living in an alleyway at the age of ten ducking from beer brawls.
            Emma shifted in his arms with a contented sigh. He wished she could sleep, but since the darkness wouldn’t allow herself that reprieve, at least she could find solace in his embrace. “You silence the voices in my head,” she had told him, pressing her nose to his collarbone. If that was the case, he would not leave her side, though the sleeping arrangements hadn’t made her father very happy at first.
            Killian’s fingers danced along the jagged scars along her upper back, the newest ones, from when a skip she was chasing pushed her into a plate glass window. That story elicited a shrug and bragging rights that she only missed a few days of work. Bravado – he understood that defense mechanism as well.
            They really did understand one another.
            Emma reached around for his arm and pulled his hand down to lace his fingers with hers. She pressed their joined hands to her chest, and he noticed the slightest change in her bearing. An almost imperceptible stiffening, and did her pulse just kick up a notch? She shifted again, this time as if she were uncomfortable.
            “Are you alright, love?”
            Emma released his hand, and using her magic, she lit the candles in the room. Then she rolled over to face him, her hands fluttering, as if she didn’t know whether to touch him or not. She finally balled them up in the sheet that covered her, pulling it up to her chin.
            “Do you know the song ‘Brandy’?”
            Killian chuckled. “You know my only knowledge of this realm’s music is you and Henry. Right now your lad is educating me on something called punk? Apparently, it was a favorite of his father’s.”
            Emma rolled her eyes. “Oh yeah, Neal loved that stuff. I prefer the classics.”
            “Like those beetle people?”
            “The Beatles, Killian, and yes. Also Motown, Elvis, Creedence Clearwater Revival. I don’t know why, I just always liked the old stuff.”
            “And this song? ‘Brandy’? Is by one of these singing groups?”
            “Uh, no, but it's kind of the same genre, I guess. I don’t know even know who sings it, actually. I thought maybe you’d heard it at Granny’s or something. It’s about this girl and a sailor, so . . . “
            “Ah.” He nodded, encouraging her to go on. He was glad she’d lit the candles, though he still couldn’t see her well. Well enough, however, to see the furrow of her brow and the way her lips turned down. This was obviously about more than a song. “Most sailors I know prefer rum, though. Brandy is a little high brow for our modest tastes.”
            Emma rolled her eyes, which was precisely what he’d been going for. “Brandy is a woman. She lives by the sea and serves drinks to sailors. In a tavern, I guess.”
            “Aptly named.”
            Emma adjusted her pillow beneath her head and rolled over. She continued the story gazing up at the ceiling instead of looking at him.
            “The song tells the story about her and the man she falls in love with. He’s a sailor, and he loves her, but always leaves her.”
            Killian is beginning to see where this is going. He shifts closer to her, propping his head up on his blunted arm so he can look down at her as she speaks. With his hand, he strokes her arm gently.
            “The chorus,” Emma continues, “is what the man always says to her: Brandy, you’re a fine girl. What a good wife you would be, but my life, my love, my lady is the sea.”
            There are many things Killian could say. The first thought that comes to his mind is that the man in the song is either an idiot or a complete cad who most likely has a girl in every port. He’s known the type. People probably assume he’s the type, but he was always careful that his one-night stands had the same expectations he did. He actively avoided women who would be a “good wife.” Not every sailor had good form, however. He could explain all of that to Emma; tell her that the song is unfortunately a common tale, but it’s never been his.
            He knows, however, that none of those things are what Emma needs right now. So he waits, without moving, his hand still caressing her arm. Emma releases a puff of angry breath before speaking again.
            “I’ve always hated that song.”
            “Emma, love,” Killian says gently, shifting onto his back and reaching for her, “come here.”
            She comes to him a bit shyly, and he smiles at her gently as he cups her face with his hand. In her gaze, he can see hesitation. Fear. He doesn’t know if it’s the darkness whispering doubts, or if it’s her same old insecurities, but this is one battle he knows how to help her fight.
            “My life,” he says, kissing her cheek, “my love,” he kisses her nose, “my lady,” he kisses her forehead, then pulls back so he can gaze into her eyes, “is you, Emma.”
            Her eyes well up with tears, and a hesitant smile teases the corners of her mouth. “The Jolly Roger was your home for so long. You had nothing holding you back. Nothing tying you down.”
            Killian shakes his head. “Emma, you said once that you and I understand one another. You, like me, were an orphan. What is the one thing all orphans want more than anything else?”
            “A home,” Emma breathes without hesitation.
            Killian nods, then kisses her fiercely, pulling her to himself, his hand tangling in her hair, pouring into his kiss all his hopes and dreams for their future. When they part, breathless, Emma presses her forehead to his, her smile finally full and joyous.
            “So I didn’t freak you out when I mentioned that white picket fence?”
            Killian tucks her against him, wrapping his arms fully around her. As he kisses the top of her head, he thinks of the real estate ads he and Henry have been looking at, one house in particular that looks fit for a princess, with a view of the sea.
            “Not at all, love. I want that too.”
            Emma snuggles further into his embrace, her hand splayed on his chest, right over his heart.
            “Good,” she says, with that edge of smugness he’s always found so endearing.
            He tries to stay awake, for her sake, but the warm, flickering light of the candles, combined with the softness of her in his arms, lulls him more than the ocean waves. Just as sleep pulls him under, he murmurs against her hair.
            “You’re my home now, Emma. My life, my love, my lady.”
MC Fic Rec: Until We Meet Again
By @searchingwardrobes | Rating: M
As a joke, Liam Jones pays a gypsy to show 15 year old Killian his true love in her magic mirror. When Killian looks in the mirror, he falls through realms and time until coming face to face with a 15 year old Emma Swan. Because I'm obsessed with younger versions of Killian meeting younger versions of Emma. Complete This is one of my favorite CS fanfictions and one that is so nostalgic for me since I credit this fic with getting me into the world of CS fanfics and I don't see this fic getting recommended enough. There's just something about these lieutenant duckling fics that I'm an absolute sucker for! This fic is a mix of an enchanted forest au and a modern au, but since it mostly takes place in the land with no magic, I classify it as the latter.
MASTERLIST
Tumblr media
She had no clue what was about to come upon her. Who she was about to meet. It was late in the evening. Seraphina was sitting in a bar, alone.
'Hello darling.'
Sera looks up. There's a man standing next to her table. Without asking, he sits down at the head of the table.
'And you are?' Sera asks.
He raises an eyebrow and is amused by your inquiry, a warm smile growing on his handsome face.
'Why, I'm Captain Killian Jones darling, also known as Hook.'
'And you are?' he leans in and looks into her eyes.
'Hook. Interesting name. My name... Is not important. For now.'
'Hmm…' he raises an eyebrow once more, taking note of this strange woman who has chosen not to introduce herself.
'Not important… ' he says in a contemplative tone, 'I have stumbled upon a mystery. I'm quite good at solving mysteries, you know.' he says with a smirk.
'I'd like to see you try' Seraphina says. Hell, why not, she thought to herself. She felt like having some fun.
He smirks and leans on the bar, his tone flirtatious as it always is.
'Oh, is that a challenge I hear darling?'
He tilts his head and looks at her with a sly grin.
'Hmm…' he muses, 'a woman who wants to test me… ' he purrs and his eyes look like they are assessing her up and down.
'What are the stakes?'
'You name them.' She says, in a teasing tone, daring him to bite.
His eyebrows raise a little higher this time, his smile growing bigger and even more smug.
'Hmm… how about a kiss?'
'You know what? I'm bored. Yes. You'll get a kiss as soon as you guess my name' She says.
He nods his head, his smile growing wide as he leans in and looks deep into her eyes.
'It's a deal, darlin'. You have yourself a challenge.'
It's clear he's confident in his ability to complete this task, although he's also intrigued by the mysterious woman in front of him.
'Let the games begin…'
He grins from ear to ear as his eyes sparkle with confidence and his eyebrows raise.
'And may the best pirate… win.' he says with a self-assured smirk that shows he's more than ready to play the game.
Killian takes a sip of his drink and starts to observe her closely, carefully considering all of her features and mannerisms as he begins to think of who this mysterious woman could be.
'Hmmm…'
He leans forward slowly with a smirk on his face, his eyes fixed on hers as he looks into her eyes, looking like he's carefully considering what name might suit her. He's clearly starting to get into the game now, and his eyes have the playful, teasing look about them that's so characteristic of him.
'How about…' he says playfully, 'Annabel?'
'Wrong.'
He pulls back a little, running a hand through his hair as he thinks for another few moments. After a little time, he leans forward slowly once more, and looks into her eyes with a coy smile once more.
'Well then how about… Charlotte?' he asks teasingly with a wink as he once again tries to narrow down her name, his eyes gazing into hers as if he's trying to uncover her secret to get to it.
'Such basic names..' She teases, 'wrong again.'
Killian raises an eyebrow, his playful face turning slightly more serious as he considers the matter at hand.
'Basic names?' he asks in a joking tone while he moves his face a little closer to hers as he raises the other eyebrow.
'Give me something less basic.' She says with a teasing tone while his eyes look her up and down with a playful but calculating gaze.
'Something… that'll suit you. ' he purrs as he leans even closer, clearly enjoying the game and wanting to continue teasing her.
'I'll give you a hint. the name starts with S, and has 9 letters'
Killian leans back in his seat in mock frustration, but a warm smile also crosses his face.
'Nine letters… S…' he hums to himself, clearly running through the names and combinations of words in his head while he looks at her thoughtfully and a playful, yet calculating look crosses his face.
'How about… Seraphina?' he says with a smile as he watches her, waiting to see if he got the name right this time. The way he says her name gives her goosebumps.
'Well played. You got it.' Seraphina says, impressed with how quickly he got her name.
'Well, my dear Seraphina, consider the game won.' he says with a flirtatious grin and wiggles his elbows.
'Now… about that kiss…' he says with a teasing wink, moving forward and gently placing a hand on her cheek.
'Call me Sera, and yes. You've earned it.' She says, seductively.
'Sera it is darling…' he says with a playful smile as he leans closer, placing the other hand behind her neck while he tilts his head a little to the left as he once again moves closer for what promises to be an intense kiss. His breath hits her lips as they get closer and the passion in his eyes is easy to see.
'Sera…' he whispers as the two of them share a slow and sweet, yet passionate kiss that takes their breath away.
Dis is a Killian Jones x reader fanfic cuz I'm a sucker for this man and I know you are too🌚
Tumblr media
From the days of your childhood, You and Hook had been inseparable friends in the charming coastal town. You shared laughter, dreams, and a bond that weathered the storms of time.
On this particular evening, as the sky painted itself in hues of twilight, You found yourself sitting by the familiar shore, your heart heavy with the weight of your struggles. Tears streamed down your cheeks, mirroring the gentle cascade of the nearby waves.
Suddenly, a familiar presence enveloped her. It was Hook, her childhood companion, drawn by an unspoken connection that transcended the years.
"Hey...are you okay?"
It was just four words, but they were enough to make you break down.
"It's too much Killian. I can't do this anymore," You replied, with a wavering voice.
He wrapped his arms around you, offering a comforting embrace that felt like coming home.
With his arms encircling you, Hook whispered soft, soothing words in your ear, his voice a symphony of warmth and reassurance. He spoke of your shared memories, of endless adventures and the unbreakable bond you held. He painted a picture of resilience and hope, reminding you of your strength and the love that surrounded you.
As you cried softly on his shoulder, Hook held you close, his whispered promises acting as a balm to your weary soul. His presence was a sanctuary, a safe harbor in the tempest of your emotions.
In that moment, time seemed to stand still. The world faded away, leaving only your intertwined hearts beating in sync with the rhythm of the ocean. The embrace was a testament to your enduring friendship, a silent vow that no matter the hardships, you would always be there for each other.
With the echo of his whispered words lingering in your heart, You felt a glimmer of hope rising within you. You knew that with Hook by your side, you could weather any storm that life threw your way.
