आप कार्यालय में या बाहर काम कर रहे हैं ,किसी बीमारी से जूझ रहे हैं। मोटापा कम करना चाहते हैं। इन सभी बातों को ध्यान में रखते हुए खानपान की योजना तैयार होनी चाहिए। भारतीय चिकित्सा अनुसंधान परिषद की नई मार्गदर्शिका के अनुसार ,हमारा दैनिक आहार संतुलन फूड पिरामिड के अनुसार हो आवश्यक है। यह पिरामिड दो हजार कैलोरी के लिए तैयार की गयी है। इसमें फल और सब्जी को सबसे अधिक मात्रा में लेने की सलाह है। इसके बाद साबुत अनाज व मोटे अनाज के साथ क्रमश: दूध व दूध से बने पदार्थ ,मेवे ,तेल व नमक आदि की बात है। यह योजना हर मौसम के लिए आदर्श है। 

इन बातों क��� रखें ध्यान    

प्रतिदन भोजन में मौसमी फल सब्जी को शामिल करें। इसकी मात्रा 500 ग्राम होनी चाहिए। ये अलग -अलग रंगों के हों ताकि अधिक पोषण मिले। 

रोजाना 250 ग्राम अनाज व मोटे अनाज को शामिल करें। पचास प्रतिशत मोटा अनाज हो तो अच्छा। इस मौसम में ज्वार लेना लाभदायक माना गया है। 

आधा किलो दूध या इससे बने पदार्थ और दो या तीन कटोरी दालें लें। 

बादाम और अखरोट आदि नियमित लेना लाभदायक है। 

यदि मांसाहारी हैं तो लाल मांस से दूरी बरतें। मछली ,चिकन सप्ताह में दो बार ले सकते हैं।

UPDATE: Regarding Hussam and his Family

Since the IOF warnings of aggressive attacks on Rafah, Hussam is helping all the refugees in his land to relocate near Khan Yonis. His parents, brothers, sisters, inlaws and cousins relocated too, however Hussam himself didn't leave his house as of this moment because his wife just gave birth to a daughter after a high risk pregnancy. Right now, they're still in their house which is in Rafah but close to Khan Younis, so they're safe. But they are ready to leave whenever they need to.

Hussam is still giving out funds through HelpGazaChildren to people who need to travel to Khan Younis, which is happening everyday, about $300 USD per family. He is also sending money to the north to Mahmoud Abusalama, who is helping people in Jabaliya.

Mirror, Mirror: You know the scene. No explanation is necessary. 

The Return of the Archons: Bones was brainwashed and more or less unconscious and Spock did a meld to determine what had happened.

Spectre of the Gun: This meld wasn't forced but he didn't exactly have a choice. He looks really uncomfortable in that scene. 

The Wrath of Khan/The Search For Spock: Spock did a nerve pinch and then did a meld to put his Katra in Bones without his consent. He experienced a lot of negative side effects (that's an understatement) and it was highly likely that he wouldn't survive the fal-tor-pan. 

The Final Frontier: Sybok forces Bones to relive his father's death and confront his guilt over killing him. This happens in front of Kirk and Spock who didn't know this which adds to the violation. It's a horrific scene. 

The Undiscovered Country: While it didn't directly happen to him, he has to watch Spock do a non-consensual mind meld on Valeris. This probably reminded him of what Mirror Universe Spock did to him.

I hope that Bones got some therapy while they were staying on Vulcan after The Search for Spock because he really needed it.
