paradise - where do you and your lover vacation to?

somewhere very private, generally tropical. i like to lounge and swim and enjoy the slow pace of island life and he likes that it’s really easy to avoid everyone but still get to kind of relax a little bit. one week only and then he’s back to work tho 😔

angel by the sea - what pet names do they use for you? what pet names do you use for them?

i tend to stick to classics for nicknames for him but none fluster him more than my love. I mean as flustered as a man like that can get but he definitely gets a little smile on his face and sort of looks away when he hears it and even if it’s dropped in a second, i know it happened

we’ve discussed the tigress nickname before but its origins are bc a magazine wrote about pop star kendy being a man eating tiger once and it was so amusing it stuck lmao

Kiptum, el hombre que posee el actual record en maratón, ha muerto en un accidente de tráfico:

Según informaciones locales, Kiptum conducía un automóvil de marca Toyota, con dos pasajeros a bordo: su entrenador y una mujer identificada como Sharon Kosgei, que ha sobrevivido aunque con lesiones graves. La policía informó de que Kiptum perdió el control del vehículo y se salió de la carretera, chocó contra un gran árbol y cayó en una zanja, a 60 metros de distancia.

Kiptum tenía 24 años y era natural de Eldoret. Estaba casado con Asenath Rotich y tenía dos hijos El pasado año en Chicago estableció un nuevo récord del mundo de maratón con un registro estratosférico: 2:00:35. Todos los expertos lo señalaban como el hombre llamado a romper la mítica barrera de las dos horas en un maratón oficial.

Kiptum apenas corrió tres maratones en su vida. Debutó en el de Valencia, en diciembre de 2022, con el crono más rápido de la historia para un debutante (2:01:53) y ya en 2023 ganó primero en Londres con 2:01:25 antes de reventar el crono en Chicago. Sus tres marcas están entre las siete más rápidas de la historia.
