Happy 14th anniversary to LEGO Ninjago!

I can't believe it's been 14 years since I first saw these four idiots become a team. The beginning of their journey.

I have said it before and I will say it again. These four will forever have a special place in my heart. Without them the story wouldn't be what it is today.

And because of that it wrote a story for them as well.

Both of you met in an accidental but cute way: you were in the library grabbing some books you needed for school, but when you wanted to grab the last one it was on a high shelf, so trying to get it on your own, you started to jump to grab it, but after a few minutes an unknown hand appeared in your sight of vision grabbing the book you needed at what you turned around to see a tall and cute boy handing you the book

That was the start of a friendship that later evolved into a relationship

At the start he was a bit quiet but after spending more time together he got out of his shell

You no longer have to worry about not reaching high shelfs again, because know you have a big boy that will get it for you, or just lift you from the ground to get it

Also you like to play 'Big Boys' from SZA anytime he's around which makes him laugh

The first time you saw him practicing karate, you almost drooled beacuse he looked so good doing it, and also because it was clear that he was the best at it

And when you asked him if he could teach you some movements, he inmediatly accepted teaching you some movements that would be useful for personal defense

When you saw the scars on his back that were caused by his sensei, you cried and tried to convince him to look for another dojo, but after an argument that consisted of Axel saying that it was for him to become a better martial artist, you gave up, but decided to help him to cure his wounds whenever he got them

Your relationship with his teammates was cordial, even Zara sometimes gave you things that the brands that her sponsors send her, her argument was that it would look better on you or that they weren't her style

Anythime you used his clothes they looked giant on you, which Axel had a lot of photos on his phone with the excuse that you looked cute

Whenever he got any karate tournament, you were there supporting him and his dojo, even when it was on another country

Also, sometimes when you felt tired after walking for a bit, he liked to carry you around

do y'all ever think abt how fuckin lucky it was the Wu managed to find all the ninja- the elementals of creation??

Like yeah sure, he was friends with all of their parents, and hell probably even their grandparents- but all of their parents either died or had gone missing.

Hell- Jay's literally adopted and Zane's a fucking android. The chances of Wu finding them again was probably really fucking low.

Idgaf that Wu is like mostly a god with weird spirit smoke voodoo ass powers- the probability of him finding the elementals of creation again should've been close to zero.

Add to the fact that the ninja themselves probably would've never known that they could wield elements- unless they somehow, magically, unlocked their true potentials on their own, which yk super fucking unlikely-

Their elements would've died off with them. With nobody to teach them their elemental, they wouldn't know to teach their kids.

Little theory about the purpose each elemental master has in regards to their roles as elemental masters:

Lloyd is the green ninja, making him very important to Ninjago. His purpose as the green ninja is to protect Ninjago and maintain balance.

The og 4, Kai, Cole, Zane, and Jay, are the holders of the elements of creation. Unlike the other elements that the Fsm held, they are much more powerful. Their purpose was to aid the green ninja in his own purpose as well as protect him.

So, Lloyd as the Green Ninja is supposed to protect Ninjago, the Og 4 are meant to protect Ninjago but ALSO protect Lloyd.

Now where does the elements of Wojira step in?

The elements of water and wind were not mentioned once in any prophecy written by the Fsm, as they never had any significance in them specifically. However, i think their purpose is to protect the other elemental masters. Specifically the Ninja.

Nya has saved the Ninja multiple times even before finding her element, and the most key moment where she saves them using her element was when she merged with the ocean.

Morro, during the short movie ‘Day of the Departed’, helped the ninja in saving Cole from Yang and from being forgotten.

Euphrasia saved the ninja in the Cloud Kingdom by stepping up and using her element.

Each of them have a very key moment of doing something to help the Ninja and ensure they don’t die when they were near the brink of losing. I think thats the hidden purpose of the elemental masters of wind and water, to protect the elements of creation.

If we’re talking about the other elements the Fsm could control, i think they’re supposed to help aid and support the ninja during tikes when they need it, like when Garmadon came back because of Harumi.

Hey, maybe since there was no prophecy or legend written from the Fsm about any of the elemental masters of wind and water, it might be because he never had control over them. Maybe thats why he never wrote about Wojira returning or Morro and the Preeminent, two very significant events. He can’t view events significant to those elements.

Anyways I’m done with my rant do with this what you will

Sneak peak at a project I'm working on - I'm making a compilation of every canon Spinjitzu scene in Ninjago, including Dragons Rising, the 2011 mini-movies, the Virtues of Spinjitzu, and the Tales of the Monastery.

Forbidden Spinjitzu and Spinjitzu Burst will be included, but Airjitzu and Shatterspin might not be (I haven't decided that yet).

I'll even be keeping count of every time each individual character does Spinjitzu to see who does it the most times across the series.

This video shows only the Pilot episodes' Spinjitzu scenes, but I've already made it halfway through S3, so I should be finished by the end of February.
