Like yeah sure, he was friends with all of their parents, and hell probably even their grandparents- but all of their parents either died or had gone missing.

Hell- Jay's literally adopted and Zane's a fucking android. The chances of Wu finding them again was probably really fucking low.

Idgaf that Wu is like mostly a god with weird spirit smoke voodoo ass powers- the probability of him finding the elementals of creation again should've been close to zero.

Add to the fact that the ninja themselves probably would've never known that they could wield elements- unless they somehow, magically, unlocked their true potentials on their own, which yk super fucking unlikely-

Their elements would've died off with them. With nobody to teach them their elemental, they wouldn't know to teach their kids.
