I was just reading Sha no Sho, The Third Naruto Databook. Both Kakuzu and Hidan characters have their own pages here... but what got me laughing so hard is this page:

Almost over 18 years of my love for Hidan and Kakuzu, and so happy to be finally able to share my passion for these two with other kakuhi fans at Valentine Rose Fes at Tokyo Big Sight on Sunday 😭❤️❤️❤️ And so amazing to see international fans too 💕

ngl even though I sometimes have opinions about the character building of Rauhreif's hidan this still remains my all time No.1 kakuhi doujinshi it fucking killed me 🫠

My scans from 赤い雨 (akai ame) by Rauhreif/Inoue Yuki. It's probably my favourite Kakuzu × Hidan doujinshi of all time... even though it depresses the shit out of me. It really opened my eyes on Hidan's immortality and what a gruesome curse it really is. A horrible fate.

One thing about living in Japan is realising how devoted and big the KakuHi fandom was (and still is, as proven by this anthology filled with the hard work and love of all those involved!)
