Also there are Polish comments on the other Asterix polls this round too - not all of them but on 12 tasks saw one pretty cool. No idea what it says unfortunately but still cool.

Apparently my brother also told his Polish roommate about the polls and all they had to say was that Kajko i Kokosz was better. Don’t think Mission Cleopatra was mentioned specifically though. Also there may be some lasting resentment from when my brother saw the Netflix cartoon and called it an Asterix knockoff, apparently his roommate didn’t like that.

Kajko and Kokosz from polish comics/cartoon for children. They are a perfect example of queer coding and "and they were roommates". Tbh I'm not sure if they were supposed to be queer coded. BUT THEY ARE. Two grown up adults, they not only live together BUT they share the same bedroom AND it looks like they share the same bed.

I found this little gem by Sławomir Kiełbus who took over Kajko i Kokosz after Christa. I like how he blends Christa’s , Uderzo’s and his own artstyle here. I’m so hyped for netflix series. This picture  was made for WOŚP :)

Hello! Welcome new followers and long time no see to my old ones. It's good to see you! You may notice that lately I'm not very active in my social media and the reason for it, is this. Yep, I'm working on a new Netflix "Kajko and Kokosz" cartoon, based on a Polish, cult-favorite comic with the same title! I'm very excited and happy to be a part of the team working on it, but unfortunately, as we're trying to speed up the process, I have a lot of work and don't have much time for other things u.u As a background artist, all my drawing hours and energy goes into it (and some commissions) and then I'm too drained to work on my own stuff... but don't worry! This account isn't dead! I'm still here and I'm still gonna post new artworks, so just bear with me ʕ♡˙ᴥ˙♡ʔ

[PL] Hejoo! Witam wszystkich nowych followersów i kope lat dla pozostałych! Zapewne część z was zauważyła, że nie jestem zbyt aktywna na moich mediach społecznościowych, a przyczyną tego jest: filmik powyżej. Wraz z ukazaniem się oficjalnego zwiastuna, mogę przyznać się do pracy nad nową serią Netflixa, "Kajko i Kokosz", którą zapewne większość z was kojarzy, jako że jest oparta na kultowym, polskim komiksie Janusza Christy Bardzo cieszę się, że mogę być częścią zespołu pracującego nad nową, tak oczekiwaną animacją, niestety jako że staramy się dostarczyć wam serial jak najszybciej, mam naprawdę sporo pracy i nie za wiele czasu na własne projekty u.u Pracuję w zespole zajmującym się tłami, a więc cała moja kreatywna energia idzie głównie w nie (i dodatkowo okazjonalne commishe), przez co czuję się dość wypompowana twórczo... ale nie martwcie się! To nie oznacza, że opuściłam to konto na dobre, lub że już całkiem zaprzestałam rysować. Wciąż mam wiele pomysłów, więc że tak powiem, jest na co czekać :v

A do tego czasu zostawiam wam do obejrzenia tę oto zajawkę i mam nadzieję, że sama seria również się wam spodoba, kiedy już zostanie wyemitowana
