Lilith, a vile demoness of lust, said to be responsible for miscarriages and infant mortality. In some Kabbalist traditions, Lilith is the head and mother of the lilim, a clan of demons who, like succubi, forcefully seduce men. The origin of Lilith varies from telling to telling, in some she’s the corrupted female half of Adam, in others she’s simply another dark spirit, the most popular of these however is that she was the original woman created alongside Adam. In Kabbalist tradition all of these origins converge on Lilith’s assault on Adam, who she forces herself on. Because of this she’s kicked out of Eden and punished by God, in some versions she becomes the serpent who tempts Adam and Eve as revenge while in others she’s only connected to the snake. In some Kabbalist beliefs after the death of his son Able, Adam separates himself from Eve and exiles himself in grief. During this period of weakness for Adam, Lilith captured him and once again forced herself onto him repeatedly, from this violation of Adam Lilith gave birth to the Lilim.

Lilith is mentioned only once in the Bible within a single section, in which the actual significance of her is unclear, though it’s believed it was meant to illustrate her as a minor night spirit. The story of Lilith circulated in modern times comes from the alphabet of Ben Sira, in which after being assaulted by Adam Lilith runs away and is punished by God for disobeying Adam. This story and the alphabet of Ben Sira as a whole has been condemned by a vast majority of both traditional rabbis and Kabbalists. Modern day researcher have concluded that the alphabet wasn’t written by Jewish followers, but instead was written as an antisemitic piece of literature, this would explain the radical and unprecedented switch in roles that occurred within it that contradicts the original beliefs. Lilith originates within Mesopotamian mythology, she was heavily associated with the goddess inanna and might be derived from lamashtu.

Calling upon Rochel in a court of law will help distinguish the summoner and bring them justice for the acts they have been wronged by, especially in cases of theft. Rabbi Yehuda Leib Ha-Levi Ashlag is known as בַּעַל הַסּוּלָם, Baal HaSulam i.e. "Owner of The Ladder" which refers to his magnum opus "HaSulam" and the “Talmud Eser Sefirot” kabbalah, a complete commentary on the Zohar that re-edits the works of 16th century Kabbalist Rabbi Isaac Luria. In this undertaking, Ashlag presents utmost attention and precision to clear, detailed interpretations of the sequence of the creation and the structural organization and processes occurring in the upper worlds (Olamot Elyonim). His teachings delve deeply into the Kabbalistic concept of the Ten Sephirot, the emanations through which divine energy manifests in the world, and provides profound explanations of each Sephirah and their interconnectedness, offering insights into the nature of God, creation, and the human soul. The work is divided into six volumes containing sixteen parts and over two thousand pages, and is perceived as the core of Kabbalah Mysticism that was followed by contemporary adherents who spread the teachings of the Kabbalah on a mass scale. Ashlag studied Kabbalah from the age of seven, hiding pages from the book Etz Chaim "The Tree of Life" by Rabbi Hayyim ben Joseph Vital, the foremost disciple of Rabbi Isaac Luria. His masterwork "HaSulam" (The Ladder) earned him the name “Baal HaSulam”. Ashlag experienced Kabbalah teachings as a means of profound personal transformation and his work captures the inner processes that a Kabbalist undergoes on the path of spiritual attainment and illumination toward a union with God by becoming a vessel for divine light. Baal HaSulam emphasized and advocated practical application for integration of Kabbalistic principles into ethical behavior, social justice, and interpersonal relationships. Ashlag saw that the evil inclination in people (human egoism) would rise to an altogether new height in humanity causing a new era of suffering felt as a meaningless confused existence. Tikkun Olam (Repair of the World) is central to Baal HaSulam's teachings, the idea that humanity has a responsibility to actively participate in the repair and elevation of the world by engaging in spiritual practices and acts of kindness, where disciplines focused on transforming human consciousness from a state of desiring to receive to desiring to give. Practicing individuals can thus contribute to the restoration of harmony, synergy and balance in the universe, shining sparks of a unifying glow of love across the world.

Chokmah - Le Cycle des Cieux

La séphira de Chokmah accueille le Royaume élohien de la Sagesse. Sa capitale est Mazlot.

Chokmah est la deuxième des séphiroth. Elle est gouvernée par le chœur des chérubins et par l’archange-roi Eunée. 

A l’aube du Tohou, Chokmah représentait l’aile gauche d’Adam Kadmon, le corps-univers. 

Dans le langage des élohim, le terme “Chokmah” signifie sagesse. Plus précisément, la sagesse accumulée par les âmes qui terminent leur parcours tout le long de l’arbre de vie …ou celle nouvellement acquise des âmes à naître, qui s’apprêtent à faire le chemin inverse pour se réincarner.

Chokmah est un royaume d’émerveillement, où les âmes se réjouissent de leur ascension ou de leur incarnation à venir. Les âmes qui passent par Chokmah sont attentivement analysées par les chérubins et les anges, qui tissent leurs avenirs.

Chokmah est composé d’un cosmos argenté toujours mouillé par une rosée d’eau. Les élohim y ont construit d’immenses structures en acier qui accueillent leurs cités. Chokmah accueille les plus grands centres scientifiques de l’Institut, ainsi que d’immenses forges à cristal.
