Do you know what I want to see in season 3 of Good Omens?

Crowley and Azriphale picking up each other's habits now their separated.

I wanna see Crowley's apartment slowly descend into disorder, and his light bulbs turn warm.

I wanna see Aziraphale start making incoherent noises to answer questions he doesn't want to answer.

I wanna see Crowley do something mundanely insufferable but human, like get his driver's license.

I wanna see Aziraphale sit in a chair so incorrectly it hurts to look at.

I wanna see Crowley go out of his way to do something kind but inconsequential with nonchalant purpose.

I wanna see Azriaphale find a "glue pennies to the sidewalk" chaos solution to putting off the apocalypse.

I want them to loom at their current situation, distressed and disheveled and go, "What would my other half do? How do I fill the void they left to get help this?"

I want them to start understand each other while they're the farthest apart they've ever been.

Good Omens S. 3 Prediction

God watches Aziraphale and Crowley pining silently and tragically even as they refuse to speak to one another.

And despite being hands off, She just can't sit back and watch her two favorite people shaped idiots let each other go, especially when their love is so bright that it's keeping her up all night. So God says fuck this and gets involved.

Cut to: God turning Jesus back into a baby, slapping a postage stamp onto their head, and then yeeting them down to the bookshop with all the grace of a divine three pointer.

And knowing these two morons, it would 1000% work. Because nothing brings two man shaped sad sacks together like fighting for humanity and their love and raising a child together so they can live in a cottage by the sea in very peaceful and gay domestic bliss.

So. That’s most of my thoughts. I LOOOOOVED THIS PODCAST!!! I never thought I’d be able to find anything that recreated what TMA meant to me, and while I still think that… DAMN, THIS IS CLOSE!!! And it’s its own little experience to seperate the two and make this so amazing and RAH RAH RAH I LOVE THIS I LOVE YOU MALEVOLENT HARLAN GUTHRIE I APPLAUD YOU!!!

But I do have one big thought in my head. I’m assuming the goal of season 2 will be to kill or just defeat The King In Yellow in order to keep Arthur’s body safe and escape the Dreamlands. But here’s the thing. If John is a part of The King’s soul… wouldn’t killing The King kill John as well? What if we get given the choice of killing The King or sparing him to save John, and Arthur chooses mercy? Because as much as he wants his body back, he doesn’t want to lose John??? I WOULD SCREAM!

And I swear to The King himself if I get reblogs like “You sweet Summer child” “No one tell her” “Oh you poor soul” like I did on my Faroe post I will throw kitchen appliances out of windows
