I tried the Lewis Bake Shop Hawaiian Keto Bread Slices with Planters Crunchy and Nutella Hazelnut Spread in a sandwich.
This crunchy peanut butter chocolate hazelnut sandwich was pretty good.
These bread slices were lightly defrosted then microwaved so it was crunchy and a little sweet but not overly sweet to me.
The planters crunchy peanut butter and Nutella hazelnut chocolate spread sandwich had a light high quality Reese's peanut butter cup taste with a light hazelnut after taste at the end.
The sandwich was crunchy and sweet while lightly salty but bot overly of both to me.
I would eat this sandwich again.

I went for cold therapy in the cascades above Burgess Falls 🧊💦 and had this low carb sandwich by the river. 🥪
It's the SOLA brand keto bread. It was pretty okay. I ate half of it. 🤷♀️ I prefer my egg wraps for a "sandwich" (see my last post). The friend that gave me a ride there packed these low carb sandwiches though, which was super nice! 💝 (I'm still not able to drive much, or far.)
Otherwise I've been sticking to meat & eggs mostly, and broccoli about once a week 🥦 , eating super simple. I did get that ribeye finally too that I was craving. 🥰❣️😋 How did your week go, and what are you into this week?
I'm headed to the pool this afternoon for physical therapy 🏊♀️ 👙 (a walk & workout in the swim lanes) and otherwise taking it easy & getting a few things done around the house. 🏡
