So...Commencing my journey from now...writing about my day...Everyday.

In 2024, I joined PhD programme at Centre for Museology and Conservation, Rajasthan University....became Assistant Professor of Museology...reached to the KBC Hot seat....and Moved with family to new City, my Karmasthali...Jaipur.

Woke up today, went to College....Mummy prepared the new Milton tiffin for my College. Kind of mirror, where 12 years ago, She used to pack tiffin when I used to go to the School, and now to a Professor, who goes to College. She made me what I am today.

As of now, no classes were there, as students have exam from 7 January, so greeted all Staff very Happy New Year with Laddoos from Kesar, which I ordered from Zomato. Good deal I got...750 gms Laddoos for 299 only.

When I was returning back to Home, Saleem met me. I recognised him. Few days back on 23 December, he asked me for some Computer based work. I had nothing to offer, but I took him along with me in Auto to the University, where I had some PhD related work. He came with me in University and asked for some work. That day I came back and forgot about this thing.

Today, he greeted me with a good news that he got job there in the University and said it happened because I took him there. I was happy for him and felt good that I proved to be helpful for a person in need. That's life...if we can become a medium for someone, we should, by all means.

Came back to home, as its Wednesday and first day of 2025, so Mummy wanted to visit Moti Dungri Temple to offer Prasad to Ganeshji. We went there. Aaaaaaaa...so much traffic in peak hours. Mummy jumped the line...why she do it, I don't understand. I hardly do such thing, I calmly wait for my turn. Anyways...took her to famous Rawat Kachoriwala and tried their famous Pyaz Kachori.

Ordered Eyedrops for Papa, will collect tomorrow from medical store near SMS.

And yes, good amount of time spent on wishing Happy New Year to near and dear ones. Today I also told Atul Bhaiya about the marriage proposal thing with his Sister. He will come to Jaipur this month and talk to Mummy regarding this. Let's see, in 2025, what's there in my Personal romantic life?

Room still need to be set up cpmpletely, tomorrow for sure.

Gym, not yet joined. But once I joined in few days, I will continue without break. I want my cuts and toned muscles as soon as possible. I got them, but had a long break since last 7 months. But, now....I want my Sexiest outfit...my body...in shape.

De Vlaamse Confederatie van Immobiliënberoepen (CIB Vlaanderen) heeft onlangs het nieuwe vastgoedadvertentieplatform Spotto gelanceerd, bedoeld om marktleider Immoweb te concurreren. Hoewel bij de start al 30.000 panden op Spotto stonden, stuiten ze op weerstand van de grootste Belgische makelaarsketens. Bekende merken zoals ERA, Dewaele en Trevi zijn niet te vinden op de website, omdat ze zich verplicht voelen te investeren in het nieuwe initiatief en grote vragen hebben over de uitvoering ervan.

CIB Vlaanderen financiert Spotto via het verhoogde lidmaatschapsgeld, maar veel grote makelaars voelen zich hierdoor gedwongen om deel te nemen. Ze willen meer weten over Spotto's online reclamestrategie, aangezien hun investeringen in Google- en Facebook-advertenties in gevaar kunnen komen door de reclame van Spotto. Discrete onderhandelingen tussen CIB Vlaanderen en zijn grootste leden zijn gepland om tot een oplossing te komen.

Een punt van onenigheid is de betrokkenheid van de makelaars bij Immoscoop, een concurrent van Immoweb en Spotto. Hun belang ligt dus duidelijk niet bij de beroepsorganisatie maar bij hun "eigen" website Immoscoop.

Grote spelers die niet betrokken zijn bij Immoscoop, zoals Heylen Vastgoed, Trevi en het merendeel van de Century 21-franchises, blijven voorlopig weg van Spotto. Ze willen zien hoe Spotto zich ontwikkelt en of het platform echt toegevoegde waarde biedt om leads te genereren. Enkele grote makelaars zijn ontevreden over de rol van CIB Vlaanderen en vinden dat de branchevereniging zich te veel profileert als spreekbuis van de kleinere kantoren, terwijl de afgelopen jaren een consolidatiegolf door Vlaanderen raasde.

CIB Vlaanderen verdedigt zich tegen de kritiek van de grotere makelaars door te stellen dat ze geen onderscheid maken tussen grote en kleine makelaars. Communicatiedirecteur Kristophe Thijs benadrukt dat hun tarieven zeer betaalbaar zijn, met het kleinste lid dat slechts 50 euro per kwartaal betaalt om zijn advertenties door te sturen.

Ondanks de onenigheid tussen CIB Vlaanderen en enkele grote makelaarsketens is het succes van Spotto nog onzeker. De betrokkenheid van meer prominente makelaars zou het platform geloofwaardiger kunnen maken en potentiële klanten aantrekken. Aan de andere kant kan de afwezigheid van deze grote spelers het platform belemmeren om de concurrentie met Immoweb en Immoscoop aan te gaan.

Het is belangrijk voor CIB Vlaanderen om de zorgen van de grote makelaars aan te pakken en te laten zien dat Spotto een waardevol alternatief is voor de huidige marktleiders. Dit kan door transparantie te bieden over hun online reclamestrategie, samenwerkingsmogelijkheden te onderzoeken en de toegevoegde waarde van het platform voor alle leden aan te tonen, ongeacht hun grootte.
