Yoonmi’s Relationships with BTS

JIN (Kim Seokjin)

Since Yoonmi had become an adult, Seokjin had taken to treating her like an equal and rarely using his “oppa” card, which is a stark difference from when she was younger. Yes, she still goes to him for advice, and he is the one who still helps her with adult matters such as bills and taxes and lifestyle, but he also becomes a friend that she can mess around with like she’s with other friends around her age. In his mind, she still is a baby, but he understands that she’s matured, wants to be seen as more mature, and that she’d still see him as a parental figure no matter how old she gets. He likes to think this is her finally acting out since she’s always been a good kid.

Jinmi in ARMYs’ eyes: They enjoy witnessing how Seokjin always “cries” about how she’s grown so much. The shift in their dynamic was over the pandemic, and suddenly everyone could see that Yoonmi was more comfortably roughhousing with Seokjin, and he was responding more like he would to Jungkook rather than his previous shrugging off and fond smiles. Seeing them become more like similarly-aged friends really made ARMY realize how she had grown.

Iconic Moment: It was revealed through the BTS documentary on Disney+ that Yoonmi was the one who initially started cutting his hair off. She was given the shears by her stylist, and she was so hesitant while Jin just kept encouraging her with “How will I know if I look okay bald unless you start?”. So she cut his hair, only getting distracted a small bit when Yoongi and Jungkook came, then listened attentively as their stylist carefully explained what to do with the electric razor. She, with assistance from the stylist, evened out Seokjin’s shave until she stepped back, staring at him. “It looks good.” “Of course it does, look who you’re talking to”. The video cuts there, but the next of her seen in that context has teary eyes and is gripping tightly onto Yoongi’s hand.

SUGA (Min Yoongi)

Yoongi is still very much her dad, that never changed The only thing that changed over the years is how they both actually address the fact that Yoongi is her father figure, second only to her adoptive father, and on level with her adoptive brother. Even the other members sometimes address Yoongi ad “Yoonmi’s dad” at this point. Yoongi and Yoonmi remained each other’s silent comfort person, the person who takes their side and hears them out first, and the person who they can go to when they feel overwhelmed. He’s there to hold her hand when things go wrong, and she’s there to give him a hug when things don’t go as planned.

2yoon in ARMYs’ eyes: Yoongi and Yoonmi is everyone’s comfort duo. When they’re together, there’s an air of warmth and calm, so everyone feels better after a long day when they watch 2yoon content. They find Yoongi’s care and the way Yoonmi looks up to him to the point of taking after him endearing, especially knowing Yoongi is the one Yoonmi never fought after their mysterious conflict in 2018.

Iconic Moment: Yoonmi went to all three days of the D-Day Tour finale. She, of course, did her feature on ‘Seven’ for Jungkook. During the ment where he kept them with him on stage, he thanked and praised Jungkook for ‘Burn It’ and ‘Seven’ before turning to Yoonmi. “And our princess, my daughter. She has something coming out this month and surprisingly didn’t want to spoil it—” “Surprisingly?” “— so she had a special request. As you all know, our Miya did the demo vocals of one of my previous mixtapes. I got to perform this song with our vocal line, but never with our princess. Until today.” So they performed ‘So Far Away,’ and the proud look on Yoongi’s face by the end as he looked at her made every ARMY feel like their troubles all disappeared.

J-HOPE (Jung Hoseok)

Hoseok and Yoonmi treat each other like their own personal powerbanks. They could be tired, but, once they’ve spent time together, their energy levels go up. Yoonmi says that’s why she gravitates towards Hobi when drinking, because she’s usually a sleepy drunk. They like to escape together, as well, hanging out in the practice room or either of their studios where they experiment with different styles, genres, or just mess around to fuel their creativity. Of course, Hobi never stopped seeing her as his little prodigy, teaching her old school hiphop and openstyle dancing and watching her proudly while they learned new styles together.

Homi in ARMYs’ eyes: The two sunshines, that’s what they’re known as. Hobi brings in bright energy while Yoonmi makes everyone smile, making them everyone’s favorite duo to turn to when they want to laugh and get a pick-me-up. ARMYs love seeing Hobi treat Yoonmi like the little sister he’s never had but always wanted, too! Everyone knows both Hobi and his noona see Yoonmi as their youngest sibling at this point, which is why she even got Yoonmi to sing in her wedding reception.

Iconic Moment: Yoonmi vlogged her Lollapalooza experience, so some behind the scenes were uncovered there. Hoseok got Yoonmi to rehearse Chicken Noodle Soup with him while they were waiting for Becky, and the two ended up having so much fun that the band kept vamping the song, making it longer so the two could enjoy their mini cypher. “Oh, Yoona, you haven’t forgotten your basics!” “I have the best teacher!”

RM (Kim Namjoon)

It used to be just Namjoon sitting to absorb and analyze the way Yoonmi’s mind works when they’re together. Now, she does the same to him, curious about his inner thoughts. They spend a lot of their time together having deeper conversations, whether it be about life, work, music, or just their thoughts. On the other side of things, they’re both clumsy dorks who geek out over their recent reads or watches together, actively showing interest in each other’s preferences because Namjoon wants to stay as someone who understands her almost best and Yoonmi wants to stay someone he can be proud of. Especially with Yoonmi, she wants to make her leader proud of her.

Joonmi in ARMYs’ eyes: Though ARMY initially thought they were awkward, that image disappeared. ARMYs see Joonmi and see a little sister looking to her older brother for validation, and him happily giving her that validation. ARMYs also enjoy the fact that these two together can go from 0 to 100 real quick, on any end of the meter. From just having lunch they can either go to talking about their plans for the future to being stuck in a laughing fit on the floor over a plastic utensil they’ve broken.

Iconic Moment: During the live with just the five of them, Yoonmi was a lot quieter compared to how she usually is. Namjoon kept glancing at her and tapping her leg to get her to talk. At some point, he bent to whisper something to her, then, when Taehyung opened his mouth, Namjoon quickly pushed a piece of pizza there. In his efforts to do so, he knocked over three cups. He looked at Yoonmi, who was now laughing, and he just nodded at himself in satisfaction.

JIMIN (Park Jimin)

Yoonmi has not changed in Jimin’s eyes in the way that she’s still his youngest Busan Baby. Whenever she tells him she’s an adult now, he always pouts at her and goes on a spiel about how she’ll still be his baby even when they’re in their 80s and beyond that. He invites her over to his apartment a lot, or he just stays at her’s (partly because Jungkook and her niece are usually there as well) because he genuinely enjoys her company and being able to sit with her. He also takes every opportunity he can get to give her princess treatment because he believes she should always be treated like Bangtan’s princess (even though she’s trying to shake off the delicate image that had somehow formed over the years)

Minmi in ARMYs’ eyes: Minmi are both very very affectionate, with their habit of holding onto each other unknowingly. ARMYs have so many compilations of them sharing the tightest hugs or exchanging the softest forehead kisses, naming them the mythical siblings due to the way they treat each other. Everyone also loves how these two speak either in pout or in giggles, no in between!

Iconic Moment: Nobody thought Yoonmi would be able to make it to Jimin’s fanmeet due to her solo promotions, but, while he was going to take a photo with the attendees, the “staff” who came on stage removed her padded long coat, revealing Yoonmi. ARMY started cheering while Jimin’s jaw dropped, then he rushed up to hug her really tight. “Yah, how long have you been here?” “The past hour? I had this in my schedule, oppa. You didn’t think I would miss your documentary screening, did you?” “You’re really something else, aegi.”

V (Kim Taehyung)

Taehyung and Yoonmi both matured a lot more visible than the other members, so their dynamic shifted a little bit from overly-doting big brother and complying baby sister to a pair of siblings more along a similar wavelength. While they’re still quite playful and he still dotes on her, their age gap isn’t as prominent in their actions. It’s clear that they both see how each other have grown, and it’s something they like to just observe when they’re with each other. They’re proud of each other’s growth, but more proud of how they managed to keep their friendship completely intact despite both of them changing over the years.

Taemi in ARMYs’ eyes: Taehyung and Yoonmi started posting more content together, which everyone enjoyed since they used to keep their off-screen friendship mostly to themselves. Now ARMYs enjoy seeing their posts when they meet up to go to jazz clubs, have coffee, or just do anything together. ARMYs also love seeing how they shifted from over-excitable kids to more mature youths who support and take care of each other.

Iconic Moment: An ARMY saw them in a jazz club together. Allegedly, there were a few cocktails on the table, and the two of them seemed to be exchanging stories the entire time they were there, never once letting there be dead air. Apparently Tae also tried to play the saxophone and let out a really out of tune note, but Yoonmi just cheered him on. The ARMY was able to take a picture with them, saying that they were both happy to see her yet politely asked to not post anything while they were still there. She promised, and the two were said to have continued their night of stories and jazz music.

JUNGKOOK (Jeon Jungkook)

If anything can describe these two, it’s the phrase ‘ride or die’. Yoonmi and Jungkook would drop everything if the other called them and said they were in need. Almost thirteen years of friendship and growing up alongside each other really molded them into being two peas in a pod, especially since they both hit their twenties. They would see each other every other day and talk to each other at least once a day. Jungkook had gotten less overprotective (especially now that she has a boyfriend), and he has increased his role as the main mythbuster of Yoonmi’s delicate image. Yet, even with all their bickering and squabbling, they remain each other’s support systems and hypemen, connected in a way where they can work with and around each other without even needing to talk. Their friendship is further solidified by their matching tattoos (aside from the group’s matching 7 tatts) which they successfully kept between themselves for over a year. (The only people who saw these right after they got them were Mark and Namjoon. The tannies found out by accident)

Jungmi in ARMYs’ eyes: Ever since Bangtan first debuted, Jungkook and Yoonmi’s friendship has been something so many people, whether ARMY or not, have admired and set as a standard or wish for in their own best friends. ARMYs specifically love how they’re not afraid to roughhouse or bite back at each other but still have each other’s backs no matter what. Also Jungkook biased ARMY all have Yoonmi as a bias wrecker or vice verse because of the amount of content these two have and the amount of time they spend together. Everyone already knows when either of them get married Yoonmi would be Jungkook’s best man or Jungkook would be her Maid of Honor.

Iconic Moment: Jungkook hosted one of his early morning Weverse lives from her kitchen, cooking himself something to eat. At around four AM, the sound of a door opening and closing made him look to the side where he froze and smiled brightly. You hear her go, “Oppa, again? When did you get in my house?” and he just, “Three hours ago. Ramen?” “I’ll just grab some water and go back to sleep. Don’t wake Yoonseol.” And everyone was surprised. It was common knowledge that they went to each other’s apartments often, but they just revealed Jungkook goes to her place just whenever he wants because either he knows the code or has his fingerprint in her lock.

Alice just Announced that she is 5 weeks pregnant and fans are going wild, since she left in July after a few promotions and the big concert Alice found out she was pregnant, she hasn’t said what Jins reaction was but she is so happy and excited, she posted two pictures one of the pregnancy tests and one of her ultrasounds that has cute editing saying due in April of 2023. on April 7th Alice Shared on her Instagram that she had her Little girl, Arin Rosemary Kim, and also shared her Korean name that Jin picked, Aera which means Love, Jin was there for his daughter’s birth and cried as he held her, Alice shared that Jin was sad he wasn’t going to be there for his baby’s firsts but is proud to be a dad. Alice’s parents are moving in with her as she didn’t want to leave Korea as she felt it wasn’t fair to Jin’s parents and brother, so her parents are going to stay in her and Jin’s home until Jin comes home from the military. Her little girl is now almost a year old, and Jin will be home soon to finally bond with her.

Even today they are popular, they were made Korea’s Girl group and was made the most popular girl group of the 2010’s.

____🌸Albums🌸 ____ Plutonia has 20 mini albums and 10 full albums, from 2012 till now the girls has always tried to out due the last album, they have always tried to outshine and come up with something new that has never been done before in the world of Kpop, from crazy costumes to out there concepts, they have shown that even Half Asian and non Asians can be Kpop stars, that being different and unique is a good thing. In 2017 Baby decided to make solo albums, she writes songs that are completely different to plutonia’s songs, Baby’s songs are a bit darker in theme, most are positive but some have a lot of sadness but Baby has been proven to be an amazing song writer which she thanks Suga for. ____🌸🌸BTS🌸🌸____ Bts debuted in 2013 which was close to a year after them, the girls at first were not fans but quickly liked them and was friends, but Baby and Jungkook were quickly known as the cutest Besties in Kpop, but Jin was quickly smitten with Alice, thinking she was the most beautiful girl he had ever met and soon they started dating in secret, none of the girls seemed to be interested in the boys that way, but it wasn’t until Linn was added to the group, and Namjoon was quickly into her, Linn always said she thought it was strange how He was always being super nice to her, but the one reason she fell for him was because he tripped and he fell in front of her and she helped him up and looked into his eyes and fell for him, then Wendy was added to the group, and Yoongi fell for her Gothic looks and thought she was unique and she took fell for him quickly, then in June of 2018 Tae and Baby announced they were dating one another and fans went crazy, Bts have made references and joked about Tae and Baby’s relationship that they have been together a lot longer which turned out to be true as baby admitted that they started dating in 2016, Remi and Jimin announced they were dating in October of 2020 but had been dating a few months before then, and Daisy is dating Hobie in secret since they want to date in private, that and Daisy divorced Ravi and the media would go crazy over that. As of 2024 Alice married Jin in September of 2021, Linn married Namjoon in December of 2021, Wendy married Yoongi in October of 2022, As of April 2022 Baby is married to Tae , and Daisy and Hobie’s relationship is now public and fans are happy for the two of them and are now married, before he went into the military. Alice and Jin had their baby girl on April 2023, Daisy and Hobie had a baby girl in November 2023, Linn and Namjoon had twin girls in January 2024, Baby and Tae had their son in February 2024 and Wendy and Yoongi are expecting their son in April of 2024.

____🌸Past Members_______________ Penny who was an original member left in 2018 after a year of being married to Park Kyung from Block B, she wanted to live a normal life, she also gave Birth to a son on October 10th 2019 named Richie Park, in July of 2021 Penny gave birth to a little girl she named Beverly, Penny has a large social media presence and fans love her and her kids and her husband Kyung as she has a pretty popular YouTube channel called The Penny Park.

Yone who was also a original member left in 2018 due to health issues, she had major back issues from the time she was a cheerleader in high school which back in 2006 had been dropped and was hospitalized from said accident, Yone was also engaged to Park UKwon from Block B but she broke it off after she moved back to her home state of New Jersey, She is currently a youtuber under the channel name YonnaWoo.Hoo, who has Over 2 million subscribers, she is currently dating another youtuber named Ricky Cho.

Cat who was introduced to the group in 2016 left in 2018 due to Contract issues, she left after feeling she was being disrespected in the industry, she moved back to her home state of Pennsylvania becoming a youtuber herself with the name CattieLee with 1.89 million subscribers, she is now married to a youtuber by the name Cameron Jude and has a infant Daughter named Wednesday.

On May 24th of 2020 Sunny quit the group due to family issues, and also mental health issues, she is now doing better and is engaged to her high school sweetheart Thomas Settler, they plan on marrying next year, Sunny is also working on music on her YouTube channel, and is gaining a fan base of her own.

Nihat confesses his love to his wife

'Dads who crossed the water' Nihat showed his affection for his wife.

In the MBC entertainment program 'Dads Who Crossed the Water', which aired on the 15th, the story of the Nihat family, an elite civil servant, was broadcast.

Not a lot of deep immediate thoughts about the Thursday EAW episode, just a few takeaways. (I’m going to have a more macro post tomorrow about some bigger themes I’m seeing in the series so far.)

1) LOVING THE COMEDY IN THIS. I mean?! Going through the date list! Attorney Jung! Jun-ho on his Fast and Furious thing! 

2) To me, this was a bridge episode to allow for the spotlight on other characters -- and I’m keeping an eye on Su-yeon, who’s keeping an eye on Min-woo’s scent trail. Just a guess, but I think Su-yeon (of course with CEO Han) will be a part of a hopefully eventual Min-woo takedown. Also, I just really liked the focus on Attorney Jung, even though it was him in fear and him getting sick in the end. He’s a human and lovable character.

3) Speaking of Attorney Jung and my past thoughts on equitable behavior towards Young-woo -- I appreciated that in both the Wednesday and Thursday episodes, that he demonstrates anger towards Young-woo. Bosses get angry. That happens in offices. Young-woo’s not immune to pissing off her bosses. He doesn’t hold back from telling her his thoughts, or dumbs down his language for her. She’s ripe for the equitable barrage as any other attorney would be in that situation. And like, she’s a rookie attorney, so OF COURSE she’s gonna piss off the bosses! I love that the writing sets her up for this experience.

4) Speaking of equitable behavior -- I absolutely LOVED the interaction between Young-woo and her father. How many times have we seen that trope in, like, all dramas? Dad saw you kissing? Girl, dad’s pissed! Bring him home! Keep the trope! We don’t know if Gwang-ho is overly concerned because of Young-woo’s autism -- but do we really need to know? Dad wants to meet the guy kissing his daughter, damn it! 

5) And speaking of equitable behavior one more time -- I really did appreciate Jun-ho’s speaking his mind to Young-woo. I think it could be construed as unfair for Jun-ho to expect Young-woo to know if they’re dating, because she’s a very literal person who made a very literal list of date ideas. But does the list of dates construe “dating”? 

Remember Young-woo speaking to her dad about “context” and “tone.”

“I don’t like the word ‘context.’ It’s as difficult as the word ‘tone.’ When I was studying law, I didn’t have to figure out the context and tone that were hidden behind words. But I think that’s not enough for some cases.”

I think I can take this train of thought, where she’s meditating about a case and patriarchal society, to apply to what happened with her and Jun-ho. For Jun-ho, dates mean “dating.” Not for Young-woo. She doesn’t understand that context and subtext of the act of dating. But, he’s hurt, anyway -- and he tells her, and she’ll have to figure out what to do with that. We don’t quite get an indication of what that means, yet, but it seems like she overhears a conversation in Jeju that may relate to this theme next week.

More tomorrow, after I’ve chewed a bit more on my macro thoughts.

I’m legit so stressed out after today’s episode. Like why did all the cute relationship stuff have to be bookended by so much crap? I am overwhelmed 🙈 but I guess here are my takeaways as a viewer on the spectrum:

- Jun Ho really needs to stop beating people up when they say shit about Young Woo, that’s not productive. He needs to take a page from Attorneys Jung and Choi and verbally call people out and clearly communicate why what they’re doing and saying is bad and ableist. Like I love him, he’s everything to me, he needs to stop being a pushover.

- I am genuinely confused by this case. I can’t tell if the girl legit doesn’t understand the difference between consent and assault and is blinded by her excitement over being in a relationship OR if she was under so much pressure from her mom and the people in the disability organization and was too anxious about speaking up about her story. Her mom was really scary and not chill and so she made me question everything. And then with the guys’ past history with another girl was so hard to follow. Like Young Woo, I wanted to trust him and now I don’t know how to feel cause other people’s reactions that I’ve read, no one that I’ve seen seems to think that he genuinely liked her so I don’t know.

- I’m really conflicted with all of the parents so far in the show. I didn’t like the parents in episode 3. They were terrible to Young Woo and invalidated everything their son had to say. Like his initial responses felt genuine but his mom asked him too many questions and muddled it and I didn’t like that. I really don’t like Young Who’s dad or mom now. Her dad has been off for me from the beginning cause he’s so determined for her to mask so society will be more accepting of her and he goes and warns people about her autism. I’m still not over the scene that was played for laughs where he lied about her being his daughter to that customer or him begging Tae Su Mi to have their child. I don’t like people saying her mom abandoned her, because like it was okay that she didn’t want a kid. That’s her choice. Now that she knows about Young Woo though, that ending scene with her wanting to send her to the states for treatment was bullshit. Officially skipping everything with the parents on rewatches.

Ultimately, I get what the writer is doing with shoving ableism down our throats so that most of the audience understands how shitty it is, but some of the character arcs aren’t progressing as I’d hoped so far. Still plenty of time for them to shape up, but people like the parents and Min Woo will never be in my good books. I really need Jun Ho to start talking back and challenging people verbally. Like I’m really concerned for his safety with these fights. I don’t want him to get into trouble. The bar fight scene today was very unsettling and not a slay.

When Yeo Sang places his palm on your cheek you take a step back and frown at the boy. Hearing a cough behind you a smile escapes your form. The rival on the other hand rolls with his eyes and lets out a huff.

You’re quick to stand next to your husband and take your son into your arms leaving the two mafia leaders behind.

With big glossy eyes Yun Ho feels his heart shattering. His daughter being so afraid for his light of the world.

He wouldn’t let Choi San get away with this.

After bringing his angel to bed he visits your shared bedroom to see you being asleep. You’re stirring and he can only guess that your nightmares are back.

With a gun and a sharp knife hidden in his suit he drives fast through the night. His team is already ready to blow up the place.

And with the final hit Yun Ho grabs the ex lover of his wife by his collar.

„I told you to stay away from us. That she is not your business anymore. What were you thinking?“

San struggles in his grip but manages to bring out his probably last words. „Kill me, but, live with the knowledge that she will never love you.“

He dropped to the ground and Yun Ho grasps his shaking hands together rage filling his body.

When your son repeatedly told Yeo Sang that he really liked the guy that was around you since a few weeks he was relieved. It was good Woo Young seemed to do his job right. After the last attack he wanted the both of you safe all the time. That’s why he send one of his best men that he trusted with all of his might.

It was only when he tucked him into bed that he stopped in his tracks being deep in thoughts. He goes downstairs and pours himself a glass of wine. He jolts a little bit when you embrace him from behind and he turns around to eye you with a sharp gaze. Tilting his head you step back and flash him a small smile.

„What’s up?“

„Woo Young‘s taking good care of you, right?“

You frown and immediately know by the tone he uses that something‘s not to his liking, and, Kang Yeo Sang not liking something was bad.

„He is, he is doing a good job. I guess.“

„Hyun Jin likes him, too. But you know what he just told me?“

You absentmindedly reach out to him to probably cool down his anger.

„He told me that uncle Woo Young was really close to you. Close like ‚daddy‘, when I asked him what he meant with that.”

“Yeo Sang, he’s not. He is just friendly. Hugging me as a greeting nothing more.“

You nod at him knowing he wouldn’t take any arguing.

So Ra‘s gaze is trained on the buttered toast in front of her a deep frown taking place on her forehead.

„Yesterday at the gala... and I don’t know if I am mistaking things, but, I feel like she was flirting with this CEO named Song.“

San‘s eyes widened and he quickly takes a another sip from his coffee. „Oh, ehm, believe me your mother has always had her effect on...men.“

„Choi So Ra! Your words!“ So Ra gestures a sorry with her hands but she didn’t want her mother to be so close to other men. She loved her parents dearly and she wanted to have a marriage like them in the future.

Namjoon & A-Young

Kim Moon-Jae - Two years old

He was born in September, just like his dad and Jungkook

Namjoon had wanted to become a dad so bad, he seamlessly welcomed his role and made it look easy, the way he took care of his little boy

Ever since he was a newborn, Namjoon would take him to the studio and put him to sleep in his little Moses basket while he worked 

it wasn't long before Joon discovered he liked Mono and he tended to leave his phone next to his song with the playlist playing while he worked on something else

Jungkook dotes on the boy 

literally won’t put him down

from the day he was born, JK would just look at him while he slept with his big doe eyes, he sometimes sings to the baby too

Moon-Jae is a very calm baby, even in his terrible twos

he’s happy with just sitting with his toys and looking at his mom while she moves around the house

he started babbling when he was barely six months old

when he said his first word, A-Young was busy with Jimin and Tae’s sons and he screamed EOMMA at the top of his little lungs

we could say he is a bit of a mom and dad boy

he loves laying in Namjoon’s chest while he reads his bedtime story

(most of the time they both fall asleep together and A-Young finds them in the nursery chair knocked out)

He’s the closest in age to Chimae and Sangwoo, but he’s a little jealous that his cousins can do things that he is not allowed because he’s younger

he can drink from a glass, the baby cup is for BABIES

so he just gravitates towards Nabi, Sangwoo’s older sister

Jin & Yura

Kim Yoojin & Kim Yoosun (Twins) - Seven years old

after saying time and time again that they were okay with only one child twins came along

Jin would be lying if he said he wasn't thrilled but it was scary at first

he was the first one of the seven to become a dad, to twins no less, might scare everyone

but when his baby girl Yoojin was born and, ten minutes later, he held his boy Yoosun, he just knew he would do anything for them 

they were born in the middle of August, much to Yura’s relief, if she had had to carry them for longer she would have cried

the boys loved how, since it was so hot that summer, Jin had them in their crib in diapers

Yoongi adored looking at them cuddle together and caress their little arms and tummies 

he loved their smooth baby skin

as they grew up, Yoosun became a really bright bean, a people’s little person while his sister became more like her mom, calm and with very intelligent eyes

they both love their parents equally but each one gravitates towards either Jin (Yoojin) or Yura (Yoosun)

since they’re the oldest of the bangtan babies, they like to take care of their small cousins

in their seven years of life, they have spent a total of a week apart and they don't want to try that again

Yoongi & Hyejin

Min Ara - Six months old

Yoongi and Hyejin waited a few years to try for a baby after they got married

then baby Are came along 

when they told the boys and their families they were pregnant a lot of people cried 

they had seen how deeply Yoongi loved all his nephews and nieces, how his face filled with adoration when he held them

they respected his and Hyejin’s wish to wait to start a family, but everyone wanted him to become a father deep down

Ara was born in January and his uncles Jimin, Hoseok and Namjoon, who only had boys, bought her the pinkiest fluffiest coats they could find

for a couple of months, the baby looked like she was drowning in pink furs 

now that she’s six months old, she sleeps through the night and she is just at that age where she doesn't understand when she has a sleepover with her cousins

Jin absolutely adores Ara

after his little-not-so-little Yoojin, Ara is the apple of his eye, and it is strange the day he doesn't visit Genius Lab too see his little niece

either that or he calls Hyejin non-stop when they have a schedule to coo at the baby

you would think Namjoon is not allowed to hold the baby, but nothing further from the truth

Yoongi trust him with his life when it comes to his daughter 

the first time she smiled, Joon was holding her to his chest and moving her little hand to say hi to her dad

Yoongi cried a little that day

Hoseok & Haneul

Jung Hyuk-Jae - Four years old

are we even surprised this boy is the happiest little boy on earth

he was born in November, a year after his parents got married

he was the first boy to be born after Yoosun and his cousin was so happy to finally be a hyung 

his eyes were always open, inquisitive and taking everything in the world in 

his mom loved strapping him to her chest and dance around the house while the two were alone, the baby moving his little legs and waving his little fists around

Hoseok would return home most days to a similar picture, feeling energised after a long day only by looking at them

Hyuk-Jae can't fall asleep without his parents caressing his chest and arms

(are we reminded of someone else)

when he feels tired, he nests into Hoseok’s chest and caresses his lips with his little finger, that’s how his dad knows he’s ready for bed

he loves drawing with his cousins, and loves teaching Moon-Jae all the letters that he has learnt in kindergarten 

when he grows up he wants Uncle Yoongi to show him how to make music and become a rapper just like his dad

when he comes from kinder, he doesn't let go of his mom for a little while, needing to spend a little quiet time so he’s ready to play with his dad when he comes home

Jimin & Kae-Hwa

Park Chimae - Three years old 

Chimae was born two weeks before Sangwoo, Tae’s son, in May

their wives tease them constantly about this, asking if they were so sneaky they planned to have children at the same time so they could be vmin 2.0

they deny it (even if they were so happy when they told each other they were having babies at the same time oooops)

Chimae is the sweetest little boy

he is just like his dad, all fluffy cheeks, smily eyes and the happiest giggle in the world

even if him and Sangwoo are not blood brothers, Jin likes to tease their fathers telling them that the babies are even closer than his twins

good luck separating them, boys

Chim ADORES his parents and his uncle Joon, always gravitating to them in a loud room, seeking comfort and warmth to cuddle

oh yeah, he’s a cuddle bug, doing that little thing, rubbing his cheek against his uncle Joon’s chest and nesting against him

he loves falling asleep between his mom and dad, holding one of their fingers in each tiny fist and feeling them close 

his mom loves to buy diminutive versions of Jimin’s outfits to have Chim dress like him 

they would both enter the studio hand in hand, sporting identical Chanel jumpers, jeans and Gucci sunglasses and no one would bat an eyelid

the poor thing has two left feet, but that doesn't stop him copying his dad’s moves to the best of his abilities

Taehyung & Iseul

Kim Nabi - Five years old

now, when Tae said he wanted a big family he wasn't joking 

he and his wife were pregnant within a month of their wedding 

Nabi was born in February, a few days after her uncle Hobi, which guaranteed huge birthday parties when she got old enough

she wanted a princesses-themed birthday party, uncle Hobi got her the dresses and was the first one there, dressed as Elsa from Frozen

she was a fussy baby, which didn't sit well with her mom, but her dad was there at all times

his insomnia actually got better once he matched his sleeping schedule with his baby’s

in a good night she would wake up maybe a couple of times, and there was Tae, bottle at the ready, singing lullabies for his little girl in his deep voice

in a bad night, well, let’s just say Tae was used to functioning on little to no sleep

even if she is the closest with Yoojin, her best friend is her cousin Nari

she insists it was fate (not her mom’s intentional choosing) that their names match so well

she has always had a soft spot for Moon-Jae and you can often find them both playing together when Chimae and Sangwoo run off somewhere to stir trouble

Kim Sangwoo - Three years old

two years after Nabi was born, just when she was starting to pick up a normal sleeping schedule, Iseul found out she was pregnant with Sangwoo

she was expecting another difficult baby and she couldn't be happier to have been wrong (at the beginning, lol)

he was quiet and happy

he loved just lying there between his sister and Chimae, babbling away 

The two boys seemed stuck at the hip, if you so much as lifted one to change his diaper, the other would scream his little lungs out

then he started crawling and OH BOY

he found out that he could see Chimae from his dad phone in the screen so he started sneakily trying to find it to call his best friend... he was only eighteen months old

where Chimae was calm, Sangwoo compensated being an active little firecracker

if you wanted to know where the two were, you just had to wait until Chimae pulled your jean leg because he thought Sangwoo was doing something dangerous

most times those dangerous things were stealing cookies from the kitchen cabinet, but our Chimae here is an innocent little angel

Jungkook & Mi-Hi

Jeon Jina - newborn

Jungkook and Mi-Hi were still young when they got married, so it made sense to wait 

besides, if an occasional burst of baby fever struck, either one of them could just call any of the other parents and offer to babysit

it stayed like that for almost six years, both Kookie and Mi-Hi being the fun aunt and uncle who bought the children candy, took them on fun rides to the park or to the beach

they were each child’s first time on Disneyland

well, it lasted until Namjoon and A-Young had Moon-Jae

Jungkook went mental for the child, he wouldn't know how to explain what went through him, but he just couldn't put the baby down

he loved all his nieces and nephews equally, but just looking at his hyung’s baby moon...

he would come home only talking about babies, showing Mi-Hi the countless pictures he had taken of Moon-Jae

she would sense that characteristic baby smell in his clothes when she hugged him

it reached a point when both of them sat down and admitted to each other how badly they wanted to start a family

it took them a while, but after nearly a year and a half, they were happily announcing they were expecting a little girl

Jina, being the youngest of the family, has everyone wrapped around her little finger

it would be difficult to tell which of her uncles is more whipped for her, Hoseok going so far as to admitting to JK that after spending so much time with the little girl, he wanted to talk to Haneul about trying for a girl

it is still way too soon to tell who she takes after, but what’s for sure is that she got her dad’s doe eyes

Alabaster C Torrington (Tav’s Boyfriend) (not really canon in the AU)

Same as he is in canon except I made him British.

Tav and Al met each other in the forest, went one a couple of adventures and slowly became an item. Brought together by their shared hatred for Percy Jackson.

Probably make a whole post about their story one day.

Basically Auggie’s step-dad (non official)

Seo Min-Jung/ May Seo (Tav’s Mom)

Korean/America. She’s mortal.

She was a struggling model in Korea and then moved to America after getting married.

She had Octavian rather early in life, which forced her to leave him with his father while she worked in a separate State.

After many years, she finally became a very famous model however she now focuses more towards her clothing line and make up brand.

Tav and May share the same “I’m so done with you” face.

The Maximus family made it really difficult for her to meet her son and husband.

Lucius S. Maximus (Tav’s Dad)

Is pure Italian but born and raised in America and is the Youngest amongst 4 siblings

He studied and later Worked in a Magazine company (a branch of his family’s company) in Korea and met Min-Jung during an interview. Later quit after getting married and became a stay at home dad.

Had a lot of trauma and ptsd because of his family’s abuse, he tried his best to raise Octavian in a happy and healthy environment. But his desperate attempts made Octavian feel pressured to satisfy the family.

Him and Octavian were very close.

He’s now in rehab, Octavian hasn’t met him in years.

Drew Tanaka

We all know who she is <33

Tav and her became friends (post War). They had a lot of similarities.

Initially Drew only befriended Octavian (who wanted to use her to escape CHB) after learning that his mother was actually her idol. But after hanging out and getting to know each other, they became best friends.

They have a sibling bond.

Plans on becoming a model so Tav helped her intern under his mom.
