Post movie headcanons: Wade X Logan and the girls

I have a few head canons about Post Movie Logan and Wade regarding the movies resident children.

- It's clear that Logan's world didn't have an X 23 and if they did he never met her. He didn't have a Laura. However part of me believes he had a Jubilee because of how easy it was for Logan to get along with Laura. This might be false reasoning but it just feels right. I think he had a Jubilee in his world that he cared for a lot and he lost her. Which adds to why he was so heartbroken. Not only did he lose his family (again) but he lost a lover (I am sure he had something going on with Morph in his world) and he lost a daughter, Jubilee.

- This is why he ends up being so close to Laura. And I think him and Wade either A) find an apartment down the hall and move in the three of them (Wade's glad to have his own space but he could never be too far away from Al) or they let Laura live in that house coz it's close enough because she's still a kid but let's face it 2 people in a one person apartment is rough. 3 is a stretch and 4 would just be a night mare so yeah.

- I also think because Laura needed some mutant friends her age that Yukio and Negasonic come and visit and even stay over quite often. I don't know the comic lore but from the movies I'm either guessing they don't have parents or they have parents who don't want them. And clearly Wade and Yukio have some cute little thing going on so why would she visit. And as snarky as Negasonic is I think they love each other too. So yeah they visit.

- In the end Wade and Logan unofficially become fathers of three young teenage girls and they form this happy family of mismatched misfits. (Clearly none of them could pass as related (well except made Logan and Laura) so they always make up some crazy story whenever they have to tell it)

- Whenever Yukio and Negasonic come to visit Wade always goes to the effort to make waffles (don't ask me why this detail was just stuck in my head. I don't even like waffles so I have no idea why I was thinking about them) He makes them with fruit and buys that special cream that is made for whipping. None of that shit out of a can. Oh no, only the best for his the girls.

- At some point Logan tells Wade (and by extention the girls) about Jubilee. About how he saved her from the sentinels and ever since then she had hung around him and they eventually really bonded. He thought he lost her so many times but in the end he was able to save her. Until he wasn't. And he says how much he misses her and when he starts crying he even says "They took away my little girl" and for once Wade can't even bring himself to joke because of how raw this wound really is.

left longing for the stage

been thinking a lot about tamba recently since [afterlife], her yearning for the drama performance and club at her school but having it curbed by her gymnastics, then her excitement over the princess dresses and playing pretend, and then tamba worried she’ll be forgotten/won’t be remembered for who she IS but rather for her gymnastics achievements, makes me sad that she never got to explore the things she could’ve loved and how haunting that would feel being trapped in a place you’ll probably leave unless it’s in a body bag, especially in a place you’ve been scared since day one you’re an easy target, idk idk idk if im so utterly down the wrong track and shit with her but ive been thinking about her a lot recently regardless man,,,,,,,,,,,,,, tamba get behind me

X-Men Mother's day things (No timeline just vibes):

Emma Frost thought the Cuckoos wouldn't get her anything, that their relationship wasn't that close despite her trying and them calling her mom. Imagine her surprise when she woke up to five blue roses sitting on the bedside table, a delicate diamond ring with her girls' initials engraved into the band. It's hidden but she knows it's there.

Jean Grey got flowers from her husband, fake ones that came with a joke about her not being able to kill these with her black thumb. She's playfully offended but she freezes when she realizes there are two presents on the dining table for her. Nathan (the old and young version both apparently, plans on plans on plans are a Summers thing) left her a bracelet, two charms for the versions of her boy. Two small teddy bears with one small yellow gem in one eye of both bears. It's nothing she'd wear on the regular, the note they leave says, but it's something to have of them when she misses them. The other is a card and box of chocolate from Rachel, it's a small thing but she appreciates it.

Madelyne Pryor wakes up grieving her boy and his absence. She's sitting on her throne, clutching the arms and glaring at nothing. But she is frozen when one demon approaches with a small giftwrapped box. It's a silly charm bracelet and pictures of Nathan when he's younger. 'To my mother' is all it says and all it needs to say. It's small but she loves it, unable to stop staring at the multitude of photos of her baby she never got to see grow up.

Erik Lehnsherr spends his mother's day in cemeteries. Placing flowers on his mother's gravestone, only to portal to a different one when he's done saying what he needs to her. This one holds Wanda and Pietro's mother and he's not surprised to find them there, his grandchildren and Lorna as well. He's silent as he grieves but Wanda just clears her throat and brushes the leaves away, saying a short prayer for her. It's melancholic but they're together and it's what both mothers would've wanted for their children.

Jubilee doesn't expect much for Mother's day. Her baby is just that. A baby. But she wakes up to a bunch of gifts from the Excaliburs, most of it not even baby related or even motherhood related. She appreciates it because she sometimes feels like she's losing her identity in being a mother. But she cries over it, the multiple gifts and the thought behind them all.

Hope Summers spends her mother's day finally leaving the Arbor Magna and the Quiet Council, spending it with her grandmother and then eventually her other grandmother. Jean and Madelyne accept her into the celebration with the energy that it took her this long to join in. Didn't she know she was family, adoption or not?

I FUCKING LOVED THE NEW X-MEN EPISODE!!!

We got the Summers Family acting like an actual Family. I love how Kurt gave Jean the best advice like literally Kurt gives everyone the advice they so desperately need. Seeing Scott and Nathan fist bump to also gave me life. I also love when Jean talks about Maddie like I deeply believe Jean saw her as a sister but just didn't know how exactly to reach out when she went through so much.

Also can I talk about how much I love Jean being all Motherly?!?! Like telling Nathan to put on his seatbelt and putting it on for him. Then Scott also being dad and a good husband saying stuff like Nathan, Jean Run! Like ooh those two were finally acting like a family and I am so here for it.

Need more of the Summers Family I fear.

I literally hate Bastion so much already. Like how are you as a Mutant, basically getting rid of your kind? Not to mention Magneto starting war?!?! I could never blame him. Like he literally knew how ostracized Mutants would be from day one.

I also love how Kurt was ready to Kill fro Rogue in an instant. He literally would do anything for his sister and I love him for it .

Now hoo... Roberto's mother done pissed me off. So many parents would rather save face than protect their children. The hurt in his eyes when his mother didn't believe him broke my heart. Can we also talk about how Jubilee literally suicide jumped off that building even for just a second like she would rather hope she learned how to fly instead of surrendering.

I also once again loved the Cute Juberto scenes. I know a lot of people don't fuck with the relationship but I seriously love them. I think they are so cute. Also Roberto learning how to fly and practicing in the danger room! Like I loved that.

Morph was once again killing me with the jokes like not the Wolverine universe thing. I enjoyed seeing the Logan fight sequence when he was in the air and Kurt with swords was everything I didn't know I needed to see animated until that very moment.

Now Professor X done pissed me off still. Like HOW DO YOU FINALLY SHOW UP!!! AFTER EVERYTHING!!! You had the X-Men take over YOUR DREAM! And then you abandon THEM?!?! Like ughhh!!!

Good news thou, STORM WILL HOPEFULLY BE IN THE NEXT EPISODE. And maybe we will get her saving Jubilee and Roberto that would be cool.

I also hope Rogue wakes up soon. (Not to mention I loved seeing all those marvel characters especially Spiderman♡♡♡)

Also, I love Jubilee's new outfit. And the "To me my X-Men was everything. I love when they say that line. And seeing the faces?! Loved that. I am all to excited for the next episode.
