Who will die in ST5 - an analysis
Something I know I’ll already be asked running this account is, who will die and who will live?
Hoppers a goner, he will die saving El or Joyce.
Steve. He will also die saving/for someone, that being Nancy and Robin. In season four he clearly still has feelings for Nancy.
Max wont DIE, but be blind, Lucas will help her out in doing daily tasks, which is probably going to be the happiest part of this season.
Will Byers. I have made a whole post on why Will HAS to die. He doesn’t die because he slipped up, he learns he has to die to kill Vecna. ⬇️
Following that, Vecna’s obviously got to die, but not before Will. Not before he kills a good portion of people.
There’s not really much reason to keep Murray alive except for the fact that Joyce will lose her kid and her love interest, so I think he will live.
Robin will get seriously injured, but not die.
Eleven will do what Henry did in the 50’s and while defeating Vecna she will overuse her powers resulting in a coma, she will wake up and have vision unlike Max.
Mike and Dustin will live, I feel like they won’t kill Lucas, since he’s Max’s support right now, however he could die saving Max. (Like I said, she’ll probably be blind)
And no, Eddie won’t be resurrected. Sorry.
Feel free to ask questions since I’m more than happy to answer huns!! 🖤

If Joyce and Hopper canonically knew who Henry was, this means that means it’s possible more characters do. Because after all “the shadows of the past have a very long reach”
Remember Ms. Kelly and how we were all theorizing she was plotting against Max?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If this takes place in 1959, it’s possible that they were around the same age, and she knew who Henry was. Could this be “Betty” that was mentioned in the past casting call of the play?
Tumblr media
What if Henry and Ms. Kelly eventually got close? What if Henry trusted her enough to give her the key? Or in other words, the answer to what could stop Vecna in the future?

I’m literally so happy that season 5 was announced that it officially begun it’s production! I can’t wait to see the gang for one last big adventure and battle before saying goodbye to them.
I’m not ready! I’m both happy and sad that they announced the production of the last season 😭

If the present book does nothing else, it should make henceforth impossible the easy rejection of Joyce's work as remote from the interests and problems of the modern world. The Wake, at its lowest estimate, is a huge time-capsule, a complete and permanent record of our age. If our society should go to smash tomorrow (which, as Joyce implies, it may) one could find all the pieces, together with the forces that broke them, in Finnegans Wake. The book is a kind of terminal moraine in which lie buried all the myths, programs, slogans, hopes, prayers, tools, educational theories, and theological bric-a-brac of the past millennium. And here, too, will be found the love that reanimates this debris. Joyce's moraine is not brickdust but humus: as he never tires of telling us, "The same returns." Finnegans Wake is above all else an essay in permanence. From its perspective, the hopeful or fearful may learn to behold with a vast sympathy the prodigious upsurging and dissolution of forms, the continual transvaluation of values, the inevitable ambiguities, which are the stuff of life and history. Through notes that finally become tuneable to our ears, we hear James Joyce uttering his resilient, all-enjoying, all-animating "Yes," the Yes of things yet to come, a Yes from beyond every zone of disillusionment, such as few have had the heart to utter.
J. C. H. M. R. New York City February 1, 1944
