🍁 Seasons of Drabbles is an exchange for the creation of drabbles and drabble variants. It will run once per season*. The current round is for fall 2024. 🍁

and here's quail to pimp out another ao3-based exchange! do you like shortform fanfic? do you enjoy the challenge of writing strictly 100, 200, or 300 word long drabble fics? then SoD may be for you!!

signups are open until the 28th of October, and the deadline for assignments is the 9th of November! unlike other exchanges, nominations remain open until the end of the signup period, so if you want fandoms or characters which aren't in the tagset, go forth and nominate before signing up!

you can request between 3 and 10 fandoms with 1-20 characters per fandom, and you must offer the same. your assignment will be matched on one fandom, one character and one drabble type.

additionally, there is a really good treating culture for Seasons of Drabbles due to the shortness of the fics, so it's a really fun time all around! I participated in the Summer round and had an absolute blast, and I am also participating in the Autumn round~ once again I would be thrilled to talk anyone through signing up and the ao3 exchange experience, so if you're curious please reach out and I will excitedly hold your hand throughout the entire process! 💚

Inspired by the latest little serial killer gifset you posted, I think a Cegan fic where Carl kills Negan that is tied into the scene where Carl almost gets his arm chopped off? I think it would be cool if Negan had fucked him in front of God and everybody and Carl stole a gun from him and shot him, and you could probably tie it into the alt prompt last words or day 10 killing in self defense. (Sorry if this contextually wouldn't make sense, I haven't seen any of Negan's episodes yet, and I havent seen any twd in years)

and then I was like: this is... kinda close to what I'm writing (aside from the whole killing Negan part BUT you got the scene and the almost fucking Carl RIGHT ON) so I couldn't respond until I'd actually posted 😂

knew you’d see the vision lambnon……… there are lots of tasty kenny polycules in this world (kenkaba, kenume, etc) but this one would just be so 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

basically, i picture reader and gojo being hung up on suguru, and keeping kenjaku alive because of that !!! so you both hate them with a passion, or claim to — but do you really? when they speak to you in suguru’s voice just to cheer you up, when they let you sleep in their bed at night like a well behaved dog? it’s a very twisted affection. i think. kenjaku is softer with you than they are with gojo but that’s because they have generational beef with the gojo clan — you’re just something cute and naive and charmingly pathetic. they like you! they like how resilient you are in your love. they also think it’s insufferable <3

but yeah this relationship is awful for everyone involved, i like to think it could be funny though. kenjaku wraps an arm around your waist (the way suguru used to do) and gojo pulls you closer to him instead. because he’s protective. but kenny looks at him like :333c awww is the pretty little six eyes jealous… want suguru to hold you too? <- gojo promptly flips him off and whisks you along.

i do think it’s tasty because in kenjaku’s mind you two are like exotic pets he’s in the process of domesticating but in your minds kenny is this….. weird fucked up little alien monster you have graciously decided to spare . he calls the shots but only because you’re both weak to suguru. gojo is the one actually in control . and i think that’s tasty :3c
