#Jinx Birthday

Hi! I was working on something to contribute to the @arcanefandomweek event, but I don't think it will be finished this week like it should... (for the prompt "AU") But it's Jinx birthday, and I really wanted to have something to share. So, here is a wip!! Happy birthday Jinx!!!!!!

‘What about Silco?’ Powder wonders. Does he have any trouble taking his eye medicine on his own now that she is not around to do it for him? Does he struggle with his treatment like she does with hers?

Does he miss her ?

As a member of Topside’s law enforcement, Vi must regularly hear about him. Anyone in and out of town must, really, because the Undercity getting itself out of Piltover’s grip and declaring independence is not the kind of matter that happens in silence.

No, it happened both in fanfares and protests, from what Powder gathered (and already assumed).

It’s crazy that some people hadn’t seen it coming at all. Lame suckers.

Vi talks a little about it with her (as a trencher, as a topsider), but she won’t talk about him – unless it is to remind Powder that she should be wary about the ideas he planted in her brain like bad seeds in the gaps of a paved street (unwanted, destructive, resistant).

If Vi could have it her way (the good-intentions-paved one without any weeds), she would forget about him entirely. Like a memory loss or an oil purge, a whol e--

Well, Zaun getting away from Piltover does not mean the bridge stopped crossing the Pilt. (And Powder getting away from Silco does not mean she stopped crossing her sister and her expectations.)

She could go there, she could go to him, she wants to go to him, that would be breaking the conditions under which she is free from imprisonment but why should she care??—No

Why would Silco care?

She left him (yellow, black) (unseeing, insightly), and wouldn’t that make her as good as dead? Loyalty has always been their lock and key and now she has gone and broke them both…

Funny: how Jinx is dead and Powder is reborn now. Funny? Or maybe she’s just like the Pilties who did not see the Undercity’s revolution coming.

Maybe it was all written in the stars, in the stars of her blue constellation of a violet bunny – maybe it was all written on her like it is written inside the ear of the toy, murmuring who they both belong to: Violet.

Funny but sad.

She thought she had a shape; but what’s powder if not malleable?

What’s for sure is that, even if Silco would be against it, even if Vi would be against it, she misses him like her heart has been slashed in half.
