personally i think what really needs to happen next szn is jeff and stu need to at least do warmups with positions and gear switched. stu is now a delightful center for 15 minutes and jeff gets to goof around in net respectively. it'd be hilarious. and connor+the whole team minus p3rry and k^ne (who fall off the face of the earth, never to be seen again, from the overwhelming joy and love it brings since they're undeniably assholes) would be in so much delirious laughter about it that every little misery from the past well... forever gets washed away and the power of friendship makes them go on a 16-and-0 run to the cup. it's the most dominant run oat. leon wins the smythe fully healthy. connor has a fucking hat trick in game 4. ryan nugent-hopkins scores 93 playoff goals. it's perfect. it's glorious. it's the raw and untarnished beauty of the saint of never playing playoff hockey himself being on his team and giving us not just two skinners, but Hope. i cant fucking wait
