House Of Wax - Deleted alternative opening
_____________________________
_____________________________
Even though this scene is a deleted alternative opening, it's actually cannon in a way that it makes sense. If we exclude this scene, the only time Jennifer ever appeared in the film was when Vincent had already turned her into a wax statue. She is Miss Ambrose. So technically, Bo did make at least one kill in the film. We were just never shown it in the final product.
I also want to apologise for the quality, I tried my best to use the old technology I had to make it better, yet I could at most do so much.

You don't need to to this. You didn't have to listen to your brother. I saw Bo's scars, and the highchairs. You're not a freak, he was! You're an artist! Bo was lying to you, he used you. Do you really think that your mother would have wanted you to do this?

Horror Meme (original list) [5/5] remakes House of Wax (2005) dir. Jaume Collet-Serra “Hey, town's looking real good. We almost finished what Ma started. Those two are good, they'll fit perfectly. What I tell ya, huh? Ain't your work more real now? Ma would be proud, yeah, she'd be real proud. She always said your talent would make up for what God took away from you. There's two more, we've still got a lot of work to do.”

Carry-On, an unexpected film about the first Saturn return
Carry-On is an action/drama/mystery and thriller film released by Netflix this holiday season. Think about Die Hard vibes but in the present.
The protagonist is a 30-year-old TSA agent named Ethan Kopek and portrayed by Taron Egerton. In the film, and according to Rotten Tomatoes, he "has to outsmart a mysterious traveler who blackmails him into letting a dangerous package slip onto a Christmas Eve flight."
From the start, it is clear that our hero is somewhat unassertive and compliant. He's a good person and seems smart, but he doesn't even try to achieve his goals because he's afraid of failure.
As the movie progresses, though, we can see him dealing with unsurmountable challenges. He's up to the tasks planet Saturn imposes on him during the first Saturn return.
The film is entertaining, engaging, and well-executed. I think it would have gotten more recognition if it had been released theatrically, but well, at least we can watch and enjoy it from the comfort of our couches.
Have you seen it? I hope so. Let me know your thoughts!
