ok so for those of you who don’t know, there’s this twitter account of a japanese local hero mascot named dentman who went viral recently due to this tweet

but yeah he saw the tweet. and his response went viral as well (which is how i found his account)

and he just has like. hourly posts reminding you to brush your teeth

oh and his rival? his name is mr. mutans. whenever dentman posts he makes a post of his own, ofc

but THAT’S NOT ALL. literally while making this post i found a THIRD ACCOUNT that’s all about taking your meds

safe to say i’m losing my mind

anyway the point of all this was that people are ALREADY beginning to draw them ship art 😭

So a bit of subtle cultural context most non japanese might miss.

Natsu is 19 years old, which within Japanese law means he cannot get married withouth his parental approval before turning 20 on his next birthday.

in other words, he COULD get married with his girlfriend who he wants to start a life with right now... if he asked for his parents approval, and they both granted it.

Though he does not come out and say it, the fact he tells his father that they will never see each other again after today, but also telling his dad that his next goal in life is to get married, is him, one last time rejecting his dad's authority over him as his guardian, and instead making the choice to wait out that final year, when he will be legally free from his dad in every way, rather than ask for Endeavor's help as a father, one last time.

this marriage will be free from Endeavor in every way, both in that he will never get to meet his daughter-in-law, never see his grandkids, but also in that he will literarily not get to put his stamp of approval on it.

Katsuki quickly visiting you before your concert. You’re getting your makeup done, glitter and rhinestones carefully adorned your eyes. The entire backstage area was covered in a variety of wires and whatnot. Katsuki kept getting yelled at by your manager for wandering around without permission.

Katsuki’s head whipped around at the sound of your voice so fast, he swore his neck cracked. He immediately lost his breath. Of course he always thought you were stunning, but in your concert getup; he couldn’t get his eyes off of you. He immediately hold you close and peppers your head with kisses, lightly enough to not mess up your stylists’ hard work.

Frilly outfits that sparkled underneath the stage lights, and a face that could stop wars with its beauty.

“You better, I’ve been here since 4am.”

He would’ve never known with the way you were bouncing around. Idols were truly supernatural.

“Dynamight, if you don’t have a ticket, we’re gonna have to escort you out.”

Your manager only ever enforced the rules like this for Katsuki. If it were anyone else, they’d be offering a bunch of free things and discounts. Katsuki gets to pay an extra ‘Boyfriend Fee’.

“ITS MY GIRLFRIEND, ILL DO WHAT I WANT!”

A group of bodyguards were forced to escort him out the building. Not before he kissed the hell out of you, smudging your lips a little bit.

The footage of the concert started trending the next day. Your visibly kissed lips and an angry Dynamight seen outside the venue with a massive pile of concert merch. Truly ‘Japan’s best Couple’.

Could you imagine if Bakugo Katsuki—little needy stinky boi that he is—was too shy to tell you how he really feels but he couldn’t STAND the idea of being a COWARD so he decides to confess to you in a different language. (I was thinking French cause he hears Aoyama speaking it and he’s all like “Yeah, I can speak croissant, whatever” but you think what you’d like.)

He confesses to you in this language, right, and it’s not just a simple ily or whatever, it’s this super cute super poetic confession he’s been working on for WEEKS! It would be a crime not to hear it, honestly, it’s so out of character and so soft and thoughtful—He says it to your back, mumbling it under his breath like an insult and you FREEZE because, unbeknownst to him, you speak this language and, unbeknownst to him, you also have a raging crush on his fine ass. So, unexpectedly for him, you mumble a response back—a cute little response to his poem and you do it in the language he’s speaking. He isn’t sure what you said, but he recognizes a few words so he KNOWS it was the same language he just spoke and—shjeiehdhrieeimxl! Please he’s be so blushy and embarrassed and so freaking cute!
