The moment i saw the news i got interested and once i watched the swordfights I know it worths writing about it. Yuki Kaku’s manga “Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku” It gets anime adaptation :)

Plot:

Gabimaru, once exalted as the strongest ninja, but who has now quit his trade, violating the laws of his village. After being captured, he claims he has nothing left to live for. However, due to his superhuman levels of training, he has inadvertently survived multiple executions, from attempts at beheading to burning at the stake. The female executioner Sagiri Asaemon tells him that he has lingering attachment to life, and issues him a mission to win his acquittal: to find the elixir of immortality.

it’s not only for the historical background,nor Gabimaru’s quest to find peace. it;s Asaemon is a formidable swordswoman.She’s so Elegant,Pretty too:)

Sinners: "when trashahime was announced, a framed print of Rin and $€$$ (and Inuyasha maybe to illustrate family) but this isn't about him) was released to released for a limited time! Stupid Kagura doesn't have any merch of her and $€$$, so they're not canon at all! ".

Let's turn that around and look at Rin merch where she isn't alone:

1 with $€$$, she tries giving him food like in her debut, he doesn't even look at her. It was released in November 2020 to build hype, yet nothing teasing the ship really. And $€$$ doesn't eat the food she gives him, so it's more of having him part of a set that doesn't make much sense for him to be in so his fans will buy from it.

1 also from 2020, the one she admires is... Jaken? As usual, $€$$ is also on his own.

From December 2022, after it flopped. Rin in the closest to a shipping badge in the set along with Kohaku, although Sango and Miroku are a pair telling a story. But compared to her "canon" $€$$ earlier, the two blush slightly and have eye contact.

From the same time, Rin with Jaken again, hiding behind him and while you could put $€$$ in front so he's protecting them, she looks away unless she's protecting jaken pushing him out of the way. But no blush.

But while ½ have color scheme based on the manga, and 2 based on the anime (you can see it at first glance with $€$$'s sleeves being purple instead of red, Sango's armour being floral instead of solid coral pink, and Kohaku's armor having a wavy pattern rather than solid amber color. The copyrights are also to Takahashi herself and Shueisha/ShoPro, while anime merch also is copyright to sunrise although it'll probably move over to Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. So if you want to keep boycotting them, that's how. Yes, these are mostly all based on the manga these days, but not drawn by Takahashi herself. What about merch she has actually drawn the art on herself? Well, recently Meqri started selling Inuyasha merch with panels from the manga itself, and on the long sleeve tees all the main ships are represented. Let's see shall we?

2 of the main ship. I wish the illustration was bigger and the second one another color as I hardly wear yellow (anymore). But the dark grey one is still really cool.

The second is of a ship I don't really like as I hate the guy in it, but for those who like them together I guess it's cute. Kinda reminds me of TheJewker's lewd emote. And drumroll please...

Wait, that isn't Rin, what's going on?! Joking aside, kagusess is canon baby!

The Rules

2: I'd I post a book here it is because I finished it and liked it, OR I finished it and need to untangle why I didn't. Novels I simply don't enjoy I don't finish anymore, as a rule, but I may break it if something about it compels me to finish it. I've only had to do it twice in the last year, but both novels were so antithetical to my enjoyment that it made me actually feel mad about trying to read them.

3: I'm not gonna rate them. I don't like ratings systems, I'm not gonna try to hammer something into a number, and forcing it is just going to be dumb. I did think about making a 7 point criteria list that if a novel met it I would declare perfect, but that's too much work. Maybe in a lull of books or something I'll hammer one out. If I do, one point will be "did it contain a character wielding a sword flicking the blood from their blade before sheathing it?"

4: no rereads. I have a bad habit of returning to old books series when I have so many books that interest me that I'd like to break, so for 2024 unless I need to for something wild like a series entry I'm not expecting, no rereads.

5: There's gonna be some nonfiction in here. I've got a couple of things at the top of my to-read list that are political or social in nature, but if you're following me or reading these you probably can attune yourself to my political stances to know what's up pretty quickly. That said, I'm gonna talk about social shit occasionally even outside of those, so idk if that's a big deal but, yknow.

We both love Final Fantasy VII and Demon Slayer, so I decided to draw these lovely characters! :3

I know I have until Friday to display, but I was thinking rather do the gifts by the days are made to prevent constant spams lol.

I managed to draw very well with Sephiroth . Especially the Remake version, which I choose to draw ^^ (only the belt buckle was difficult to draw lol). Aerith was a bit hard for her face, and along with Nezuko, but the two still looked spot on ^^

Now, I haven't played FFVIIR, only the OG and Ever Crisis, but it's so much fun to draw the Remake characters <3. I'm hoping to improve a lot to draw them ^^

OMG—One Piece Soundtrack’s New Opening and Ending Theme Songs!

This past weekend at the Los Angeles Convention Center, Avex Pictures Inc. hosted a One Piece event as part of the Bandai Card World Fest 23-24 World Tour. This seems to have been the kick-off for the nine-location world tour that will bring together various Bandai Card Game titles. This tour is the first large-scale card game event to visit nine regions worldwide. At each stop, tournaments are held for select titles, and the Los Angeles event included a tournament to determine the North American One Piece Card Game champion. The event is still ongoing, with World Championship Finals set to happen this March.

We learned that the new opening and ending theme songs are set for an official release by Avex Pictures on 10 April 2024, along with other songs from the One Piece anime series’ 25-year history. They’ll be available on Apple Music’s official One Piece Playlist, which is not currently up at the time of writing this (but should be up when the release happens!).
