My tubi finally caught up to the Jackie Chan Adventures update (at the cost of some scooby doos, sob) so we are IN BUSINESS

I read through the episode summaries, just to see how much I remembered, and apparently I missed most of season three as a kid? And half of what they have listed as season two was, in my head, part of season one?

What I remembered was Talismans-Portals-Masks-Drago, and the Daolong episodes were weird filler in random places between. And I saw the aesop episode from season 3, but not the rest of the talisman animal episodes.

I am starting from the BEGINING and we're not gonna miss any more episodes!

I had forgotten how GOOD Jackie Chan adventures was, like damn the moral lessons directed to Jade was actualy never about her but to another character that actualy learns it withinout being completely explicit while she gets it but also enjoys the hypocrisy of "sometimes the moral leason is not aplied when someone is being a dick to you" (El toro and Viper)

SHENDU IS FUCKING HILAROUS, my guy really is shrouded by greedy idiots, he has the Shadowkah and can breath fire and can give a piece made out of himself(?), BUT HE CANT MOVE HE IS TRAPED AS A STONE STATUE, AND THATS THE ONLY REASON HE CANT WIN ONCE, he really just needed the rat talisman

Also VALMONT SPEAKS SPANISH??? Like I get never knowing it bc I watched it in Portuguese when younger so maybe they didn't add it(wich is comum the thing of speaking randomly prases of another language is a north american thing)

And I love how softly self aware the show is, like, it's not the hash way of marvel, at least it doesn't sound like it to me

Beloved fandoms never die. Thinking once more about my dumb bbs and their adventures post-show. I know the likelihood of actually *writing* my season 6 fanfic is abysmally low, but a girl can dream (and draw).

Everyone wore the same clothes for 5 seasons so I decided it was time for a redesign; their new kind-of-good-guys-kind-of-not civvies. This is some certified 2005 (and 1975) fashion right here.

i want to note right away so that no questions arise. for the sake of realism of the concepts, so that it literally looks like a real characters from su, i used the original model sheets of some characters as a backing.
