I'm trying to create my OC, and this is an introduction about her

Shiro is the 11th mask hidden away. Unlike the other generals, Shiro was not one of the oni during Taratudo's rule in Japan. She is approximately over 600 years old. In her self-narrated origins, 200 years after the end of Taratudo 's rule in Japan, as a princess of the emperor, she accidentally stumbled upon stories about oni and became intrigued, delving deep into them over time. As time passed, her research into oni became increasingly profound, gradually leading her to obsession. She then used her self-created black magic to transform into an oni, wreaking havoc in Japan for 60 years single-handedly before being subdued by a benevolent wizard into the mask.

Now, by a stroke of luck, she has been discovered and worn by vanish. Vanish wears the mask, her thoughts are controlled by Shiro. As a shrine maiden, Shiro, relying on her acquired witchcraft, releases the shadow generals. However, being a natural witch, Shiro's ability to wield dark powers is somewhat insufficient. She can only manage to create the physical bodies of the generals with great difficulty. Consequently, the generals must rely on themselves to regain their powers. Compared to the Vanish's body, Shiro prefers her own. Therefore, after releasing the shadow generals, she takes back her own body.

Just before being subdued, Shiro was determined never to go solo again if given another chance. So, after possessing Vanish, she immediately rushes to undo Taratudo's seal based on Vanish's memory, marking Shiro and Taratudo's first formal encounter.

"Because I am powerful, it is only natural for many men to pursue me; because I am powerful, only equally powerful people are worthy of me." Shiro holds such a belief. Therefore, in her first encounter with Taratudo, Shiro mistakenly believes that Taratudo would definitely become one of her many suitors.

It's worth noting that the stone slab in the Temple of the ShenDu that records the history of oni is actually a ceiling mural in the shrine built by Shiro for the oni. Shiro visits her family home and exclaims: "Haven't seen each other for centuries, and my family hall has turned into an open-air one!"

Also, because Shiro has delved deep into the history of oni, she knows their habits well. However, the oni know nothing about Shiro.

Moreover, Shiro enjoys boldly questioning the oni about the authenticity of some scandalous tales, but most of the questions are too inappropriate. Each time they are questioned, the oni eagerly try to prove their innocence, which Shiro enjoys seeing.

Shiro's third eye is not just for decoration; it can indeed see things. And it doesn't close when she sleeps. So if someone wants to play a prank while she's asleep, getting caught is just a matter of minutes.

Shiro also assimilates despairing humans into her Shadowkhan.

Her lower half is a shadow. It can morph into any shape. For example, she morphs her lower half into the shape of a horse. When Ikazuki sees this, he instinctively pulls out a saddle and prepares to jump on.

as for your second question... my god as u can see i went off on the first one, this is legit the biggest comic i've ever done- i'll do some stuff for the reunion in the void at a later point i prommy 😩✌ it'd be better like that either way. these guys haven't been introduced enough for my tastes for the big relief ending yet

This work took me way longer then I planned it to, hehe, but it was a fun experiment of mine in testing out couple of new techniques. While I am not fully satisfied with how a character turned out in a couple of places of a picture, I think it was not a bad result for a first try)).

This's a small "thank you" work I drew for @wei-smiler, who was very kind to answer questions I had about Chinese hieroglyphs and seals. I decided to draw their Jackie Chan Adventures OC, princess turned Oni known by the name Shiro.

In this post you can see a full/original version of a picture and a close-up of Shiro's face with an outline of an Uchiva fan she's holding. The symbol "flower/petal" on a fan itself is the one we can find on Hanafuda Cards from JCA series.

Valmont Monette (i liked how stupid but also posh it sounds. Monette roughly means home or rich protection

Yamaguchi Tohru (Yamaguchi being 山口, meaning mountain entrance and Tohru being 竜, meaning dragon, imperial, mythical creature)

Phineas "Finn" Flanagon (i just liked how it sounded, but Phineas possibly means serpent's mouth in hebrew or Nubian from an egyptian name and Flanagon means descendant of Flannagán, which itself means blood red)

Andrea Giuseppe "Ratso" Santoro (huge thanks for my italian friend for just handing me this name wholesale. Andrea from Andrew which basically just means masculine, Giuseppe for Joseph, which means he will add, and Santoro meaning all saint's day)

Alonzo Chow (Alonzo meaning noble and ready. His chinese name is Kěguì, spelled 可贵 and meaning to be treasured or praiseworthy with Chow spelled 周 which is both a dynasty (Zhōu) and means to encircle)

Bonus:

Chow's little sister is Amanda, meaning loveable or worthy of love with her chinese name being Kěài, spelled 可愛 and meaning worth loving

One of four dragon species appearing in my JCA fan fiction, along with other cryptids.

Dragons of Whispering Grasses are the largest known species, but also one of the most docile.

Small round muzzles. Plantigrade, broad webbed paws and thick short claws. Scales are usually golden and green, but can range from chocolate brown to cream and gray. Darker color is speculated to be the result of crossbreeding with other species. Large antlers resemble tree branches.

Good runners and flyers. Okay-ish, but not very fast swimmers. They mostly float or paddle at the surface, waiting for fish or duck to swim nearby, or munching on weed and algae.

Omnivores with preference for plants. Adults can digest carrion.

Prefer humid, temperate to hot climates. Build colonies in wetlands, swamps, rainforests, woodlands, on river and lake shores. Make nests by planting trees in a specific way, shaping them into basket-like formations as they grow. Depending on soil, may add underground tunnels to the structure. Live in large family groups the oldest female is normally in charge. Unlike three other species (including Shendu's dragons), don't have an official ruler.

One female brings up to four eggs at the time. Eggs are approximately 17-20 inches in diameter, reddish or brown with black and white specks, resembling granite boulders.

Baby dragons are named after plants in the area where they hatched.

Their scales have porous structure. Young dragons bathe in mud and roll on the forest floor to let soil, seeds and spores attach to their scales. As dragons grow, plants, moss and fungi cover them in natural camouflage. They take care of each other's scales, putting new plants in and taking dead leaves out.

When a dragon dies, they stop producing chemicals preventing roots from penetrating skin. Dead dragons are covered in a layer of leaves and left in designated place so plants growing on them could reclaim their bodies.

Dragons of Whispering Grasses have reputation of gardeners and forest keepers. They make sure rivers don't run dry, digging channels with their powerful paws, and keep wildlife population under control, eating sick animals. Like other fire breathing dragons, they are resistant to fire. If they spot a wildfire, they work together to circle the source and shield fire from spreading with their wings, slowly moving towards the center, extinguishing it.

They absolutely despise Shendu and his siblings and were the first to rebel after being chased away from Africa by the earth demon.

Their closest allies are tropical sea dragons, who admire their relationship with nature and plants in particular.

Arctic sea dragons have rather strained relationship with them, deeming them unclean savages, unlike their germophobic, snow loving selves, and avoided like plague. Dragons of Whispering Grasses, despite their fungus covered scales, are susceptible to very few diseases and parasites, and less infectious than other species. Plants and fungi they form symbiosis with don't spread onto others because of different scale texture.

This species is known for parental instinct so strong, they would adopt neglected human children to raise as their own, usually girls. Being fairly harmless, they made a bad name for dragons as mean princess-stealing beasts for ages. In actuality, they wouldn't really mind if you moved into their nest uninvited, as long as you don't threaten their families, they are absolutely chill or even affectionate.

On the picture: Chestnut, young warrior of Pine's village. He was in relationship with a dragon of Freezing Depths, Princess Midnight. Her brother, Prince Hadal, who supported Shendu, punished her for treason, executing Midnight and her (and Chestnut's) daughters. Absolutely distraught, Chestnut fled, using time traveling portal. Concealing his dragon appearance, he settled in a small town to raise an abandoned human girl as his cub.

Chestnut is quick-witted and observant. With a natural talent for acting he becomes a good spy, following Hadal and interfering with his plans. He normally puts on facade of a happy-go-lucky guy, but on the inside he still lives through the moment of Midnight's execution. He is protective of his human daughter, and, later, of his bio offspring from second wife. Chestnut doesn't hesitate to fight anyone who harms his family, even if it's his daughter's bio mother.

He has four younger sisters, sixteen nieces and nephews, two daughters, two twin sons and one hybrid stepson. Became father figure to Hadal's disowned son, who couldn't breathe through his gills because of a cleft palate.

Another post dedicated to JCA in a row, I am in a mood for creating stuff for this fandom (or, rather, posting works from my stash, heh).

Here you can see a Demon Sorcerer Shendu with his human spouse (my OC), known by the name Jiao Fenghu. Both are talking about their soon to be daughter Huahuo, who is present on couple of previous posts.

Daughter's design was created by my friend and I've suggested a name for a small green bean)

I will upload a couple more studies of Jiao in the future in order to properly introduce her to the audience. But for now - enjoy a rare moment, filled with peace and tranquility)
