my completely fair s2 review (i finished like five minutes ago)

dude i love this show. it could just be me being biased but i love s2 already. so so much.

first off, animation. SO BEAUTIFUL. THE LOGHTING?? GORGEOUS. the way everything is framed?? UGH I LOVE IT. they upped the ante with this one.

the story?? OH MY GOD I NEED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS TO PROCESS THAT. i was so scared cuz leak watchers had many many opinions on it but damn. i liked it. i LOVED it dude. it was very fast paced and i like fast paced things so that wasnt too much of a problem for me. the stakes are higher dude.

ok so the characters. IM SO EXCITED TO SEE MORE. cant believe we have to wait another week. crap dude. so so excited. i love maddie, loris, and isha. def gonna be my faves over the next two acts. loved jinx and sevikas little friendship cant wait to see more. i literally thought we would see that new haircut but guess thats for next week. vi and caitlyn literally put my heart together again then broke it. a million times over. can vi get like five minutes of happiness dude?? like pls?? can jinx and vi hug it out?? pls?? and caitlyn. they cooked with her bro. her descent into grief and rage and madness is so so good (in my humble opinion). the way vi just tries to help her overcome it. vi is actually a sweetheart she deserves the world dude. im really excited to see where everyone goes in the next two acts dude.

also ekko and jayce’s friendship type thingie. love it already. loved seeing ekko again. theres so much i wanna say and half of it is just me giggling in happiness. i also love ekko he deserves the world. what im really excited for is viktor. i have a feeling hes gonna be the big bad of act III.

ok so finally my FAVE part was the woodkid sequence. THE SONG?? GAS BRO TURN IT UP. THAT SEQUENCE AND TRANSITIONS DUDE. UGH SO GOOD. I COULD YAP ABOUT IT ALL DAY

Everyone please watch the Granada Sherlock Holmes series. It's not only the most book accurate adaptions but they're so genuinely good! You don't need modern sensibilities or trope reversals to make the original Holmes stories shine.

dont tell the link clickers this but im in love with xetroverthink because it removes the worst parts of otherwise REALLY good songs. i love love overthink but chirst the slow part is lowkey difficult to listen to. i like vortex but the part where it reverses is weird. solution: XETROVERTHINK!!!!!! literally the best part of both songs in one without the weird. im OBSESSED
