What tanks would be most like the GLA Scorpion?
The scorpion draws most heavily from two ww2-era designs:
Tumblr media
The ČKD LT vz. 38, a Czech light tank that saw use and success with the German army in the early years of ww2.
Tumblr media
The Italian Carro Armato P-26/40, an italian light tank that saw limited use, owing to its entering production in the summer of 1943. In the end, only about 120 were ever produced, and they saw only limited deployment by the Italian and German armies.
The three you posted above, which seem to be alterations from a rework mod for Command and Conquer: Generals, are a mishmash of various early war and interwar designs, run over with a coat of imagination and inspired by the somewhat-grounded original design.

Italian M13/40s from the 132nd Armored Division "Ariete" during an attack in the Battle of Gazala, June 10th, 1942.
The M13/40 was one of Italy's first real conventional medium tanks, armed with a 47mm gun in a fully rotating turret. It was meant to replace the M11/39 that came before it. Entering service in 1940, it would serve throughout the war and be upgraded into the M14/41 and M15/42, while also serving as the basis for a line of Semoventi, assault guns with larger guns for infantry support and anti-tank use.
Fun fact: Italian World War II tank names followed a specific convention. The first letter would be the tank's weight class, L for Leggero (Light), M for Mediano (Medium), and P for Pesante (Heavy). The following numbers referred to the tank's weight in tons and the year it was adopted. As such, for the M13/40, we can tell that it is a Medium Tank weighing 13 tons adopted in 1940!

I did not, and now that I do, my unprofessional recommendation is that they send it to me, so they don't destroy a priceless historical artifact in some pointless tribal conflict.

A French ad for the Italian OTO Melara C13 AIFV (Armored Infantry Fighting Vehicle), September 1984.
The C13 family was developed by the Italian OTO Melara company as a replacement for the aging M113 APC (Armored Personnel Carrier), but as a stopgap solution until the Dardo IFV (Infantry Fighting Vehicle) could be put into service. It was first announced in 1981, and the basic APC variant armed with a 12.7mm machine gun was showcased the following year. This variant could carry 12 people, including the driver, and had a decent top speed of 60 km/h. As showcased above, OTO Melara expanded the C13 family to include a variety of variants, from the anti-aircraft variant shown in the bottom left, and a fire support variant at the top left. An anti-tank variant, the C13 TUA (TOW Under Armor) was also developed with the intention of providing effective anti-tank fire while keeping the crew safe inside the vehicle. Despite the promise the family showed, they were never ordered by the Italian military or any other country, and a few prototypes remain at the OTO Melara factory in La Spezia.
