Infamous Second Son/ Assassin's Creed Desdel Headcanons

"Go to Seattle, lay low for a little while. How hard can that be?"

-Desmond Miles didn't die activating the sanctum and has been trying to hide from the templars since eventually leading to him ending up in Seattle.

-He vaguely knows about bioterrorists but has no idea how bad it's gotten until he's in the city which is on maximum lockdown.

-Even worse it seems he can't escape trouble when after getting a job at a bar a guy who's literally smoking passes out just as he's closing.

-Delsin Rowe woke up in some random guy's apartment and of course immediately began to panic when Desmond introduces himself.

-He just wanted to make sure Delsin was okay and the two began to see more of each other when Desmond finds out the guy he brought home was a conduit.

-Delsin is surprised when despite this they continue to hang out together despite Reggie being incredibly suspicious about this shady man his brother's hanging out with.

-To be fair, he's right to be suspicious of Desmond when Delsin walks in on him trying to get rid of a couple bodies.

"...are those-"

"I swear this isn't what it looks like."

"It looks like you just killed four DUP officers."

"Okay maybe it's exactly what it looks like."

-Delsin finds out that Desmond is an assassin which is actually kind of terrifying when he realized all the times he could've been killed.

-But he's still only human and Delsin thinks that because Desmond isn't a conduit he can't take care of himself when fighting the whole DUP.

-After defeating Augustine and the DUP Delsin finds himself almost clinging to Desmond after his brother's death not wanting to lose him or any of the other people he's met since coming to Seattle, still not ready to go back to the reservation.

-This is when their friendship turns into a romance, Delsin being the one who after confiding in Desmond started to kiss him.

-It was a few months into their relationship when they got matching eagle tattoos on their backs.

-Everything's gone relatively normal since, Delsin being a hero and Desmond working at the bar when the templars come after finding out he's not dead, ready to do anything to get what they want from him.
