Israel's Only Savior
1 But now thus says the LORD who created you, Jacob, and he who formed you, Israel: "Do not be afraid, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name. You are mine.
2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and the flame will not scorch you.
3 For I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I have given Egypt as your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in your place.
4 Since you have been precious and honored in my sight, and I have loved you; therefore I will give people in your place, and nations instead of your life.
5 Do not be afraid; for I am with you. I will bring your descendants from the east, and gather you from the west.
6 I will tell the north, 'Give them up.' and tell the south, 'Do not hold them back. Bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the farthest parts of the earth--
7 everyone who is called by my name, and whom I have created for my glory, whom I have formed, yes, whom I have made.'"
8 Bring out the blind people who have eyes, and the deaf who have ears.
9 Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the peoples be assembled. Who among them can declare this, and show us former things? Let them bring their witnesses, that they may be justified; or let them hear, and say, "That is true."
10 "You are my witnesses," says the LORD, "With my servant whom I have chosen; that you may know and believe me, and understand that I am he. Before me there was no God formed, neither will there be after me.
11 I, I am the LORD; and besides me there is no savior.
12 I have declared, I have saved, and I have shown; and there was no strange god among you. Therefore you are my witnesses," says the LORD, "and I am God.
13 Yes, since the day was I am he; and there is no one who can deliver out of my hand. I will work, and who can hinder it?"
14 Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: "For your sake, I have sent to Babylon, and I will bring all of them down as fugitives, even the Chaldeans, in the ships of their rejoicing.
15 I am the LORD, your Holy One, the Creator of Israel, your King."
16 Thus says the LORD, who makes a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters;
17 who brings forth the chariot and horse, the army and the mighty man (they lie down together, they shall not rise; they are extinct, they are quenched like a wick):
18 "Do not remember the former things, and do not consider the things of old.
19 Look, I will do a new thing. It springs forth now. Do you not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
20 The animals of the field shall honor me, the jackals and the ostriches; because I give water in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen,
21 the people which I formed for myself, that they might set forth my praise.
22 Yet you have not called on me, Jacob; but you have been weary of me, Israel.
23 You have not brought me of your sheep for burnt offerings; neither have you honored me with your sacrifices. I have not burdened you with offerings, nor wearied you with frankincense.
24 You have bought me no sweet cane with money, nor have you filled me with the fat of your sacrifices; but you have burdened me with your sins. You have wearied me with your iniquities.
25 I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake; and I will not remember your sins.
26 Put me in remembrance. Let us plead together. Set forth your case, that you may be justified.
27 Your first father sinned, and your teachers have transgressed against me.
28 Therefore I will profane the princes of the sanctuary; and I will make Jacob a curse, and Israel a reviling." — Isaiah 43 | New Heart English Bible (NHEB) The New Heart English Bible is in the public domain. Woke up with the thought of payment for the house which led to a crying out to God session. Readjusted the payment, my monthly expenditure budget and looked at the stock market, feeling the ache for selling NVDA too soon. And then, there's a dip in TSLA due to the world situation. A day after I bought some, the Red Sea crisis affected the company. I thought to myself, if only I knew.
But I'm not God. I have limited knowledge. I can't predict the future. I can only rely on His provision.
During devotion, God spoke to me from Philippians 4:19:
"And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus."
Sadness, because I felt like I didn't steward my finances well. What I could have done, was to at least find out the percentage of shares Elon owns. It is only today that I found out that it's only 13%. What a painful lesson. Ouch.
And God's words from Isaiah 43:18-19 reminded me:
“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."
Then I ended with the song, With All I Am. While listening to the song, flashbacks of how God protected me surfaced - from going deeper into a toxic relationship which might complicate things further if I had bought a house with that ex. I couldn't, because I have to pay for the current house which my dad can't afford. And this leads us back to the start of this journal entry.
There are so many thoughts in my head, I need help. I feel like I am currently in the wilderness.
"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." - Psalm 34:18

A Witness for My Lord
Isaiah 43:10-13 You are my witnesses,” declares the Lord,” and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me. I, even I, am the LORD, and apart from me there is no savior. I have revealed and saved and proclaimed— I, and not some foreign god among you. You are my witnesses,” declares…

I Am with You (Isaiah 43:1-7)
There are times when our souls can become parched and dry, times when it seems no one quite understands, and as if circumstances might overwhelm the spirit.
The Train Crossed the Red Sea, by Marc Chagall, 1966 But now thus says the Lord, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel:Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you;when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the…

I’m a simple girl. I see something from Isaiah 43, I reblog it.
Ephesians 3:18 'May you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep His love is.'
The Lord Jesus wants each of us to grasp how great His love is towards us. You are valuable and precious to the Lord and He loves you. He laid down His life to redeem you. I can never comprehend, how this great God could die for me, a sinner. The above verse says we need His power in our lives to begin to understand this great love.
May His power work within you so that His love will be a reality in your life!
PRAYER: Lord, give me a revelation of Your love for me. May I begin to grasp and understand this great love and may it change my life forever. In Jesus' Name I ask, Amen.

Doing a New Thing
God is doing a new thing and If we can get new thing right I believe the Lord will release an Elijah anointing on the current leaders.
We find ourselves at an incredible turning point for the Body of Christ. God is doing a new thing and this new thing is, and must be different from the things of the past. For a number of years prophetic voices have declared, “God is doing a new thing.” While this is a true statement, it’s time to discover God’s new thing, not our new thing. Continue reading Untitled

God's Glory, Our Delight
In wond’rous grace, God hath ordained our fate,To be the mirrors that his greatness show,Like telescopes that magnify stars’ state,We’re fashioned to reveal his radiant glow. His goodness, truth, and beauty he bestows,With wisdom’s gift and justice firm and pure,His glory in our deepest joys arises,For in our pleasure, his praise doth endure. We, beings molded by the Maker’s hand,Find truest…

Isaiah 43: Behold, I Do a New Thing
After making a way to restoration and new life, after pouring rivers of refreshment and revival into the sere desert of their circumstances … there is no praise, there is no lifting of heads. You have been weary of Me, God said. #Isaiah43 #WearyofGod
The fifth concept used to describe the church is the firm foundation of the Bible. (The other four are in Friday’s post, Isaiah 42: Blind and Deaf, Blessed and Beloved) Biblically Confirmed You are my witnesses, says the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen,so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he.Before me no god was formed, nor shall there be any after…

Psalm 8:3-5 (AMP). [3] “When I see and consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have established, [4] What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of [earthborn] man that You care for him?
