HELLO PRESSURE FANDOM decided to my own take on Sebastian, trying to incorporate more traits from the animals his dna is mixed with. He’s got some mantis shrimp legs (don’t come at me for the anatomy of that front shrimp leg i knooooow it’s wrong i knoooow i just could NOT get that other joint in without it looking weird so it’s kind of a mix between spearer and smasher anatomy idk)

tried to give him some shark-like dorsal fins with some added flare because it’s fun, also gave him shrimp legs (mainly based off the zebra mantis shrimp, thats why he has stripes along his body), and i based him off a yellow-bellied sea snake which is why he, you guessed it, has a yellow belly. then ofc he still has that whale tail and the angler light and. idk. silver spinyfins are weird little things i wasn’t sure what to do for that.

Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home launches August 23 - Gematsu

Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home will launch for iOS and Android on August 23, publisher Natsume and developer appci announced.

“In Harvest Moon: Home Sweet Home, players are tasked with making everyone happy in their hometown,” said Natsume president and CEO Hiro Maekawa in a press release. “By socializing, gift giving, selling crops, and completing requests, you’ll build bonds with your neighbors and increase the happiness of the town, all while hitting milestones of your own, like caring for your first cow, falling in love, and starting a family. II. New System - Fishing

Recently, the Teyvat ecology has seen an increase in fish population, with many new fish species appearing in various waters. The grassroots Fishing Association has its hands full and had to put up a commission for help at the Adventurers' Guild...

Bring your fishing rod, choose the bait, find the spot, cast your rod, reel it in, and voila, a big catch!

The fish caught can not only be used to make dishes, but also can be exchanged for precious treasures at the Fishing Association. There's even a chance to catch vibrant ornamental fish to admire at your home!

5-Star Character "Plane of Euthymia" Raiden Shogun (Electro)

◇ Gnosis: Electro

◇ Weapon: Polearm

◇ Her Excellency, the Almighty Narukami Ogosho, promised the people of Inazuma an unchanging eternity.

◆ The Raiden Shogun's Elemental Skill, Transcendence: Baleful Omen, will grant each nearby party member an Eye of Stormy Judgment that will perform coordinated attacks alongside them when party members deal DMG. Party members affected by Eye of Stormy Judgment will have their Elemental Burst DMG increased based on the Energy Cost of the Elemental Burst. When they use their Elemental Bursts, they will accrue Resolve for the Raiden Shogun's Chakra Desiderata.

"When the Raiden Shogun uses her Elemental Burst, Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu, she will use up all the Resolve accrued by Chakra Desiderata and deal AoE Electro DMG using her Musou no Hitotachi, entering the Musou Isshin state. While in this state, the Raiden Shogun will wield her tachi in battle, with her attacks restoring Energy for her party members. In addition, her resistance to interruption is increased, and she is immune to Electro-Charged reaction DMG. The DMG dealt by Musou no Hitotachi and Musou Isshin's attacks will be based on the number of Chakra Desiderata's Resolve stacks consumed when this skill is used.

4-Star Character "Crowfeather Kaburaya" Kujou Sara (Electro)

◇ Vision: Electro

◇ Weapon: Bow

◇ A general of the Tenryou Commission. Bold, decisive, and skilled in battle.

◆ Kujou Sara's Elemental Skill, Tengu Stormcall allows her next fully-charged Aimed Shot to grant her Crowfeather Cover. The arrow fired will leave a Crowfeather behind that will trigger Tengu Juurai: Ambush, which deals AoE Electro DMG and also increases the ATK of nearby characters.

When she uses her Elemental Burst, Subjugation: Koukou Sendou, she will strike a target area with Tengu Juurai: Titanbreaker, dealing AoE Electro DMG and causing several consecutive Tengu Juurai: Stormcluster to spread out, dealing more instances of AoE Electro DMG. These Tengu Juurai can also increase the ATK of characters near the point of impact.

◆ During the event wish, Reign of Serenity, the event-exclusive 5-star character "Plane of Euthymia" Raiden Shogun (Electro) and 4-star character "Crowfeather Kaburaya" Kujou Sara (Electro) will get a huge drop-rate boost!

5-Star Character "Pearl of Wisdom" Sangonomiya Kokomi (Hydro)

◇ Vision: Hydro

◇ Weapon: Catalyst

◇ The Divine Priestess of Watatsumi Island. All of the island's affairs are at this young lady's fingertips.

◆ Sangonomiya Kokomi's Elemental Skill, Kurage's Oath summons a "Bake-Kurage" created from water. "Bake-Kurage" will restore HP for all nearby party members periodically, and deal Hydro DMG to nearby enemies.

When Sangonomiya Kokomi uses her Elemental Burst, Nereid's Ascension, she dons her Ceremonial Garment, which temporarily increases the DMG dealt by her Normal, Charged Attacks, and Elemental Skill. During "Ceremonial Garment," when Normal and Charged Attacks hit opponents, Kokomi will restore HP for all nearby party members. During her Elemental Burst, she is also able to walk on the water's surface.

*The event-exclusive 5-star character "Pearl of Wisdom" Sangonomiya Kokomi (Hydro) will be available in a future event wish.

5-Star Character "Savior From Another World" Aloy (Cryo)

◇ Vision: Cryo

◇ Weapon: Bow

Formerly an outcast, now a hunter of unparalleled skill. Ready to do the right thing at any time.

◆ Aloy's Elemental Skill, Frozen Wilds throws a Freeze Bomb in the targeted direction and triggers an explosion. After the explosion, the Freeze Bomb scatters into multiple Chillwater Bomblets that explode on contact with opponents immediately or after a short delay. When a Freeze Bomb or Chillwater Bomblet hits an opponent, the opponent's ATK is decreased and Aloy receives the Coil effect, increasing her ATK. When there is a certain number of Coil stacks, Aloy's Normal Attack DMG will convert to Cryo DMG.

Her Elemental Burst, Prophecies of Dawn, sees her throw a Power Cell filled with Cryo in the targeted direction, which she then detonates with an arrow, dealing AoE Cryo DMG.

How to Obtain "Savior From Another World" Aloy (Cryo)

All Travelers who have reached Adventure Rank 20 or above will be able to obtain the event-exclusive 5-star character "Savior From Another World" Aloy (Cryo) directly through in-game mail.

This event will be divided into two phases:

▌Phase I

After the Version 2.1 Update – Before the Version 2.2 Update Maintenance (2021/10/13 05:59 (UTC+8))

During the event, all Travelers who log into Genshin Impact on PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5 will be able to obtain "Savior From Another World" Aloy (Cryo) directly through in-game mail.

▌Phase II

After the Version 2.2 Update – Before the Version 2.3 Update Maintenance (2021/11/24 05:59 (UTC+8))

During the event, Travelers who log into Genshin Impact on any available platform, and who have yet to obtain the character during Phase I will be able to obtain Aloy directly through in-game mail.

▌New Weapons

Engulfing Lightning (5-Star Polearm)

◇ A naginata used to "cut grass." Any army that stands before this weapon will probably be likewise cut down...

◆ ATK increased by the portion of Energy Recharge over the base 100%. Gain Energy Recharge for 12s after using an Elemental Burst.

◆ During the event wish, Epitome Invocation, the event-exclusive 5-star weapon Engulfing Lightning (Polearm) will receive a huge drop-rate boost!

Everlasting Moonglow (5-Star Catalyst)

◇ A string of lovely jasper from the deep sea. It shines with a pure radiance like that of the moon, and just as ever-distant.

◆ Healing Bonus is increased. Normal ATK DMG is increased by a certain percentage of the Max HP of the character equipping this weapon. For 12s after using an Elemental Burst, Normal Attacks that hit opponents will restore Energy. Energy can be restored this way once every 0.1s.

The event-exclusive 5-star weapon Everlasting Moonglow (Catalyst) will be available in a future event wish.

Luxurious Sea-Lord (4-Star Claymore)

◇ The great king of the ocean. Having been air-dried, it makes for a fine weapon as well as emergency sustenance.

◆ Increases Elemental Burst DMG. When Elemental Burst hits opponents, there is a 100% chance of summoning a huge onrush of tuna that deals AoE ATK DMG. This effect can occur once every 15s.

◆ During the "Moonlight Merriment" event, you can obtain the event-exclusive weapon Luxurious Sea-Lord (Claymore) as well as its refinement materials once you achieve a certain progress level through exploring specified regions.

"The Catch" (4-Star Polearm)

◇ In the distant past, this was the beloved spear of a famed Inazuman bandit.

◆ Increases the DMG and CRIT Rate caused by Elemental Burst.

◆ You can exchange for "The Catch" (Polearm) and its refinement materials at the Inazuma Fishing Association.

V. New Event

"Hyakunin Ikki" Event: A team-switching combat challenge awaits

During the event, take part in the free-for-all fighting tournament "Hyakunin Ikki" and show off your elegant combat skills by defeating opponents in tag teams of two characters. By reaching the target scores, Travelers can obtain rewards such as the event-exclusive namecard style "Celebration: Ikki," Primogems, and more.

Thunder Manifestation

◇ An elemental life form created as the avatar of thunderous indignation.

Executive Action Assessment of Issue

1. The Trump administration states multiple times that preserving the marine environment is a priority of theirs. This memorandum of ocean mapping is supposed to help protect oceans and advance sustainable fisheries. Putting regulations on this will prevent the tragedy of the commons and hopefully lessen shared resource degradation of the ocean. Trump’s stance still has capitalistic values regarding ocean conservation, but he does not point fingers or deny the issue.

2. I agree with a lot of this memorandum. The marine environment needs to be protected and putting more regulations on it may help the US achieve this. Acquiring a deeper understanding of the ocean and its limited resources is important, especially for a president.

Background:

He is an avid hunter and angler. He recently served on the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries for the Commonwealth of Virginia. He also led the International Boundary Commission between the United States and Canada and was responsible for maintaining the 5,525-mile international boundary. His expertise ranges from the Endangered Species Act to Outer-Continental leases, from mining royalties to Indian Affairs. From 2001 to 2009, he held several positions within the Department of the Interior.

He is professionally qualified to hold this position. His personal interest in hunting could be seen as problematic, but it also shows his genuine love for the land. He has held multiple positions in this department and other political roles.  This is important to my issue because it shows that he has at least some sense of care for the environment

6.    Office of the Assistant Secretary Insular and International Affairs:

This department carries out the responsibilities regarding U.S. territories and international engagements (like the Pacific Garbage Patch). They also have Ocean and Coastal Resource Stewardship that focuses more on coastal and marine regions.

7.      Based on your review of the President’s website and Cabinet programs, assess the executive action taken on your issue.  

The Trump Administration does have efforts working towards preserving the environment, specifically the oceans. On June 19, 2018, Trump signed an Executive Order "Regarding the Ocean Policy to Advance the Economic, Security, and Environmental Interests of the United States". This focused mainly on advancing the economy but also specified the security and conservation of the environment.

Explain your level of satisfaction and provide examples.

I wasn’t satisfied with their action towards reducing commercial fishing and single-use plastics. These things have massive impacts on ocean pollution, yet neither of them was addressed. The Pacific Garbage Patch is a huge issue and I don’t think it is a priority for the department.

Trump has proclaimed environmental victories in the US, but he is not adding much funding to this department. Although he has not significantly cut funding, he supports policies and companies that degrade the environment.

Executive Action Assessment of Issue

1) Trump believes that America’s energy revolution has produced affordable, reliable energy which means that our planet is no longer in need/ running out of energy. Also, he believes that we are dropping carbon emissions to their lowest level in 25 years. He believes a balance in economic growth and environmental protection must be met in order to encourage innovation and prosperity. Lastly, Trump states that a strong economy means a healthy environment.

2) I strongly disagree with this statement and belief. I think that a strong economy could benefit our environment by using that money to go towards eco-friendly products, but it could also be bad. With a strong economy, people could consume more and use more waste which ends up hurting the environment. Also, Trump states that our carbon emissions are very low which is also false. Our carbon emissions are extremely high and will continue to climb unless we do something to prevent it.

Environmental conservation is a large effort regarding several parts of the environment including the ocean.

3) The secretary of the department is David Bernhardt. He is the 53rd Secretary of the U.S. Department of the Interior. Bernhardt is an avid hunter and angler. His expertise ranges from the Endangered Species Act to Outer-Continental leases, from mining royalties to Indian Affairs. He was raised in Rifle, Colorado and earned a B.A. He is married to Gena Bernhard and has two children. He lives in Arlington, Virginia. He is professionally qualified to lead this department because from 2001 to 2009, he held several positions within the Department of the Interior. Also, he served then-Secretary Norton as a deputy solicitor, deputy chief of staff and counselor to the Secretary, and as director of Congressional and Legislative Affairs and counselor to the Secretary before that. Since he is apart of the Republican Party and therefore apart of Trump’s political party, I think much less action will be taken in support of this department. Although he is an avid participator in the environment, I think steps towards preserving it will be much slower. Ultimately, this pushes my issue back further in time which it cannot afford since time is what is killing it. 

4) I think the pollution issue and the going green service responds to my issue the best. The pollution issues page directly gives the Environmental Laws and Regulations related to pollution along with a link to report environmental emergencies and violations. On this page, there are several options to read about the environment. Specifics such as air pollutants, clean water, wildlife, pesticides, etc are explained through both laws and regulations stated. On the Going Green service page, there are two options for finding energy efficiency resources and also energy tax incentives. Under the resources, there are options to choose either at home or at work which is beneficial to many people trying to make a big difference in many places. 

5) Overall, President Trump is not doing much to help the environmental issue. It seems as if he is almost ignoring it, hoping it will go away, as I saw online that he took the US out of the Paris Climate Agreement. I am not satisfied with the efforts of our executive branch to help the issue of the environment. Like I said before, by taking us out of beneficial programs President Obama put the US into, the problem will not disappear, it will just get worse. Additionally, by repealing from this agreement, Trump is acting like climate change and environmental health are no longer a problem. This problem has not gone away and is not close to being solved as the issue has just recently begun to spiral into action. This department is definitely one President Trump wants to cut funding on as he believes that the environment is recovering since our carbon emissions are decreasing, which is false and harmful to our world if the president believes this. I think cutting funding would do the exact opposite of resolving the issue. We need all the funding we can get to protect our planet and to come up with solutions to these issues. Ultimately, decreasing funding would leave our country with no money to take action against the declining health of our environment.

A- This source was written to any audience, as it is a fairly neutral website. It could be interpreted that this source was written towards environmentalists because the article contains information supporting the side that this change in policy was a bad decision. Also, it mostly sides against the policy change because of environmental reasons such as the destruction of ecosystems and habitats. This source still proves to be reliable since it states both sides and the possible positive sides of the new policy enacted by Trump. 

P- This article is objective because although it does mostly side with the environmentalists/liberal side, it also is posted by a neutral site that also states the side of the policy changers. I agree with this perspective because it is neutral, but also emphasizes the importance of how destructive this policy change could be. I specifically support the push against the policy change a little bit because the new policy does not support coastal ecosystems and oceanic preservation. 

S- The significance of this article is showing the new policy by Trump’s administration and reviewing the pros and cons and the views of other officials. Facts supporting the environment and coastal habitats are used to support the author's claims. Also, statements such as the Coastal Barrier Resources System protecting 1.4 million acres of land around the country help the reader sympathize with the environment rather than with this new policy change. Additionally, the author uses direct quotes from the Secretary of the Department of Interiors stating “This flawed interpretation of the law has prevented a number of coastal storm damage reduction projects”. This quote proves his support of Trump’s administrative decisions with the environmental policies. All of this evidence proves the harms on these environmental coastlines are not seen by the head of the environmental department which overall is harmful to our world and future for the environment. I agree with this article because I believe that this new policy change is harmful to our environment and without it, we could be protecting our coastlines much better. Additionally, this new policy only adds up more costs which we could be using to protect our oceans in a different, more efficient way than we are now.
