was originally planning to work on comms in chronological order but then i remembered today is saiouma day so i stayed up until 4am to finish colouring lol, i swear to god i've been wanting to draw catch & release fan art for so long thank you so much zeph for commissioning me to draw this, i absolutely love reverse phantom thief saiou especially this one and i honestly had a lot of fun working on this, hope you guys like it too! also go read catch & release on ao3 it's by @chuwuyas and it's absolutely amazing (comms are still open but i won't be able to work on it immediately) (bg is inspired by derekdomnicdsouza on insta!)

This started as a silly doodle of Ash and Eiji watching fireworks and being happy (because they deserve it and they don’t get to enjoy it much). But then it grew into this ^^U

ignoring the fact that im late with art of 2021 post but better late than never ya know?? tomorrow is serbian NY anyway 😹💀 i wanted to include all of them but it didnt look that good so i included only the ones that i was mostly satisfied with and liked the most aside from some that couldnt fit 💔 thanks to this year being awful, i didnt post some of these yet either but will be soon~ and with that said, goodbye 2021 officially and fuck u, i hope 2022 at least isnt worse than previous two if not better
