Inktober Day 23: The Sun

Upright: happiness, success, optimism, vitality, joy, confidence, happiness, truth

Reversed: blocked happiness, excessive enthusiasm, pessimism, unrealistic expectations, conceitedness

The Sun promises that there, for lack of a not cliché sentence, light at the end of it all. Bad things and times always have an end. Traumas may have the negative effects of The Sun dwell internally, but remember at the end of the day, survival is learning to deal with injustices of the world and done personally to you at the same time. Wipe off the blood someone else tried to put on your hands; you will find a way to be happy again.

Sorry if this one was kind of cheating, story wise. It’s hard to find a Creepypasta with a happy ending, after all.

Discworld Inktober day 25 - Constable Detritus

The ENTIRE lore of trolls in Discworld is so fascinating. The communities they exist in, the hierarchy behind their names, how their brains work in different temperatures. Detritus tries his best to make sure the younger trolls don’t end up going down a dangerous path and tries to find them a place in society where they can thrive and prosper.

He also carries around a gigantic crossbow that can tear an entire wall down.

For this year's Inktober I mashed up two of my current favourite things, Dinosaurs and Our Flag Means Death. Because nothing is cooler than Dinosaurs and gay pirates. I thought up an AU similar to James Gurney's Dinotopia, where humans and Dinosaurs live alongside eachother in mostly peace (there are still Pirates and carnivores around...). Stede's large Deinocheirus companion is "Arthur", while I named Ed's Utahraptor companion "Kokko", based on the gigantic eagle of the Kalevala.

Inktober Challenge Day 18 - cold | Día 18 - frío

IN ENGLISH

When Stanley fell through the portal, he felt like he was floating.

A few minutes later, he felt the cold of the snow again.

When he looked around, he saw that he was in a snowy area, but he didn't recognize Ford's cabin, so he felt something was not right.

The first hours in that place were more terrifying than the 10 years he spent alone in the human world.

All kinds of creatures tried to hurt and kill him, the cold was unbearable, he felt the weight of the last hours and wished it was all a nightmare.

He found a cave and managed to make a fire, he had to use the shirt he was wearing under his jacket, but it was worth it to have some warmth.

He had fallen next to the diary and now he had it in his hands. He thought about burning it, but he didn't dare, he wanted to keep it... Maybe it would be the last thing he would have of his brother...

The next morning, he woke up with a high fever, thanks to Moses, Eda appeared, she had gone to the knee for some natural resources and found him in the cave

Thanks to that, he was able to find a warm place to sleep, where he could heal his wounds and where he could stay until he returned home.

Cuando Stanley cayó por el portal, sintió como si estuviera flotando.

Unos minutos después, sintió el frío de la nieve de nuevo.

Cuando miro alrededor, vio que estaba en una zona nevada, pero no reconoció la cabaña de Ford, así que sintió que algo no estaba bien

Cuando se levantó, miró que había un paisaje muy extraño, con un cráneo gigante y lo que parecían ser la caja torácica y las costillas de un ser que murió hace años

Las primeras horas en ese lugar, fueron más aterradoras que los 10 años que pasó en soledad en el mundo humano

Toda clase de criaturas trataron de lastimarlo y matarlo, el frío era insoportable, sentía el peso de las últimas horas y deseo que todo fuera una pesadilla

Encontró una cueva y logro hacer una fogata, tuvo que usar la camisa que llevaba bajo la chaqueta, pero valía la pena tener algo de calor

Había caído junto al diario y ahora lo tenía en sus manos, pensó en quemarlo, pero no se atrevía, quería conservarlo... Tal vez sería lo último que tendría de su hermano...

A la mañana siguiente, despertó con una fuerte fiebre, gracias a Moisés, Eda apareció, ella había ido a la rodilla por unos recursos naturales y lo encontró en la cueva

Cliffs of the southern shore. They hide the Morag Tong safe haven from any curious sailors. Piercing the clouds in the distance is the Frigid Pike. Atop King's Drop, surrounded by geysers, sits the Skerry King, a fearsome Gigantic Bantam Guar. To the north is Savage Maw, a small cave home to a ferocious Gehenoth.

My idea for the King's Drop World boss is the Guar would knock players off the plateau with an AOE if you're not behind a rock, dealing a fair amount of fall damage. You can then use a geyser to jet back up to the fight.

This island came from me wondering about this specific little landmass in the corner of Tamriel added in ESO after the Morrowind Chapter (Go check it out, it's on literally no other map of Tamriel). Since I brought it up a bunch of us on Twitter started speculating and theory-crafting ideas. The map is a work in progress that I have fun adding things to every now and then. I'm yet to add the actual settlement which should be next probably.

Inktober day 3 – Dark Urge

The prompt was "Your guardian" essentially.. but for the life of me I cannot remember my Tav's guardian 😬 (no screenshots either) Delivering a drawing of my Dark Urge instead!! She's a spore druid who favors to shapeshift into a gigantic spider 🕷🕸
