The 2025 Honda 0 Saloon concept is, in theory, actually going into production. But it’s remarkable how similar it is to the HP-X. The front end is like an 80s Lamborghini, while overall it’s like a futuristic living room wrapped in a squished Honda Odyssey minivan.

If you notice, part of the canopy hangs out over the rear window. That’s partly for style, but it’s also functional. According to Honda, it was designed to function as a driver-controlled airbrake. Honda experimented with several advanced materials, too, using honeycomb panels, carbon fiber and Kevlar to reduce the HP-X concept’s weight and improve its performance. (via Jalopnik)
