Best time to start seeds indoors is Feb-April so you might want to start reading up and planning now so you’re not scrambling. You can grow food indoors or look for community garden plots, sign up is usually going on right now.

One of the many ramifications of Trump’s mass deportation plan will cause the price of domestic grown produce and other crops to skyrocket since the majority of that work force is undocumented workers. The supply will drop and if U.S. workers fill those roles the price will increase even more bc they won’t be able to pay the workers illegally low wages.

So you may want to start growing some vegetables. I’d also recommend potatoes.
