here are a few things to follow when interacting:

Name: William Malpractice Pronouns: he/him/his Age: Roughly 37

the doctor's species is not exactly known, but he appears human.

the doctor's gender & sexuality aren't things he explores much, but he doesn't mind questions. he sees it as studying himself, in a way.

the doctor experiences delusions of grandeur, causing him to believe that he's a real, trained doctor. he is not. this causes majority of his actions related to medicine.

he does, in fact, have an ex-wife

the doctor has an unspecified disorder with psychosis and shows varied symptoms.

the doctor is... weird. he's a bit poorly adjusted, but he's trying. i think.

Sis is giving me a hard time bc I don’t wanna put on a bra 3 days after being cut into for surgery on my right peck and right side of neck. Yes, my cousin’s kid is coming over for dinner. But she invited him. I woulda waited until Thursday so my incision has time to heal. We only get to see him once a year so I don’t wanna be rude and stay in my bedroom, but I also don’t wanna put on a bra with the straps pressing into my incisions. I’m sorry he might be an uncomfortable 21yo boy with my double Ds bouncing around, but imma just sit at the table quietly, especially considering that’s all I have the energy for. No need to make me self conscious when I’m trying to not irritate my very tender and bruised skin! /end rant

Often when trans women ask me when I'm performing next, and I tell them that it's a queer/trans event, they will tell me that they'd rather not go because they do not feel comfortable or safe in those spaces, that they have been dismissed or belittled at such events before. Even trans women who are dyke- or bisexual- identified often don't feel welcome or relevant in queer/trans spaces. And whenever a trans woman or ally points out aspects about the queer/ trans community that contribute to these feelings of irrelevancy and disrespect—such as the way our community coddles those who support trans-woman-exclusionist events or who make trans-misogynistic comments—we are described as being "divisive." Thinking about how adaptive Logan is and how he can quite physically tell the difference between people even if they look identical by chemical scent alone.

With being around Wade so much, do you ever think he just gets a whiff of a stranger and turns to Wade like "Hey.. I think... they have cancer."

For a second, he thinks he's mocking him, but the look of seriousness on his face makes him frown and is like, "Holy shit.. Wait, you can smell cancer?? What are you like a cancer dog?"

"Shut up, im serious."

"Wait for real? Are you sure it's just not old lady perfume?"

"I-i think so...?? ....Should.... should I tell her? Oh man.. how do I tell a stranger that they have a horrible disease?"

Wades is about to make a joke but decides not to, remembering how life ruining it was to sit there and stare at vanessa as the doctor sounded like charlie browns parents.

"... where is it?"

"I don't know. I just.. I think maybe in the top bit? What would I even say? Hey, im a super smelling mutant, and I think you have breast cancer."

".. yes."

"Really?"

"You have to tell her... She'll get scared if I tell her."

So he does. Awkwardly comes up to this woman and explains some bullshit how he was 'born with super smells' and how he believes she might have some form of cancer. That- if she acts early enough- they might be able to beat it.

For some reason, the woman cries and tells him how this would make sense because shes felt sick the last couple of weeks and had no clue why. That she'll make an appointment as soon as possible. "Thank you."

Logan is left with a warm feeling in his chest, and smiles lopsided as she goes about her day.

Wade is left feeling both envious and proud at the same time. No, there wasn't a wolverine to warn him of his sickness, but this doesn't mean they can't help others.

So from then on, sniffing becomes an automatic reflex, sniffing all the kids at the mansion, class by class, every teacher, anyone he possibly can. It breaks his heart when he finds one. Everyone holds their breath, hoping he doesn't, but sometimes he does. He always cries afterward.

You know those drug/ weapon dog searches that schools sometimes have? Yeah that's bassically what happens except he pops a head in, says a quick "clear" and goes to the next room. Its real terrifying when he actually comes into the room and starts walking around.

This being said. If you're sneaking drugs into the school? You better be tight with Mr. Howlett, or he's turning you in to Mrs. Munroe.

- I don’t like this song that much, and I’m not sure I’ve made up my mind with the band either, but I do like this video. And in a bid to not just post, out of date pop-punk rubbish all the time I thought I’d post something more recent.

- Being a UK punk band who uses the Black Flag font for their graphics I assumed I’d take a straightforward liking to Incisions. That said their sound leans a bit more Bronx-style ‘punk and roll’ than straight up hardcore punk, and as such I’ve been a bit more mixed in my feelings about them.

- From what I can tell the singer likes to talk about drugs and politics, politics and drugs. And I’m not mad at that. They released another music video around the same time as this one, Mine To Lose, which I prefer as a song, less so as a music video. That song, like Repeat Prescription, (the clue’s in the name) seems to also be about unhealthy relationships and behaviours related to drink and drugs. 

- I really like how lurid the colours are on this. It feels a bit like those 80s Troma videos but in 4k rather than grainy VHS. It kinda reminds me of that slightly overexposed, edginess you feel when you’ve not slept off the back of a big boozy bender. And whilst I don’t love the discordant sonics of the noise rock style guitar aurally, they are well realised visually in the shakey vfx.

- Jury’s still out for me on the band. I don’t know if I’ll come around to their old stuff but I like the direction the band seem to be headed in. I’m keen to hear what they come out with next. I reckon even if I don’t like the music, I’ll rate their music videos.
