analysis of eric's eye color change:

upon examination of the autopsy report, one can clearly see two eye colors are listed. "the right iris is gray; the left iris is hazel."

however, something to take into consideration is that human eye colors can change as a result of injury. percussion trauma undoubtedly played role in this. due to the 12 gauge impact, leading to a loss of tissue/damage to the iris.

iris deterioration begins after 22 hours. during this time frame, before his body was examined. it would likely have also factored into changing the overall color. when previously, as listed on his driver's license. his eyes are shown to be green.
