His absence

is teaching me solitude, emotional solitude. I really yearn for him, any morsel of attention. I deeply despise myself for feeling this way, because I classify it as pathetic. I'm not thirsty I swear...well maybe for him. His nectar is so sweet in the most peculiar ways. I've never tasted a man like him. It scares me, my eyes could well up with tear if I tried really hard. I've had nightmares about losing him because this taste of love is so exotic and rare. I digress, we are distant- worlds apart but we connect ever so often throughout the week. At the begining he really aligned his schedule with mine- I didn't know how much effort that took until he stopped. Now we see each others messages whenever we do, 10 minutes, 40 minutes, 4 hours, half a day... I cant and wont keep track. He has reassured me a couple times upon his return to regular scheduled activities that - we're good, he's happy with us, nothing has changed. Things have definitely changed, but not for the worse per-say. Our relationship has settled into a groove of normalcy. Needless to say, I'm realizing my emotions. Their sporadic, and at times irrational. This time difference, this distance is allowing me to sit in my feels and ask why. Why do i feel my heart sway for him.... I do not like this. I feel vulnerable, at battle with no armour. But he assured me there is no battle- but yet my mind still prepares.

Here I am, sitting in my longing. Hoping he feels similar or understands. Parts of me wants to pull away, just hide in a turtleshell till someone gives a shit... See there it goes. Irrationality in the midst of acknowledging PG is by far the best man I have ever dated. The amazing part is, I'm not talking about how he fucks me (although thats good too) but I'm talking about him- who he is, how he shows up in this world and how he shows up for us. Its been quite the experience and I'm so blessed to bare witness but also feel a love like this.

February 23, 2024; I know we are at July 7, 2024. I want to sit and discuss on February. How can I start, by saying, wow. Wow is a breath taking experience, knowing the Information and solutions that I was being put before my birthday.

The week before my birthday. I am just minding my business schooling and going through a lot. Ex to moving on; on my own as independent woman.

A lot has gone through the past year of 2023 towards 2024. I really want to start off fresh, and come to a realization of how my life should be. Is it coming to me or is it not. Do I deserve this change or go back?

My life at the moment in 2024 #Inarelationship out of my consent, and out of the blue while I am in college. Wasn’t alright with the situation I was put in at first because I wasn’t moving on and none stop thinking about my ex while talking to him.

But I excepted the out of my consent and told myself on promises that I am going to keep to make that change. Get over my ex and move on to the next. I know it’s not making sense but it will be.

I right now need some more time to reflect and learn about myself more and being with a new person again. I pray but nothing but happiness and loyal and God by my side. We all need that in our lives right now.
