having watched the assembled episode for Loki series 2, I can understand now why they didn’t have a Lokius reunion at the end. It would undermine the whole sacrifice Loki just made, it’s not a sacrifice if he just gets to hang out with his friends (or husband) after.

HOWEVER this does not end the possibility for a reunion for us. Loki is stubborn. Well guess what. So is his husband. They could do a lot here with this where Mobius works with OB/Casey and Hunter to get back to Loki, getting Sylvie’s help, blackmailing Thor into a favour is one of my favourite musings.
