I love how IkePri and IkeVil kinda look symmetrical, especially in the way how the MCs are depicted.

Emma from IkePri and Kate from IkeVil are both kind, headstrong and proactive commoner girls who're into literature. Even their hairstyles are similar too.

However, from the prologue it's implied these two share something in common yet are gonna walk different destiny.

Emma did something with good will and ended up nicely, which made her chosen as Belle.

Kate did something with good will but ended up badly, which eventually lead her to Crown's crime scene.

And how they romance LIs are clearly different.

Emma: "I'll bring him back into the light"

Kate: "I'll stay with him in the dark"

How they deal with evil are different too.

Emma is really a pure-hearted girl with no shadow or wrinkle at all. She's clearly within good boundary and she never yields to something evil. She's more like a saintess.

Kate is a kind girl but a bit flawed, and has a bit of shadow to herself. She's somewhere between good and evil and she is more open to something evil. She's more like a witch.

Both girls are charming in different ways and I love them both. 🤍🖤
