alright, so this is just kinda a little theory for the next crk episode, and also my first theory on this kinda stuff

with what i think may be a reasonable/logical idea, I'm pretty sure that white lily/dark enchantress cookie could be the next ancient cookie to come out.

My reasoning for this, is that in some of the older ovenbreak lore, the city of wizards was directly connected to dragon's valley by a now removed map called moonlight valley(image taken from the cookie run LINE wiki below), which was from the now shut down/archived LINE CookieRun.

With it having been next to dragon's valley, that should mean that it would be the next episode.

Also, the fact that the cookies are trying to get help from the dragons would mean that they'd be able to find pitaya dragon cookie and fire spirit. It'd be reasonable since hollyberry has connections to at least one dragon, that being the reddish green dragon, aka pitaya dragon cookie. After pitaya dragon, i'd assume we'd meet the other dragons in the same or similar order as we did in ovenbreak(red dragon(pitaya), gold dragon(ananas), blue dragon(lotus), violet dragon(lychee), and the ivory dragon(longan)).

Afterwards, id be guessing that beast yeast could be next, considering that(just an assumption) the longan palace might be next to beastyeast. Not quite sure though.

During the dragon islands (before beast yeast), there's the possibility of the events of sugarterra or something similar happening, which may give more insight on the lore of moonlight cookie and sea fairy cookie's relationship to each other. Plus, if the sugarterra like stuff does end up happening, that means there's the possibility for peppermint cookie, pirate cookie, captain ice cookie, mocha ray cookie, and lobster cookie to be released at around the same update.

This could be leading to yogurca (yogurca would hopefully introduce scorpion cookie, yogurt cream cookie, and jelly serpent cookie), then the golden cheese kingdom would follow afterwards, since they're both desert like places. I'm guessing that the golden cheese kingdom would lead to twisted maze grove (possibly introducing churro cookie, blue lily cookie, the cookiemals, lilybell cookie, wind archer cookie, and millennial tree cookie), then beast yeast would come after(not quite sure on who aside from dark enchantress would be there, maybe some of the other "villain" cookies like choco chess or earl grey?).

I'm not gonna screenshot it bc 1/it really doesn't matter that much and 2/the person who made the comment is a kid but: a while ago I made a comic that's supposed to be a genuine study and reinterpretation of someone else's sprite comic (made in the spirit of authenticity too - to recreate the vibes of the sprite comics from that era, iirc very specifically because it's funny) and I got a comment on that comic's post that's like "glow up"

which is a compliment obvs. and the commenter probably didn't mean anything by it, it's a common expression. but I've been trying to find a way to gracefully put that comment away ever since it appeared lol

I just very much don't want my art to be taken as trying to one-up someone else's art when that's not the piece's intention. especially when the piece that inspired my art is perceived as "low effort" or "shitpost" or stuff like that. I did mention in the tags of that post that my considering it a study is entirely genuine, and I can legitimately write pages about the cool stuff I find in it other than and inherent in the haha funneys, but that's not for you guys that's for me. I just think that approaching art competition-first like that is a miserable way to do it, and (tipping into overthinking here if the whole tiny-comment-got-stuck-in-my-brain-for-almost-a-month part hasn't given that away yet lol) I really don't want that to be the takeaway from my own art. at least generally. if I actually think the source material is trash and what I'm doing is genuinely categorically better I'd just come out and say it lmao
