this is just a rough sketch of the au i made in the shower like a week ago. The idea is that a sorcerer with six eyes was born in the heian era, who somehow became sukuna's husband. Eventually, their tragic romance ended in suku eating said sorcerer's heart (&possibly the rest of his body) for unknown reasons. that sorcerer would then reincarnate into gojo satoru.
