France prepares army for confrontation with Russia as part of NATO drills
French troops will take part in a large-scale military exercise called Dacian Spring 2025 in Romania, according to Politico.
The drills, to be held next May, would assess France’s ability to shift rapidly to NATO’s eastern flank in the event of a perceived threat. The head of the Army’s land command in Europe, General Bertrand Toujouse, said on Friday, 4 October, that such exercises should be treated as “strategic signals.”
We used to play war. Now there’s a designated enemy, and we train with people with whom we’d actually go to war.
In the last few years, French ground forces began a “profound transformation” to be ready for a high-intensity conflict similar to the war in Ukraine. Paris also received new orders from NATO to be able to deploy a combat-ready division in 30 days, including ammunition and supplies, by 2027.
The French army will train to send a combat-ready brigade to Romania in 10 days. The interim step, if successful, will reaffirm France’s credibility with NATO allies and pave the way for the 2027 goal.
However, defence spending must be in line with France’s seven-year military planning law to meet the 2027 target, General Pierre Schill, commander of the French army, warned. The defence budget is under pressure as France’s new government seeks to curb the country’s deficit.
I expect the planned resources to be there in full. If there are major changes, at some point we may delay [the 2027 objective], saying that there aren’t enough stocks to take them into combat.
Militarisation gaining momentum
Lithuania was also holding Gelezinis Vilkas 2024-II (Iron Wolf 2024-II) drills involving troops from NATO countries, the Ministry of National Defence revealed on Monday.
The international exercise Gelezinis Vilkas 2024-II begins on 7 October. Until 17 October, the exercise will take place at the General Sylvester Ćœukauskas Training Range. More than 3,200 Lithuanian and allied soldiers with 700 pieces of military equipment will take part.
Soldiers from the United States, Germany, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic and Luxembourg take part in the drills aimed at fully integrating NATO’s forward battle group.
In the face of a growing threat near its borders, Russia announced an updated nuclear doctrine. Moscow made the announcement to rule out further escalation and dispel doubts about the country’s readiness to “ensure its security by all available means,” according to Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko. He emphasised that Russia’s actions were a response to NATO’s “provocative” actions.

St. Jerome, the model interpreter of Scripture
From  Scripturae Sacrae Affectus,Pope Francis' Apostolic Letter on St. Jerome:
‘Biblical passages are not always immediately accessible. As Isaiah said (29:11), even for those who know how to “read” – that is, those who have had a sufficient intellectual training – the sacred book appears “sealed”, hermetically closed to interpretation. A witness is needed to intervene and provide the key to its liberating message, which is Christ the Lord. He alone is able to break the seal and open the book (cf. Rev 5:1-10) and in this way unveil its wondrous outpouring of grace (Lk 4:17-21). Many, even among practising Christians, say openly that they are not able to read it (cf. Is 29:12), not because of illiteracy, but because they are unprepared for the biblical language, its modes of expression and its ancient cultural traditions. As a result the biblical text becomes indecipherable, as if it were written in an unknown alphabet and an esoteric tongue.
‘This shows the need for the mediation of an interpreter, who can exercise a “diaconal” function on behalf of the person who cannot understand the meaning of the prophetic message. Here we think of the deacon Philip, sent by the Lord to approach the chariot of the eunuch who was reading a passage from Isaiah (53:7-8), without being able to unlock its meaning. “Do you understand what you are reading?” asked Philip, and the eunuch replied: “How can I, unless someone guides me?” (Acts 8:30-31).[32]
‘Jerome can serve as our guide because, like Philip (cf. Acts 8:35), he leads every reader to the mystery of Jesus, while responsibly and systematically providing the exegetical and cultural information needed for a correct and fruitful reading of the Scriptures.[33] In an integrated and skilful way he employed all the methodological resources available in his day – competence in the languages in which the word of God was handed down, careful analysis and examination of manuscripts, detailed archeological research, as well as knowledge of the history of interpretation – in order to point to a correct understanding of the inspired Scriptures.
‘This outstanding aspect of the activity of Saint Jerome is also of great importance for the Church in our own time. If, as Dei Verbum teaches, the Bible constitutes as it were “the soul of sacred theology”[34] and the spiritual support of the Christian life,[35] the interpretation of the Bible must necessarily be accompanied by specific skills."

IMAGES: BUFFs return to Guam in new deployment of the Bomber Task Force
Implementation of the B-52 occurred after a recent hurricane in the region.
Fernando Valduga By Fernando Valduga 06/16/2023 - 19:33 in Military, War Zones
More than 200 aviators and four B-52 Stratofortresses bombers assigned to the 23Âș Bomber Squadron, from Minot Air Base, North Dakota, arrived at Andersen Air Base, Guam on June 14 to conduct missions from the Bomber Task Force - or BTF.
Tumblr media
BTF deployments and operations support U.S. Indo-Pacific Command missions by integrating strategic bomber capabilities into a joint and coalition environment.

Tumblr media
The deployment in Guam has been less than a month since the island was hit by super-tufĂŁo Mawar, leading the U.S. Air Force to send its Natural Disaster Recovery Team to Andersen. The base did not report serious injuries or damage to the aircraft, but some facilities were damaged or lost power during the storm. The permanent change of season change to Andersen was interrupted for 60 days to facilitate recovery.
“Being here in the Indo-Pacific with the Bomber Task Force allows our forces to show our ability to unfold anytime, anywhere, in support of the fighting commander's goals,” said Lieutenant Colonel Ryan Loucks, commander of this recent U.S. Air Force BTF. "Training and operating in the priority theater allows us to demonstrate our continued readiness, willingness and commitment to our allies and partners."

This marks the second deployment of B-52s in Guam in three months - four bombers from Barksdale Air Base, Louisiana, arrived on March 30 and returned home at the end of April. During this time, they completed 29 outbreaks while integrating with four allied partners, according to a statement from the Pacific Air Forces.
On the other side of the world, another deployment of the Bomber Task Force is underway in Europe - B-1s from Dyess Air Base, Texas, landed at the Fairford RAF Base, United Kingdom, on May 23 and participated in the Arctic Challenge Exercise and Air Defender 23, as well as a mission in the Middle East.

Tumblr media
The B-52s in the Pacific will also be occupied - previous USAF bomber rotations flew over the Korean Peninsula as part of the U.S. commitment to South Korea.
The B-52H Stratofortress, nicknamed BUFF (Big, Ugly, Fat and Fellow), is a long-range, nuclear and conventional heavy bomber that can perform a variety of missions. The B-52H can fly at high subsonic speeds at altitudes of up to 50,000 feet, with a fuel-free combat range of more than 8,800 miles and can carry precision-guided ammunition with precision navigation around the world.

The U.S. maintains a strong and reliable strategic bomber force that increases the security and stability of allies and partners. BTF missions allow crews to maintain a high state of readiness and proficiency and validate the USAF's always-ready global attack capability.

How can an interior designer's office be designed to encourage collaboration, team building, and shared creativity?
In the world of interior design, collaboration and shared creativity are at the heart of every exceptional project. A well-designed interior designer's office should serve as a hub for team building, where designers can collaborate and generate innovative ideas. In this blog, we will explore the key elements and strategies for designing an interior designer's office that encourages collaboration, team building, and shared creativity while emphasizing keywords related to these spaces.
1. Open Floor Plan:
An open floor plan is the foundation for fostering collaboration. It allows for easy communication and interaction among team members, breaking down physical barriers and promoting a sense of unity.
2. Varied Work Zones:
In addition to an open layout, create various work zones within the office. This could include individual workstations, collaborative areas, meeting rooms, and break-out spaces. Each zone should serve a unique purpose to accommodate different aspects of the design process.
3. Collaborative Workstations:
Choose furniture that encourages collaboration, such as shared worktables or desks. These can facilitate impromptu discussions and idea exchanges among team members.
4. Inspiring Common Areas:
Design common areas with comfortable seating and inspiring décor. These spaces can serve as informal meeting spots where team members can brainstorm and share ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
5. Interactive Whiteboards:
Install interactive whiteboards or wall-sized chalkboards in collaborative areas. These tools can be used for brainstorming sessions, sketching, and sharing concepts with the team.
6. Movable Furniture:
Incorporate movable furniture that can be easily rearranged to accommodate different group sizes and collaboration methods. Versatility is key to promoting shared creativity.
7. Natural Light:
Maximize natural light in the office space. Exposure to daylight can enhance mood, energy levels, and creativity, making it an essential element for a collaborative environment.
8. Ergonomic Seating:
Choose ergonomic seating that ensures team members are comfortable during extended collaboration sessions. Comfort supports focus and creative thinking.
9. Team-Building Activities:
Dedicate a portion of the office to team-building activities and exercises. This area can be used for workshops, design thinking sessions, and creative problem-solving.
10. Artistic Inspiration:
Incorporate art and design elements that inspire creativity. Displaying samples of past projects, artwork, and mood boards can stimulate new ideas.

Successful people read books - reading as the key to success
Tumblr media
Successful people read books and not just a little, Elon Musk for example, reads more than 60 books a month, Warren Buffett recommends reading 500 pages a day, and Bill Gates has a ritual of reading books every night. It is one of the secrets of success and habits of many entrepreneurs to integrate reading into their daily routine. I also started devouring books when I was 17. At that time my laptop was broken and I had only my favorite book so far the diary of Ellen Rimbauer. It was pretty boring without a laptop and I thought about what I would like to do and so the local library came to my mind, where I borrowed books about the Titanic first. So I started reading 10-20 pages every evening and have kept it up to this day, browsing books every evening. How do busy people like Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg and Warren Buffet manage to read a lot? They all read a lot and, above all, regularly. In addition, many successful people have mastered the technique of speed reading. They can absorb a lot of information while reading and they take notes on what they read. This is also my tip, create a notebook for each topic and work with colors.
Successful people read a lot
Billionaires like Elon Musk and Warren Buffet read several hours a day. Steve Jobs has read books on technology his entire life and Bill Gates has a ritual of reading reference books and biographies before bed. On average, successful people read more than 50 books a year. When Elon Musk was asked where he got his knowledge of rocket technology, he replied I read a lot. His reading didn't just include technical books, however, but also novels such as Lord of the Rings, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy and Benjamin Franklin - An American Life, among others.   Take notes while reading and work with several notebooks in parallel.
  What is the 5-hour rule?
A rule that is over 300 years old comes from Benjamin Franklin. It simply states that you should devote 1 hour per day to reading and continuing your education. For those who don't know, Benjamin Franklin was a co-founder of the United States. Billionaires like Bill Gates and Elon Musk adhere to this rule. Even Warren Buffett is said to read up to six hours a day. That's extreme, of course, and many people often don't find the time or the inclination to do so in their daily lives. It's enough to set a small goal for yourself when reading. You don't have to be Bill Gates or Elon Musk to benefit from this strategy. The important thing is to plan exactly what you want to read, set goals, and put together a reading list.
What are the benefits of reading?
1. reading trains our brain and motivates it to perform at its best With a good book we train our soft skills and communication. Reading can even strengthen empathy and help us to empathize with the other person.
2. reading gives you new ideas
And reading gives you new ideas and makes you creative. When I read a good book, I'm usually bursting with ideas for new blog articles or videos. That's how I got the idea to write my own book, that's also how I got inspired for my first novel.
3. reading can enrich your life
Under According to a study by Yale University even prolong. According to this study, the lifespan of people who read a lot is 17% longer. Reading gives you the great advantage of expanding your knowledge and educating yourself in any field. For example, you can also improve your lifestyle through health books.
4. reading reduces stress
Reading stimulates the imagination and exercises the power of imagination. Under the right conditions, reading can reduce stress and be relaxing. However, I have found that reading too much can make you lose interest or, in the worst case, make you not want to read at all. And of course it depends on what you read, a horror novel or a book about esotericism is probably less relaxing than a romance novel. A technical book is of course more exhausting to read than fiction.
5. the best investment in your own education
By reading guidebooks and non-fiction books, you can educate yourself cheaply and easily. Thus, the investment in books is one of the best ever. You invest in yourself and your continuing education. This is not only useful for your soft skills, but can also be good for your career. In addition, you promote your general education and learn to understand the world better. Especially through biographies and novels you can better put yourself in the shoes of others. And of course you have so also interesting conversation material and show that you something. The knowledge can also help you to have interesting conversation material in small talk.   My tip: use audiobooks apps like Bookbeats My tip for those who don't like to read, take a closer look at the app Audible and Bookbeats. Especially Bookbeat offers you the possibility to choose from a variety of audiobooks and listen to them for free. For €9.99 per month, you can enjoy audiobooks from all subject areas. I think this is a great addition to books, but I still remain loyal to the books. Of course, you can still order classic audio books on Amazon and listen to them via MP3 and CD player. It's definitely entertaining and something different than a TV evening.   Summary - Successful people read books Successful people read books and acquire much of their knowledge through books. Reading educates, trains your imagination and can even help you relax. Investing in books is one of the best investments you can make in yourself. I love to educate myself through books, good novels are for entertainment of course and if you are not a bookworm, you should definitely try audiobooks. Successful people apply the 5 hour rule when reading, which simply states that they invest 1 hour in their education and reading and this can have a positive impact on your life too, try it out.   Follow me on Instagram Follow me on Twitter Follow me on LinkedIn Exclusive content only on Snapchat Subscribe to my newsletter Read the full article

News from Marseille, France, 20 July.
Access to five forest "massifs" in the French Riviera is now barred by the Var prefecture, starting from this Thursday, July 20. Located between Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer to the west of Toulon and Grasse to the east, the prohibited zone also includes forest massifs around the commune of Draguignan. An interactive map, regularly updated by the prefecture, is available until September to track the evolution of natural areas where access is not recommended or prohibited.
A heatwave is continuing to affect several regions in the northern hemisphere, with record temperatures being recorded in various countries, leading to wildfires and health concerns.
The extreme heat has resulted in a significant number of hospitalizations and emergency room visits, with the elderly and vulnerable populations being particularly affected.
July 2023 is on track to become the hottest July on record, with the heatwave impacting both ocean temperatures and land temperatures globally.
2. François Braun, former Minister of Health in France, has been replaced by AurĂ©lien Rousseau, former director of cabinet for Élisabeth Borne.
Braun had been working on addressing issues in emergency services and had been advocating for better communication and organization to alleviate overcrowding.
During his year in office, Braun also tackled issues such as flu and bronchiolitis epidemics, shortages of certain medical specialties, and the training of nurses.
3. Brigitte Bardot, the iconic French actress, experienced breathing difficulties during the heatwave and received medical treatment at her home in Saint-Tropez.
Her husband revealed that Bardot's breathing was more laboured than usual but she did not lose consciousness, attributing it to the heat and her age.
Bardot, who retired from acting in 1973, is well-known for her animal rights activism and has faced controversy for her political views.
4. Marseille's metro will soon have 4G connectivity, with tests currently being conducted and expected to be operational by September 2023.
The project is being co-financed by Orange, SFR, Bouygues Telecom, and Free Mobile, with Bouygues Telecom leading the design and deployment of the network infrastructure.
The deployment of 4G in the metro faces challenges such as working underground, coordinating with maintenance and emergency exercises, and integrating with the new automated metro system.
Sports and Entertainment:
4. Olympique de Marseille's pre-season preparation includes a training camp in Germany and four friendly matches, with the final one being held at the VĂ©lodrome against Bayer Leverkusen.
The squad for the training camp does not include Payet, but features both experienced players and young talents from the club's youth academy.
Marseille will face either Sturm Graz or TSC Bačka Topola in the UEFA Champions League preliminary round, with the draw taking place on July 24th.
5. TheFork Summer is offering promotions of up to 50% off in a selection of restaurants throughout France. 37 Marseille restaurants are participating. (TheFork.fr for details.)
6. The city of Toulon is welcoming visitors to the Mourillon beaches for game nights every evening during the summer season. Board games, role-playing games, and fun games await you until August 24 at the former site of the restaurant "La Plage," from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Entry is free and no reservation is needed. Suitable for ages 3 and up (per Radio Star).
7. Sunset Live is taking place in Marseille this weekend:

30 quotes from Gray Cook...some nuggets in there:
1. First move well, then move often.
2. Exercise is nothing more then stress on an organ.
3. Don’t add strength to dysfunction.
4. Moving isn’t important, until you can’t.
5. Maintain the squat, train the dead lift.
6. Don’t look at my workouts, look at my outcomes.
7. Stabilizers don’t do their job by being strong, they do their job by being fast.
8. If mobility is stiff in one position or pattern but wasn’t in a different position or pattern its not a mobility issue
9. A good leg lower is a precursor to a good dead lift. A good dead lift is a precursor to a good swing.
10. Do what people need, not what they want.
11. The missing link in most strength & conditioning programs are carries.
12. Your brain is too smart to allow you to have full horsepower in a bad body position, it’s called muscle inhibition
13. If you have an issue with your active straight leg raise or shoulder mobility, you don’t have the right to go anywhere else in a corrective strategy. Don’t worry about your squat, clean up the active straight leg raise and shoulder mobility FIRST!
14. When someone leaves your weight room they should have a stamp of durability
15. Don’t rehab the injury, rehab the person.
16. When someone hits the end on a carry, the carry is over because the prime movers can’t take over
17. The best athletes are the ones that can use their resources the most resourcefully
18. Why do you need to screen? Because you need to be in-tune with the group that you are training. Not everyone deserves the same program.
19. 1 in 5 individuals have pain in a movement on the screen – that’s a health problem, not a fitness problem
20. If you can’t do a bodyweight squat or push up you shouldn’t load a squat or a bench press
21. The movement screen won’t change injury rates, it changes the way you train
22. FMS isn’t about decreasing injuries
everything we do should be about decreasing injuries
23. Pain screws everything up.
24. The more complex the movement, the easier it is to find a way to compensate
25. Elevating your heels isn’t just about giving you more ankle mobility, it gives you an anterior weight shift that makes it easier to sit back when you squat.
26. Making people use their stability muscles to keep them stable instead of their global muscles will make a huge difference when it comes to injury prevention
27. Before you worry about adding correctives, stop and figure out why/what you are doing is causing these issues
28. Loaded carries show you the limiting factors with your stabilizers instead of your prime movers – how long can you maintain postural integrity under load.
29. The KB Bottoms Up Press will be huge for shoulder health, integrity and proprioception because it is a self-limiting exercise – if you don’t control the small things you can’t perform the press.
30. The number one risk factor for musculoskeletal injury is a previous injury, implying that our rehabilitation process is missing something.

VIDEO: RAF performs torpedo training on the coast of Scotland
Fernando Valduga By Fernando Valduga 09/05/2023 - 12:00 in Military
An RAF Poseidon manned by Squadron 120 has been conducting torpedo training in Moray Firth, Scotland.
The aircraft launched an inert torpedo into the sea as part of an exercise to train crews in the anti-submarine war.
Tumblr media
Crews regularly practice launching torpedoes in the simulator, however, live training like this gives the air crew and ground crew the opportunity to improve their skills and demonstrate the correct procedures in real life. The recoverable exercise torpedo, or 'REXTORP', was then recovered by weapons specialists aboard a maritime support ship and returned to the Lossiemouth RAF Base.
youtube
This exercise precedes the release of the new episode of 'Top Guns', a Channel 4 documentary that will take viewers behind the scenes of the Lossiemouth and Poseidon RAF Base, showing how such a mission requires a complete team effort of the station personnel, including gunsmiths, engineers and crew.
Tumblr media
"Launching a torpedo from Poseidon is a complex task that requires the support of a large team. As we continue to increase the Poseidon Force, we will routinely hold events like these, to improve the lethality of Poseidon, made possible by the entire Force in RAF Lossiemouth and beyond," said Wing Commander Livesey, 120 Squadron Commander Officer.
Tumblr media
The P-8A Poseidon is a maritime patrol aircraft employed by the United Kingdom to perform the functions of anti-submarine warfare, anti-surface warfare and long-range search and rescue.
Tumblr media
Based on the next-generation Boeing 737 aircraft, it is equipped with a set of state-of-the-art sensors capable of detecting and tracking submarines and surface vessels.

Background:
Rhythmic gymnastics is a women-only event in which gymnasts perform on a floor with a rope, hoop, ball, clubs or ribbon accompanied by music, in individual or group events. In the 1800s rhythmic gymnastics operated under the guise of group gymnastics, and included a trace of elementary choreography. It grew slowly until the first experimental competitions appeared in eastern Europe in the 1930s, when its newfound complexity began to draw a wider audience. Rhythmic gymnastics evolved from a host of related disciplines. It incorporates elements from classical ballet, such as pliĂ©s and arabesques, as well as the German system of emphasizing apparatus work for muscle development and the Swedish method of using free exercise to develop rhythm. The FIG recognized rhythmic gymnastics as an official discipline in 1963, and a year later organized an international tournament in Budapest. In 1964 the tournament was officially declared the first Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships, and Ludmila Savinkova of the Soviet Union became the first world champion. The number of athletes grew as interest spread to other parts of the world. Gymnasts from the United States first appeared at the championships in 1973, and rhythmic gymnastics slowly emerged from the shadow of the long-established artistic discipline to enter the Olympic program in 1984. Since its integration into the Games in 1984 in Los Angeles, rhythmic gymnastics has always been a part of the Olympic program. In its inaugural year, it was Canada’s Lori Fung who won the gold medal. Until 1992 in Barcelona, only one individual event was on the program. A second, team event was added to the program in 1996 in Atlanta. At the 2000 Games in Sydney, the Russian Federation won two gold medals: the group and individual multiple competitions.
Court Dimension:
The standard performance is 13m x 13m. The border is 100cm minimum and where there is a delimitation strip between the performance area and the border, the strip is 5cm wide and included as part of the performance area. An Olympic floor exercise mat is required to be 12 meters by 12 meters, which equals 39.37 feet by 39.37 feet. The standard distance from one corner to the opposite corner is 1,697 cm or 55.68 feet.
Equipment:
Rope
Look for swings, circles, rotations, wraps, unwraps, figure-eight-type circling movements, throws and catches of the rope. Gymnasts also leap and jump through the open or folded rope, held by both hands.
Specs:
Material: hemp or synthetic material, knotted at each end
Length: proportionate to the size of the gymnast
Hoop
Common movements with the hoop include swings, rolls, tosses and catches, spins, passes through and over the hoop, rotations of the hoop on the floor and rotations of the hoop around the hand and other parts of the body. Most impressive here are the high throws and complex techniques for catching the hoop in a different fashion each time.
Specs:
Material: wood or plastic
Diameter: Interior is 80-90 cm (31.2-35.1 in)
Weight: 300 grams (10.5 oz) min.
Ball
Waves, circles, throws and catches, movement with the ball balanced on the hand, bouncing and rolling the ball on the floor and along parts of the body are all key movements.
Specs:
Material: rubber or synthetic material
Diameter: 18-20 cm (7-7.8 in)
Weight: 400 grams (14 oz.) min.
Clubs
Swings, large circles, small circles, mills, throws and catches and rhythmical tapping are common tricks.
Specs:
Material: wood or synthetic material
Length: 40-50 cm (15.6-19.5 in.)
Diameter: 3 cm (1.2 in) max. for head of club
Weight: 150 grams each (5.25 oz)
Ribbon
Ribbon routines are comprised of snakes, spirals, swings, circles, throws and catches and figure-eight movements. The ribbon must remain constantly in motion.
Specs:
Material: stick – wood or synthetic material; Ribbon – satin or similar non-starched material
Diameter/width: stick – 1 cm (0.39 in); ribbon – 4-6 cm (1.56-2.34 in)
Length: stick – 50-60 cm (19.5-23.4 in); ribbon – 6 m (6.54 yds.)
Weight: ribbon, 35 grams (1.225 oz) min.
Group
In the group event, five athletes work together as one cohesive unit. Group is judged on the ability of the athletes to demonstrate mastery of body and apparatus skills in a synchronized, harmonious manner. A group exercise must include difficulties from the same body movement categories that apply to individual competition and characteristic movements for the apparatus. In addition, the group athletes must execute elements involving both large and small exchanges of equipment. The more interaction between the gymnasts, the better the exercise. Each group must compete with two different routines. The apparatus used in group competition is selected by the FIG. One of the routines is performed with five of the same pieces of apparatus, the other routine is choreographed with mixed equipment. Group athletes are trained to work as a team. The close interaction of five athletes within a 13 X 13 meter (approx. 42.5 ft. square) area and the many apparatus exchanges that occur during a routine require each athlete to be extremely sensitive to the movements and actions of her teammates. Many routines have been saved by the quick thinking and action of a team member. Spectators are enthralled and amazed by the beauty, excitement and risk of a group routine.
  Basic Skills:
Fundamental requirements include leaps over the rope and skipping. Other elements include swings, throws, circles, rotations and figures of eight. The rope must be held lightly so that all movements and characteristics of this apparatus may be performed. These may be performed with the rope open, or folded, in one or two hands, or in several directions. Women compete on four events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise, while men compete on six events: floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar. Basic skills required for the gymnast are flexibility, core strength, balance, upper and lower-body strength, power, mental focus, discipline, and dedication.
 Technical and Tactical Skills:
Fundamental elements of throwing, bouncing and rolling, where a gymnast is required to utilize the full floor and both their hands, showing a continuous flowing movement. These skills involve the following; Floor, Rolling Skills, Cartwheel, Round off and Handstand; Parallel bars, Swings through upper arm hang, Swings through support, Back roll, Shoulder stand.
Rules of the game:
Penalties and Deductions

33. Visually Impaired Athletes – Coaches must notify the meet director and judges of the athlete’s visual impairment before the competition and prior to each routine. In order to aid the athletes, the following types of assistance are permissible for all levels of competition without deduction: Audible cues, such as clapping, may be used in all routines.
34. Music may be played at any close point outside of the mat, or the coach may carry the music source around the perimeter of the mat.
35. Hearing Impaired Athletes – Coaches must notify the meet director and judges of the athlete’s hearing impairment before the competition and prior to each routine.
How to officiate Rhythmic Gymnastics:
Judge Panels: responsible in maintaining a record of all competitions, courses and workshops in which s/he participates. The total number of panel judges will be 16, consisting of two panels which follow FIG for D1 and D2, for D3 and D4, and for E1 and E2.
Judge Administrator: primary responsibilities of the Judge Administrator are to act as the GCG representative at EC and CC, to ensure that all Judge Rules and Technical Rules are followed, and to ensure that all score ranges are within FIG requirements. The JA acts as the coordinator judge and ensures the penalty deductions are applied as per FIG.
D1 and D2 judges: D1 and D2 judges evaluate the entire exercise independently and then jointly determine the partial D–score content (One Single common score). The D1 and D2- judges enter the partial D- score into the computer.
D3 and D4 judges: records the content of the exercise in symbol notation:
·       For Individual: evaluates the number and technical value of Dynamic elements with Rotation (R) and the number and technical value of the Apparatus Difficulty (AD)
·       For Group: evaluates the number and technical value of Dynamic elements with Rotation (R) and the number and technical value Collaborations (C)
E-Panel Judges: E- Panel judges must evaluate the faults and apply the corresponding deductions correctly.
a) The first (E) subgroup - 2 judges (E1, E2) evaluatesthe Artistic component independently and then jointly determines the Artistic penalties (one single common score). Discussion in subgroup is allowed if needed; in case of disagreement between E1 and E2, the counsel of the Technical Delegate/Supervisor must be solicited.
b) The second (E) subgroup - 4 judges (E3, E4, E5, E6) evaluates the Technical faults by deduction, determining the total deduction independently and without consulting the other judges (Average of the 2 middle scores)
c) Artistic and Technical deductions are entered separately for the final Execution score. The E-score deductions will be the sum of the two partial E- score deductions.
d) The Final E- Score: Sum of the Artistic and Technical deductions are subtracted from 10.00 points.
Time Judge: Responsible for elapsing time and as well as enforcing penalties. Control time violations and record the exact amount of time over the time limit or less if there is no computer input
Line Judge: Determine crossing of the boundary of the floor area by the apparatus or one or two feet or by any part of the body or any apparatus leaving the floor area.
Secretaries: The Secretaries need to have knowledge of the Code of Points and a computer; they are usually appointed by the Organizing Committee. Under the supervision of the President of Superior Jury they are responsible for the accuracy of all entries into the computers, adherence to the correct order of the teams and gymnasts, operating the green and red lights, correct flashing of the Final Score.

Pope Francis leads a Bible study releases an apostolic letter on the 1600th anniversary of the death of St.
If, as Dei Verbum teaches, the Bible constitutes as it were “the soul of sacred theology”[34] and the spiritual support of the Christian life,[35] the interpretation of the Bible must necessarily be accompanied by specific skills.

It is worth discussing that taking SARMs is NOT as reliable as steroids. If they were then everybody utilizing steroids would certainly have stopped and switched over a very long time earlier. Having stated this, SARMs are taken at a much reduced dosage than steroids/testosterone. Assimilation of inline real-time evaluation, such as UV/Vis spectroscopy and also our Variable Bed Circulation Activator into the circulation after the activator authorization prompt identification of any type of non-standard combining events.
This decreases the cost and quantity of waste generated by the synthesis.
This allows the user to identify as well as optimize tough coupling events during little scale syntheses.
The peptide synthesis can then be scaled up making use of the optimised series.
This much more efficient combining additionally greatly lowers the demand for extras of reagent.
