A lot of ppl deal with their trauma by letting it go through therapy, or by forgiving the ppl who failed you, or accepting that it wasn't anybody's fault, or coming to understanding of what the other person was going through, or by being compassionate and pity the ppl around them bc they didn't want that to happen to you. Like a lot of different ways of working through your trauma, but it always should be pitiful and gentle and nice. You can't be angry, you can't be mad, you can't blame anyone, you can't inconvenience other people with your horrors.

But I don't care. It's my life and I deal with it by letting myself be angry about it. I will be a hater. I will blame the people who failed me. I will hate the ones who hurt me and wish that they would die. And after that cleansing fire I will feel good again. I will be ready to move on and let it go, bc it's all just ashes in my memory. It all burned and I don't care about it anymore. But first, I needed to hate it
