#im gonna ramble a bit about the design of this comic because!! the worms are eating my brains!!#up until this point frenzy and soundwave have been almost exclusively coloured red and blue #until the very end of this comic where they begin to mingle again #pages 17 and 21 are direct parallels because they are both instances where soundwave chooses love for the kids over duty as a soldier #rumble in this comic is not actually rumble! it's more so frenzy projecting his insecurities in his brother's voice #THIS PART WAS A LOT OF WORK.... Like the tides - the full comic!! Okay listen, if you saw this post before but completely desorganized and wrong. No you didn't. That post does not exist. Only this one does. And yes I am uploading it fully because I cannot find it in myself to separate it for the millionth time. Yes I tried. I hated doing that. Is this maybe the worst way to upload it? Maybe. But I wanted to do it like this. Now, onto what I actually want to say.

Firstly, I want to than @chipper-smol for being a incredible host and organizer to the whole ISAT telephone game, and also being a huge support and inspiration behing this comic!!! Like truly, I wouldn't have done this comic without them, and I can't thank them enough for it. This comic is my pride and joy, I can't imagine not having this with me now!! I also want to thank @breey2776-blog for writing the fic that inspired me to do this much in the first place!! I can't compliment her writing enough, and I am so thanful to have had her before me. If you haven't read it already. Do it. Right here.

I CAN STILL CHANGE THE END (spider-woman!vi x spider-woman!reader)

LET'S DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY THIS TIME....her name is violet lanes. she was bitten by a radioactive spider and for the past 10 years, she's been the one and only ghost-spider spider-woman ! she joined a band, saved the city, fell in love, saved the city again, graduated college, argued with her sister (teenagers are the worst), moved in with her girlfriend in hopes of saving their relationship, got into grad school, broke her leg (do not text and swing, regardless of how late you are for an anniversary dinner), saved the city some more, maybe too much, but couldn't save the love of her life.

no matter how many hits she takes, no matter how much guilt she carries, vi always, always, gets back up, even if it's hard to keep fighting when she's lost so much.

and.....she's not the only one.

(spoiler alert: you're the one and only spider-woman until an alternate version of your dead ex-girlfriend crashes a double date and introduces you to the chaos of the multiverse.... and maybe reintroduces the possibility of a happy ending, however doomed it may be.)

i. mercury in retrograde — violet lanes adjusts to a different reality; a new team of supervillains wreaks havoc around new york; and you just really need a nap, honestly, but you have a thesis to write, a city to protect, and a ghost-spider to deal with.

ii. agent of chaos, angel of death — you and vi start to appreciate not having to shoulder the responsibility of spider-woman alone. hoping to find her a way back home, the two of you visit oscorp and make some sinister discoveries; mj agrees to let vi fill in as the band’s drummer, but your show is cut short by unwanted guests; and you’re once again faced with the reality that you can’t save everyone.

iii. in the web that is our own, we begin again — in every other universe, violet lanes falls for spider-woman. it never ends well. but, there’s a first time for everything, right? you and vi indulge in fantasies of what your lives would have been if you met under different circumstances; the two of you save the multiverse before harry osborn can make his daddy issues everyone’s problem; and an inevitable goodbye isn’t as final as it may seem.

It's beautiful, it's gentle, it's funny, they're canonically t4t and gay... And it's about time traveling vampires solving supernatural mysteries!

I've spent thousands of hours writing and drawing it, and it's really good! I'm not biased!

It's on hiatus right now and coming back in 2 months, so it's the perfect time to get caught up

Things I make for myself when insomnia kicks in

Just a chart about what I wanna change up and keep consistent in my art - I mainly wanna draw Raph with a tail because he deserves one, it fits too well. Donnie gets a long tail too because I didn’t realize how dino-like he looks until I gave him one, and now it’s a must for me haha.

#rottmnt #rise of the teenage mutant ninja turtles #rottmnt headcanons #note these are veryyy much for my own art so by all means ignore this completely for your own unless it resonates #these are just my personal headcanons #I’ve been getting more and more fond of the turtles having tails - especially Raph whose design honestly feels more complete with one #I also am now attached to Donnie having a long tail too because 1) he looks cute with one and it really works for him and-#2) I LOVE giving the Brains and Brawn duo more stuff in common #I could write an essay about how many things Brains and Brawns duo has in common in general #but also portal duo as well!!#we already know that Mikey and Leo look a LOT alike #so I think it’s cute when Raph and Donnie have stuff like that in common with each other too #like how canonically Donnie’s sclera are on the yellow side like Raph’s #anyway I’m sorry if this is a random post I am very tired and still have not slept #ALSO yeah i wanted an excuse to doodle April it’s been too long i missed her #I’m excited to finish this comic up to show the OTHER reason I gave Donnie a long tail #I made this in like five minutes because working on my comic was not working out #also Draxum totally has a tail he’s a sheep #I lean away from Mikey and Leo having longer tails mainly because their designs are already so busy #with all the colors and shapes present on them #so to me longer tails kinda takes away a bit #meanwhile Raph and Donnie are more monochrome in comparison so I feel like tails only help them?#I think as well Donnie’s torso/carapace being on the shorter side makes a tail balance him out #(me trying to justify the visual gag im putting into the comic for literally only two panels)#didn’t draw the caseys because I am tiredddd #and they would have just ended up where April is anyway

I couldn’t stop thinking about the kids going back to hogwarts and keeping their summer dynamic going through the school year. Theyve got no more f’s to give at this point. Snape receives -1000 damage for having to deal with their very normal, very totally platonic friendship. (I'm a fan of people's reactions to characters going out of the norm so this is purely self indulgent. Hope you like it!)

(this is a fan-take scene inspired by @wixenforever ‘s NottPott fic. Give it a read if you like slow burns and cool worldbuilding and a cat with far too many teeth to be a normal cat. We love you John.)
