A Mountain Village, Somewhere in Japan

The village was nestled deep in the folds of the rolling forested hills. It was guarded by a magnificent century old Torii gate. A white stone path led to neat rows of simple rustic housing. It looked more like a tourist museum piece with little updates to the architecture. People would often visit to pray at the shrine there, for a touch of the past. However, it was home to residents, a small orphanage and a high school. There was even a basketball team and a Kendo league.

Those extra curricular activities had little to do with you however. You woke up before the sun to sweep the walks where the monks would line up to pray in their robes. You were never given more than a simple plain blue yukata with a white obi. You had sandals but only wore them running through the back trails deep in the woods to search for snails, frogs and mushrooms.

Your other pieces of clothing were your school uniform. Most girls got leered at due to some men’s disgusting fetish. But there must have been something about your lanky legs with knobby knees dotted with thick scabs from where you’d fallen on the sharp karst along the streams that turned them away. You reminded them too much of the fact that you were a young child, wild and free.

Not that it mattered. You always ran to school. You never walked. So you couldn’t see their lecherous faces anyway. Your chores gave you little time to get dressed, scarf down a bowl of rice and sprint. So you always ended up late, at the back of the class, panting with your dark hair stuck to your forehead.

At some point the teacher stopped caring. You were a nobody and nobody expected anything of you. So long as the paths were swept and you appeared as required by law, people took no responsibility for anything you did. As soon as the teacher confirmed that she would have to take no action and turned to the blackboard to drone, your eyes shifted to the young man in the corner of the room.

The morning light caught his features. His skin was white and delicate. The sun struck him and he seemed to shine like a lotus. His hair was piled up on his head and tied. He seemed to be serious and studious, but there was a gloomy look to his eyes.

You take a piece of paper, write a brief note, fold it up into a neat triangle and balance it on one corner. Then you take aim.

With a flick, the piece of paper soars in a perfect arc towards his ear. As fast as lightning, that delicate hand snatches it from the air. Without looking, he puts it under the desk.

You frown. He didn’t look at it. You write another note, glance at the teacher, wait another moment and start folding it. Just before you can take aim, your head jerks back, pulled by your hair. You turn and look and the girls behind you all sit up straight and look forward.

“Kiko! Pay attention to the board! If I catch you chatting again, you’ll get paddled!” The teacher's sharp voice made you sit up and nod obediently. You stare straight ahead. Your heartbeats become painful and the light in your eyes dull. They pull your hair again, but this time you don’t react.

Did Chime see? You glance over. He’s looking at you. His eyes are worried. You stick your tongue out at him.

“Kiko!”

The teacher stomped right up to you, grabbed you by your ear and dragged you out of class. It didn’t matter if you were old enough to drive. You were Kiko and that meant you were expendable. You don’t even bother resisting when she grabbed you by the hair as the other children had done and brought the flat wooden bar against your backside three times in quick succession.

“That’s all this time. I don’t have time to deal with you. Classes are abbreviated for the Kendo finals.”

“Why do you even bother to go? You know Chisei’s going to win. Just give him the trophy at the beginning of the year and have the others compete among themselves.” You mutter in your heart.

She gives you a shove and ushers you back into class. As soon as she’s got her back turned, you turn back to Chime to stick your tongue out again, but his face is stiff and taut. He doesn’t look at you, instead, stays focused on the blackboard, still as a stone.

The Kendo building was fairly well maintained and had regular repairs, but still couldn’t fit the capacity of every teenage girl in the village. They all piled in, still in their uniforms, hoping to get a glance, and - if they were really lucky - a smile. They all enjoyed watching him practice, shirtless, shining with sweat, like some god-child brought to life.

But the only bigger fan than them was Chime who got there early and somehow managed to find a seat in the front row to watch his brother while you stood hopping at the entryway to see if you could even get a glimpse of him.

The Kendo instructor waved his rag and dropped it. People squeezed in in a crush to see. With your view cut off, you decide to grab the tallest man’s shirt and climb up on his shoulders. The man snarled at first, but you lean forward and press your breasts against his back to keep him quiet. You try to ignore his fingers on your thighs and focus on the performance.

Even you had to admit that there was no stronger performer than Chisei. Those rock hard muscles were perfect, like someone had carved him out of the mountains they were standing on. Yet his motions were fluid and fast like the river. He could stand and murder people right on stage and yet the people here would have no choice but to applaud his form and the arc of his flashing blade. But there were no victims here. Just a row of bamboo stalks from the forest that you had collected for this very occasion.

The judge stepped forward and bowed. Even Chisei’s bow was perfect, the loosened strands of hair falling like a curtain in front of his eyes. The girls in front of you sighed in unison and you rolled your eyes. You looked at Chime and you’re shocked to see him enraptured. A huge grin from ear-to-ear his eyes full of unshed tears.

You sigh against the man’s back and feel him shiver. But as far as you were concerned this ride was over. You slide off his back and run away.

Behind the shrine was a well kept cemetery. You often walked here, looking at the names on the stones, wondering if one day, you’d find the names of your parents who left you here. People called you Kiko, but no one knew your real name.

You weren’t the only one who haunted these tall monuments to the dead. Chime came here too. While his brother’s performances drove him to rapture for a moment, that moment would fade as soon as he looked in a mirror. He didn’t even need a mirror. His own thoughts drove him to sadness when thinking about himself.

You first saw it when some girls were passing by and giggling about how they’d stolen one of Chisei’s shoes and he’d found them out. They would do anything for his attention. They wailed about his elegant frowning brow. Chime had looked up at them from where he sat. You saw his chest draw in, his eyes fall. He seemed smaller than before, like a darkness had fallen over him.

No one talked about Chime. No one noticed him. He was invisible most of the time.

But that made him just like you.

The old cherry trees lining the edges of the cemetery were older than the village. Their jagged bark pattern made a perfect foothold and you had no trouble making your way up the tree to wait. Sure enough, Chime came, walking, head down. He was no longer in his school clothes, but in the purple yukata he’d started wearing since Christmas. You watch him approach your branch and prepare to jump down in front of him.

But he stops. “Not now, Kiko.”

“How did you know I was here?” Rather than drop down, you swing upside down by your knees facing him, your hair hanging. “You know they say, turn that frown upside down but even upside down, you’re still frowning.”

“I don’t feel like it.” He steps around you and continues on.

You let out a breath but then steel yourself in determination. You unfold your knees and crash to the ground.

You hear him gasp and hear his feet hurry near you. He turns you over but your eyes are closed. You stay limp and unmoving even as you hear his panicked breathing and his voice shaking.

“Kiko! Kiko!”

You open your eyes and look at him with a false dazed look. Again, that stricken, pained expression on his face, like he could fall to tears at any time. It was so sad, but so beautiful. “Chime… Chime is that you? Did I die?”

Instantly, that beautiful delicate expression changes to one of flat anger. “No. Why are you always playing? You’re not even a girl!”

“And you’re not even a boy!” You immediately respond.

Chime draws in a breath, like an arrow had shot through him. Instantly you regret it as he lets you go. “I have to go.” He said. “Brother’s leaving today… I need to see him off.”

“Leaving? Chisei’s leaving?” You suddenly sit up, realizing you may have gone too far, but he’s already walking off in the other direction. “Are you leaving too? Chime!”

He doesn’t look at you. He doesn’t look back.

A motorcade of dozens of black cars have blocked the entrance to the village. When you arrive, you’re just in time to see Chisei climbing inside a gigantic SUV. Watching over him were men in black trench coats, flashing the Ukiyo-E pattern in the inner lining.

Yakuza!

You stop and duck behind a pole. Not that Yakuza would care about you, a nobody… but at the same time, a nobody like you would easily be crushed like an ant with no savior. Chime was nowhere to be found.

The next day, it was raining so there was no need to sweep the paths. You get to school early to wait for Chime, but he’s not there nor was he there the day after that. After school, you hurry to look for him, passing mourning girls who missed Chisei’s shining presence in their lives. No one cared that Chime was missing.

After searching all day, you decide to wait for him at the cemetery. It didn’t matter that you didn’t go home to eat. There was no one waiting for you anyway. You rested against the cherry tree to wait, with your knee against your chest. Never in a million years did you ever think that Chime would disappear from your life. Now your heart thudded in your chest to think of his chair empty at school. What would you do? Where would you bring your focus?

Tears burned at your eyes but you resisted crying. It was no use. You just had to wait. Eventually Chime would come… eventually.

Eventually, you fell asleep with your cheek against your knees because you woke up to a strange sound. It was an owl, right above your head. Then footsteps.

Walking up the path was someone you thought could have been a ghost, they were so pale, and thin. But it wasn’t a ghost, it was Chime. Still, he seemed a husk of his former self, head down, shuffling his feet. You couldn’t see his face because his hair was out of its tie and shielded it from you.

You heard about how in the city, people could become so sad that they took their own lives. Was Chime mourning his brother? Was his brother sold off to the Yakuza to relieve some sort of blood debt?

Was Chisei dead?

Chime didn’t stop at the tree, so he didn’t notice you. He kept going until the path disappeared into the forest surrounding the village. Your heart leaped into your throat. Chime was going to hang himself? No!

You scramble to your feet and you run after him, but you’re not wearing your sandals. A sharp thorn pierces the sole of your feet and you hop on one foot, hissing. Leaning against a tree you pluck it out and in that moment, you hear voices. It sounded like a man, talking. You move more cautiously now, up the mountain path. There in a clearing, next to a stream Chime and a man in a Kabuki mask sat on pillows. He was pouring him some sort of drink and passing it to him.

You gasp a bit. Who was this person? Was it actually a person? There were many tales of yokai monsters in these woods. But no, this didn’t look like a yokai. Your eyes grow hotter as you see Chime gulp down the drink. Even from this distance, you could smell the alcohol.

As a ‘nobody’ you got to understand a lot of things early. One of the things you understood was men could not be trusted. They were disgusting perverts who preyed on the young. This man was trying to entrap Chime, and you would have none of it. You lean over and pick up a rock and toss it. It knocks against a tree.

The man sits up, looking guarded. His hand moved to his waist. “Stay here.”

As the man moved away, Chime stayed frozen. You hiss at him. “Chime! Chime!”

But he stayed still as a stone, eyes wide, like a deer.

You try again. “Chime! Run! Ru-”

A hand is grasping your mouth, squeezing it. You feel like your skin will tear, that your jaw will break. You kick, hard, for the shins, but the man doesn’t react. You see the flash of a silver blade.

“No!” Chime was there, grabbing the man’s arm. “No! She’s from school! Leave her! It’s okay!”

The man turns to him, faceless behind the mask, you can imagine that his next move will be the gut Chime where he stood. The blade flickered in the moonlight, but made no aggressive movements. He was turning it, over and over in his hand.

“What’s her name?” Even his voice was an echoey noise behind the mask, like a demon’s.

“Kiko…” Chime said meekly.

“Kiko… the street sweeper girl?”

The fact that he even knew that sent terror through your heart. He was looking at you with that unblinking white mask. You can only stare back into it.

His grip on you slowly loosens but you don’t dare run away. “Kiko... “ He says. “My mistake.”

“Who are you?” You ask with a trembling voice. Chime comes and puts his hands on your shoulders to comfort you. You turn to him. “Why aren’t you scared? Why didn’t you run?”

“He was just telling me that Chisei’s gone to become Clan Chief. I’m… going to be kept in reserve… in case he dies. As a replacement.”

“Clan chief?” You whisper. Then you smile. “Of course. Of course he’s a prince.”

The creepy man watched this exchange without movement, but you give the feeling that he could kill you any second and just hasn’t yet. Like he’s trying to see if you will make a mistake, or he will get bored of you and kill you out of reflex. Like a coiled snake, he would strike and you would be dead. You keep your eye on the turning blade. “Are you going to kill me?”

The blade stopped turning and he looked at it. Then he returned it to the hidden sheath in his wide sleeves. “Do you believe in spirits?” He asked.

“Are you… a yokai?” You ask him.

He started to chuckle, his shoulders bouncing. He doesn’t answer. You imagine that at any moment his mouth would open with hundreds of jagged teeth and swallow you both alive.

“Come, come… Why don’t you join us for a drink?”

For the first time, Chime seems to look at the man with fear. “Osho… maybe… I think she’s too young.”

“So are you…”

You feel your chest tighten. So this really is one of those evil men. But if Chime’s innocence could be preserved then… “It’s okay Chime… let me go with him.”

“Brave girl…” The man snarled low in his throat approvingly, staring at you. “What are you planning in your heart? Are you armed with a dagger like I am?”

The answer was no, but he didn’t know that. Lift your chin and glare and try to stop shaking.

“Yes…” He tilted his head this way and then that and then nodded, deciding. “Yes, you… come and have a drink.”

Your legs are like heavy lead weights as you follow him. Your ears are throbbing. Your face is red. He helps you over the stream to sit on the pillow. Chime follows at a distance. His eyes are on you but he doesn’t say anything.

Osho takes the small bottle as before and pours it into the small saucer and hands it to you. It was green, made of pure jade, like glass. You can see your reflection in the pool of red liquid. You raise it to your lips and tilt it.

“Wait!” Chime dashes forward, but Osho catches him with his arm.

“You need to see…” Osho hisses, his eyes glittering behind the mask. “You need to see how very special you really are.”

You swallow but the liquid burns all the way down and bites into your stomach so hard you double over. It was as if someone had torn a hole deep in your gut. That intense pain started to flow outward into your limbs and pool in your chest. When you opened your eyes it was like the forest was on fire and its heat was too bright to see.

You hear someone screaming. Even in this hellish vision, you can see Chime, his face is hazy and distorted, having fallen to his knees, his eyes dull with sadness.

You reach for him, but your hands are covered in rigid white scales. You try to speak but what comes out sounds more like a baby’s hungry whimper. Your hair has grown long over your face.

“This is what happens when those not worthy of it drink what you do. They become worthless monsters. You however… you are something far more important.” The knife has reappeared in his hand and this time Osho approaches with deadly intent.

He grabs a fistful of your hair and pulls your head back, revealing your neck. “Thank you, Kiko…”

You wait. You wait for the cut of the blade, the splash of your blood. You wait for life to fade from your eyes. But that doesn’t happen. The pain is starting to subside, the firelight in your eyes dies down. You stop screaming.

Osho is staring, frozen. “Impossible.” He whispered. “You… Only one in 100,000 could...”

He lets you go and rolls you over with his foot. He picks up one hand and examines it.

You turn to Chime, finding your voice again. “Chime… run…” You manage to say.

Chime stands there, watching you. Both of you listen to Osho’s chuckle, now more gleeful than menacing. “What good Fortune. Even if my point is lost, I have even more gain!”

Osho picks you up from the forest floor. “I’m afraid our meeting will be cut short.”

“Where are you taking her?” You hear Chime say.

No… you can only cry out in your heart that this wasn’t supposed to happen. You and Chime were supposed to stay together! You don’t want to be separated from him!

“The medicine is very strong. She will need… special treatment in order to recover. Don’t worry. I will bring her back.”

“You promise?”

You feel him hold you tight, close to him. “I promise.”

That was the last you remember before waking up in the village again, this time in an unfamiliar bed. You don’t know how much time passed. All you know is Chime is there, standing over you, looking just as beautiful as before. But there’s a strange pressure, like a tightness around your head.

You reach up and feel bandages. Your hair has been cut and the bandages wrap around your head completely. “What happened?”

Chime held your hand in its gentle grip. “Osho said you had to have surgery… but… you’re alright now.”

You smile and stick your tongue out at him.

Silence

Ugh.

You couldn't help but let out a heavy sigh as your brain strained once again for an idea in which to write about. It was as if the universe was against you and was purposely diminishing any and all traces of ideas from your poor little brain.

“Oh my goshhh” you vented as you gripped your hair in frustration slamming your laptop close so you could lean back in your chair, your eyes landing on the ceiling fan as it slowly rotated, peacefully so. Even without looking you could feel the crimson eyes boring into the tip of your head and though your mind told you to ignore it, you decided to address the elephant in the room.

“What” you said as you spun in your chair so that your eyes were now making contact with those of the spikey blond lounging on your shared bed. Even though you had been the one who demanded peace and quiet while you miserably failed to think of ideas, you didn't like the silence nor the fact that Bakugou had actually decided to listen. As if to capitalize on this he simply smirked yet remained silent and unmoving as before.

“You staring at me is as much distracting as you talking you know” you commented, yet again he said nothing simply smirking at your growing frustration. Everyone knew Bakugou was not one who could remain silent for long, it was like asking a fish to not swim, it just didn't happen, so the fact that he was here doing just that was a bit off-putting to say the least.

“Bakugouuu” You whined as your frustration began to grow further, this caused the man in question to smirk harder, yet again he remained silent. Finally fed up you scooted your desk chair back and rose from it as you began making your way to your bed. You stopped right at the end in which Bakugou was lounging and crossing your arms you asked him once again what had his attention so fixated.

“Nothing Babe,” he said as he laid back even further on the bed, “ you're the one who said you wanted silence. Thought Id give it to ya.” You couldn't help the groan that rumbled in your throat, he had a point.. it was your words.

“So, you cant just sit here and be silent” you said with disbelief

“It was your shitty Idea in the first place” even with the harshness of his tone he was still smirking up at you, clearly finding amusement in this little game of the silent treatment.

“you're not ganna say anything” you said again though this time mainly to yourself as you looked at him once again only to see him smirking like before,” Okay” was all you said as you climbed over him Straddling him as he lounged only this time you were smirking as well.

“no words” You reminded as you dove down and began planting kissing along his collar bone, stopping at certain spot to suck lightly. You could hear his breathing as it began to grow heavier yet he remained silent like he had declared earlier leaving you to continue with your ministrations. Your hands were quick to dive beneath his shirt as you began to feel your way up his abs whilst still assaulting his neck. Your mouth moved up to his ear as you lightly bit the shell of it.

“Still not ganna talk” You whispered before leaning up to look at him. He was no longer smirking instead his mouth was slightly parted whilst his breathing was a bit uneven. His face had a bit of a reddish tint and you couldn't help but giggle slightly at him. Maybe it was because you laughed at him but he let out a small growl as he gazed at you and you couldn't help but smirk again.

“You know technically that counts as a noise...” you smiled down at him before you kissed the tip of his nose and climbed off him. “welp since you're ignoring me Im ganna go ahead and try to write again I guess” You laughed to yourself as you began heading back to your desk, but the feeling on a hard tugging you back kept you situated.

“Need Something” You said gazing down at Bakugou, “I don’t really do the whole mind reading thing” You smirked, but it was short-lived as you were once again yanked down onto the bed only this time you were on your back and Bakugou was Hovering over you. “So?” you said up to him, but you were quickly answered with his Lips crashing into yours.

@lady-bakuhoe So like I LOVE your writing and I love writing as well and so I was like hey I should try to write something and like Tag you in it and So like I did LMAOLMAOLMAOLMAO i just wanted you to read it Lmao lmaO im like nervous hah cause this is like my first drabble i guess idkk I just love you and your writing and so I wanted to try maybe ill try to write more when im done crying Lmaoooooooo Meow - because saying meow at the end somehow makes me feel better ughhhhhhg

heyo! it's padawin (or wan??) anon again!! thank you for your very kind words ;////; huu, who knows, maybe you'll be able to see them one day! but for now i have another question ~as usual i am dum~ i recently got csp and i have 0 idea how to work it? not asking for a whole tutorial just a basic review on why it's so good since i won't lie i almost deleted it and had a heart attack o(-( thank you! hope ur having a good day!

AH! hello young padawan!

This is ganna be long so I’ll put this under a readmore!

thats great news! honestly from experience once you’ve learnt how to use CSP you can master pretty much adobe (Photoshop and illustrator) The program can be really intimidating at first thats for sure take it easy and stick to the basics and once you’re comfortable with that

Once you’ve opened the program you’d want to work on an illustration so click on the top bar file > new. You’ll see something like this-

The Illustration one is for drawing and is overall best and easy! The comic ones are little more over whelming with shapes and layout hh and animation is more so timeline (little like flash animation and photoshop sorta)

This tool bar here is mainly useful for layers hhh

I don’t really touch much from there hhh, I only use expression colour to really look at the work in grayscale!

The three most important tools that’ll help give your work dimensions!

1) These are the tools for drawing, Each tool here represents the mediums they look like/ named after. Listed in order!

The pen - Thick lines, different options mess around to see which one suits you, I mainly use this for lineart or bulky shape work

Chalk - in the name! I use this tool for sketches!

Paint brush - This one is best for colour and for defined work! this is biased but the best is the oil paint brush, it just HMMM it just GLides from One colour to another and helps me create this effect -

The spray - Similar to the chalk but is more so identical to the mspaint spray one hhh from experience so I dont really USe THAT one

Stars - these are shapes! If you’ve used gimp you’d know how this one works! your brush turns into the pattern and shapes you chose like so -

Eraser - Self explanatory!

Blend tool - alot of people like this hhh but I’d recommend the oil painbrush over this but this basically makes blending alot more smoother and easier!

2) this is more so layout, some of these activate a new layer (like text)

fill bucket - my lazy butts fav tool, It fills in the pixilated or selected area, be careful tho if the colour is weak it’ll leak out and fill other areas!

Gradient - This… I dont use this at all hhh

Contour Line paint - This tool I dont use either hh, it basically bucket fills and area that is similar to the line around that area

TYPEEE!! - this is where you add text! the text on this program is kinda annoying but hey you can rotate it! how you rotate it, after you’ve chosen what type face (font) you want and size and colour COLLAPSE IT to a EMPTY LAYER!!! then use the selection tool and rotate it! (I will discuss the rotation took in part three!)

NO idEa WHat THIS tOOL IS IF IM HONEST

3) This is basically cropping and editing!

Zoom - This will help you zoom in and out!

Rotation - helps you turn your canvas around, upside down and so on to make difficult angles easy to reach!

Movement - helps you move selected layer around! can be a pain if done by accident but hey what is ctrl + z for!

Selection/ lasso! - THIS TOOL wILL bE yoUR SAVOIR! I use to to fix layout as well as anatomy and perspective. When you select an area this will pop up!. The first one on the left is to cancel selection, 7th from the left is the one where you can move, resize! Those are really the important ones hh

Wand - The iconic select took, that selects an area you click and the same options from the selection/ lasso will pop up!

eyedropper - this tool will basically copy a colour on any canvas that is advisable, helps to reuse a colour! it auto works if you just right click on your mouse or pen so you dont have to keep changing from your pen,painbrush or bucket tool!

I think thats the basics? now I’ll talk about all the aspects CSP has to offer in Edit that makes life a blessing such as colour corrector, change line of drawing and change canvas size (which is a million times easier than photoshop, which makes you use math and NUmBERS)

Tonal correction is what I use to basically fix the colours of my artworks, Its easier than redrawing the entire piece hhh, sometimes we all draw a little off colour pallette! so when you click that you’ll get -

Brightness and contrasts - brightness really just makes its more white and black but contrast makes the colour more vibrant and pop, its a scale option so its really fiddling around with the two bars until what you see is something you’re happy with!

Hue, saturation hhhh - This will help you change YOUR ENTIRE hue aka the CMY (the primary colours, magenta cyan yellow) and the saturation tones the contrast making it easier on the eyes! same as the last one it’ll be sliders! so really mess with it and pick which one is pleasing to you!

the rest i dont use hhh but

Colour BALANCE - this helps me hhh basically you change the entire colour layout beyond CMY, it has three effects, the highlight, shadow and halftone! same as before sliders! mess around with until youre happy with how it looks! (It’ll auto preview)

I think that’s really it? any more questions please shoot me up!

OH! CSP is known to crash, its the only downside tbh, it also auto saves alot, so save alot! SAVE ALOT!! i’ve lost whole works like 6 hours from csp crashing as it was overwhelmed from my layers hh

here is how you can look for backup files incase it does crash! -

My documents -> CELSYS -> Clip studio PAINT DATA-> -Document BackUp or -Initial Backup.

Depression.

to drag me back?

a combo of being in a much better place mentally, and i saw animated 90s kon and fell back within .5 seconds im not ganna lie.

So I'm a guy at 24 years of age. I come from a somewhat poor family, it's always been me and my mom whom I love more than anything. She have tried to give me all in her power to give.

Ever since my childhood I've dreamed about becoming an actor, singer, voice actor. But during my years through gradeschool even if I loved the music classes more than anything else I got some really harsh treatment in the last 3 years that made me quit music and totally crashed my already low self esteem that years of bullying and abuse had given me, and I picked up the singing again about 2.5 years ago. When I moved on after gradeschool I studied Art for 3 years and I don't regret the awesome friends I got during those years. After that I've studied Private- and Business economy, Entrepreneurial, Arkeology and Electrician studies because I've been too selfconsious to actually get into the acting when I could for free. And I recently got the suspicions of having ADHD minimizing my work abilities within my grades even further. Neither of these have felt like I've given my heart into it and my mind always wander off to acting and singing but I've no way to take anything proffessional on that road, classes are way too expensive or lays across the country in every direction making me unable to take them, and honestly it crushes my heart. No one want someone without grades or 'experience' to teach.

The closest I've been able to come to this dream is through Cosplay that I've had the past 9 years. But the past 4 years the want of acting have only grown stronger but without a job, no car, no grades I'm not able to just get out there and do it not without contacts.. 💔

But none the less I'm here to fight! Im ganna start beig more active to get cosplay photos on here, I'm even gonna try to get active on my YouTube channel I'm kinda only using for liking and commenting videos.

How can I convince my dad that leasing a cheap car would be a good decision given my circumstances?

Ok. So I'm about to be 18 and have about $1,400 saved up towards a car, should be getting a few hundred more after graduation and from a few other things, so I expect to have around $2,000 in the summer. This is what I was planning on spending on a down payment on a cheap used car. For the monthly note and insurance, my parents said that they'll help at least some until I get a job. The thing is, it's seriously impossible to get a job in my town. I've been trying for a couple years and just nothing. Most other people I know - not just teenagers - are having the same problem. Because of this, my parents are worried that having to pay for so much and me pay for basically just the down payment would be too much on them. They're struggling very hard financially and haven't bought a car themselves in 13 years. So I was looking at some car websites the other day and noticed that some of them had really appealing lease deals. The ones that most caught my attention were $0 down, and then a monthly payment of around $200 or less per month for three years. What really interested me about that deal is the no down payment, because if there's no down payment and they pay for the monthly note, then that's the only thing they have to pay, at least for quite a while. That leaves me with around $2,000 still in pocket to spend over time on insurance, gas, various maintenance costs, etc., plus if there are too many hidden fees, etc. in the lease. (My dad got me an insurance quote and it was a lot lower than I expected btw, about $560/yr.) That seems so much better than having to start back at $0 after buying the car having paid all the rest on the down payment. I just don't wanna spend that much down because then I'm left with nothing, if I can't get a job then I have no way to pay for everything, again my parents don't think they can pay too much. If they only have to pay the monthly note, then I still have quite a while to get a job and start making money before that couple thousand runs out and if I do eventually get a job (hopefully it'll be easier in another city, but I need a car in order to move), I can even help them with the monthly payments or pay all of them. But all they can say is, Why lease a car when you can buy one, you'll just be stuck in the same spot in three years. But this is completely missing the point. The problem here is that if I spend everything down, then I have nothing left to maintain the car with, and therefore can't have a car at all. I have no steady source of income and can't make a steady source of income without a car. But if I can afford to maintain a car for at least several months with money I already had and can later get a job in a bigger city, I at least have some car, regardless of whether not I own it or it's the best and wisest financial decision in the long run. Once I have a car I can move to a bigger city and hopefully go to college and then get a better job, I'm sure I can get another car later. So basically, if I want a car now (which I need one in order to advance my life and go to college and such) the only possible way is if I lease instead of buy, unless I suddenly come into a bunch of money or can find a car for sale with no down payment. I need to just do whatever I have to do to have a car and get by at the moment, but my parents won't let me. They're so stuck in their stubborn ways that leasing cars is always a waste of money (I agree that it'a a waste of money, but again that's not the point here, the point is that I need a car) when in this situation it would work much better for me. But they refuse to let me.""

I was stopped at a red light behind two cars. Both cars started to go and so did I the next thing I knew I had hit the car in front of me. The car in front of me hit the car in front of him. We all pulled over my car isnt to bad but I drive a suburban, the car in front of me was a smaller car so his looked a little worse. Nobody was hurt, and all cars were drivable, so we decided to not call the police we just all exchanged information. After we had finished and they left I immediately called my insurance lady to let her know what happened. I am not super clear on this next part, we have been going back and forth with our insurance since that call and will continue to fight it. When I called the insurance lady she said I wasnt covered. She said that they had received the last payment much later than it was due (not sure how because it was mailed the same time as always) but because of that our insurance had been cancelled. A couple of weeks ago they had chased our check, she said we were reinstated as of yesterday (the day of the accident) but because it was the same day they werent liable to pay the damages. We are going to keep fighting them because I dont think its fair. Even if they decide that they wont pay we can afford to just pay for the damages to the rear end of the car in front of us, because know matter what happened I am at fault for following to close. We cant afford to pay out of our pocket also for his front end and the rear end of the first car. Shouldnt those damages be covered by the car I hit because he was obviously following to close to the car in front of him? Im a little freaked out with all this, this is the first accident I have ever been in and we have always had insurance, so we thought. The insurance company did say they mailed us a cancellation notice but if they did we have never received one.""

On the morning of Sept 14, 2011 my sister woke me up at home asking me where my car was. I went outside to discover my vehicle was gone. So I call the police to come and take a report but of course there wasn't enough officers on duty to send one out so I wake up my brother to get a ride to the station. Keep in mind this is between 2:30-5:00am and the last time I actually saw my car was Sept 13, 2011 at approx 11pm. I arrive at the police station where I make a report, they take down all the info and send me home with the report. Approx 1 hour later they call me and say my vehicle was recovered in a nearby city and they gave me the number to that police station. So I hurry to call them but of course they were closed until 8am. At 8am I call them they said bring my ID and insurance info to recover the vehicle. I go down there and ask questions but they told me they weren't allowed to disclose any information about who, what, were, or when the incident occurred because of confidentiality. They told me I would have to pay the towing and storage fee to recover my car from the impound. So I left and went to the impound paid $218.00 to discover that my vehicle had been totaled. So I had it towed to my house where I called the insurance company to report this. After I reported this incident they took a recorded statement and gave me a claim number. I waited for 2days for my adjuster to call me back and he never did. about 2 weeks later my adjuster calls and leaves me a message saying he needed another recorded statement and to call him back. I call back and got his voice mail. I spoke to one of his colleagues and they said they would send him and his manager a memo to call me back..well that never happened. 1 week after that I get a packet in the mail asking for my cell phone records, keys to the vehicle, and a notarized affidavit. I sent these things back and then a detective from the insurance company calls me and said there were red flags and he needed to get a video recorded statement. I agreed and went to give the statement. A few days later a detective from the police department where my car was recovered from calls me and tells me that my youngest son's father was with some friends at a nightclub were a drive-by shooting occurred and my son's father wasn't shot but the young man he was with was and as a result of them trying to escape the scene my car was crashed. As they arrived to the scene and asked questions about what happened my son's father would not admit he was driving the vehicle, and because they didn't actually see him driving or pull him over they could not prosecute. The detective asked me did I know anything about this incident and I replied hell no! The night of the incident my son's father had came to my house around 3am but never mentioned anything of course because he knows I would have tried to kill him. He also knows I would have been pissed because I never let him drive my car for the 3 years that I have known him, he has never had a license. She ask me was it ok to list him as a suspect and I told her Yes! I let her know that he did not have permission to drive my car under any circumstances. The very next day the detective from the insurance company called me and ask me what was my son's father name and what where the numbers that where called on my cell phone records. He asked why did he call me at 2:54am, I explained he wanted to let me know he was on his way over which wasn't out of the ordinary for him to do. So then the detective tells me my story stinks and I need to withdraw my claim because on my interview I didn't disclose that my boyfriend had come to my house. I told him why did I need to disclose who was sleeping in my bed if it had nothing to do with my car. I mean we know now he had something to do with it but I didn't know then. He told me the police detective also had the keys to my car which was a lie. It clearly states on the impound record that they had no keys. Not to mention the car has broken locks and loose wires I guess he didn't read that part of the report. He also told me I was trying to cover for my son's dad to get the car covered. I told him he could arrest him for GTA for all I care. My car was stolen and no matter who stole it I'm the victim and of course I want my car covered. He then said he was denying the claim and sending the case to the Department of Insurance to see if fraud was committed. Im beyond frustrated because I have nothing to do with what my son's dad did. But anyway, if I don't get the insurance, it will be $500. But if I get insurance, it is $1200. I am a safe driver and I will be in a rural place. I am trying to convince myself that I don't need it. But then again, I worry about what might happen if accidents occur. The cost of rental car will be reimbursed by a company.
