About your Taco in III au, does Cabby still win? I'm not sure if I'm missing something that says she still does or Taco doesn't make it to the final 3 but I'm assuming she does since she probably does just checking.

Two other questions

In a similar vain to the post about which season 3 newbie does she get along with the most ask from a while back, does her relationship with any of the returning players change? Does she get along better with any of them or maybe worse or it could just stay the same.

And how do they handle her return to the main island?

For your first question, yes, Cabby still wins. She beats out Balloon in a 9-7 vote, since Taco finally gets to quit in the finale.

As for the returning players:

Box is still a corpse so she can't have any relationships.

OJ isn't very comfortable having her around. He's not scared of her like Paper is but recognizes her as a threat/one who likely has bad intentions, so mostly the same.

Painty is pretty similar to OJ, not comfortable or trusting of her, so again mostly the same. I'm not sure if they even interacted in the original season one, there's not too much to say here.

Test Tube & Fan would both be reasonably wary of her, but Fan would try to ask her a question or two before he gets booted.

Yin would fear her, Yang would like her for her evilness. Although, after Spring on the Breakfast, there's mutual hostility because they both had such a bad time.

Balloon and her become friends!! His view of her goes from hesitant to new bestie over the course of the season. He's trying to be for her what Suitcase was for him.

Nickel would, again, be wary of her, but he also does have some private admiration for her ruse in the first season, so his distrust would have an underlying level of respect. As he and Balloon work things out, he'd be more open to being at least friendly with Taco, though I think they could be friends eventually.

And for her return to the main island! She doesn't. She stays at the library with everyone, even for the season 2 finale. She'd run the red line game with everyone, still grab Mic's hand, and be revived. I can't say exactly how things would go from there, since we don't know what happens in season 4 yet, but I think she and Mic would reconcile, though she'd still head back to Paradise Island if that option is presented to her.
