Why Crypto IDO is essential for projects:
In the dynamic realm of cryptocurrency, Initial DEX Offerings (IDOs) have risen to prominence as pivotal tools for new projects striving for success. These IDOs serve as a gateway for ventures into the vast digital landscape, offering unparalleled access to a global audience of crypto investors and enthusiasts through decentralized exchanges (DEXs). Unlike traditional fundraising methods, IDOs champion transparency and fairness, operating on decentralized platforms that ensure integrity throughout the fundraising process. Beyond raising capital, IDOs facilitate liquidity for project tokens, fostering vibrant trading ecosystems and enhancing market dynamics. Moreover, IDOs foster robust community engagement through initiatives like airdrops and bounty programs, empowering projects with a loyal support base and invaluable feedback. In an era of evolving regulations, IDOs stand out for their compliance and regulatory-friendly nature, offering a safer avenue for project fundraising. In essence, Crypto IDOs have become indispensable catalysts for project growth and innovation in the ever-evolving cryptocurrency landscape.

Crypto Airdrops vs. ICOs:
In the dynamic landscape of cryptocurrencies, fundraising methods have undergone significant evolution. Among the diverse array of mechanisms available, Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) and Crypto Airdrops have emerged as prominent tools for projects to secure capital and distribute tokens. While both serve the fundamental purpose of raising funds, they differ markedly in their approaches, implications, and outcomes.

Alita: Battle Angel x Stray crossover (Iron City AU)
It's been two years since I played Stray. This art is also from 2022. I don't know why I never posted it but it can come in handy now when I don't draw any new chibis :(
Doc Ido finds a cat in the Scrapyard.
In the original manga, Ido had a cat, so he deserves one! 🤭
About the AU:
Don't worry, the cat doesn't replace Alita.
But Ido lost contact with her after she became the Final Champion.
Finding the cat reminds him how he found Alita years ago.
After recovering, the Stray cat explores Iron City. On the streets, one can notice old posters with Alita as a Motorball star.
(I'd totally play a game where I could explore Iron City as a cat)
The fate leads the cat's tiny feet… to the great sky city of Zalem, where it'll find out what happened to Alita.
Spoiler with no context, but even in the manga, Ido's cat had a crucial role in saving Alita 🤭
I also think this could happen after the events of the game, which affects the "plot" of the AU.
I wanted to make a series of illustrations for this AU, but yeah, life 🫠
also, this sketch 😭
My other Alita x Stray posts:

ft. elira pendora, ike eveland x f! reader — lazulight/luxiem, nijisanji en
╰₊✧ elira & ike give their biggest fan the experience of a lifetime after an accidental encounter┊2k words
contains: smut!! dom elira (w drock), ike & sub reader┊idol elira & ike, naive reader who is thrown straight into the plot & wears a skirt, fingering, unprotected piv & blowjobs, dirty talk, getting walked in on & implied foursome with vox
➤ author's note: my very first fic trade... it's such an honor
you could swear on your life that it was a complete accident all you want, but you know that nothing would be a believable explanation of why you were backstage when you shouldn’t be that wasn’t you being a creepy stalker. the two of them looked less than understanding with frowns (maybe even scowls) indicating that they weren’t in a considerate mood when you nervously sputtered that you were following someone who looked like your friend, so focused on tracking them down that you somehow didn’t manage to read all of the signs clearly reading “staff only.” oh, this really was the worst case scenario to meet your idols in, unable to tell them how much you admire them and asking for a picture like a normal fan would, instead insisting on removing yourself from their sight before they call security to do it.
they glanced at each other for a second then smirked as if they read each other’s mind and had agreed on something without needing to speak. “no, don’t worry about it, we understand.” elira’s sudden dazzling smile that exactly resembled the ones you’ve seen in posters caught you off guard, making blood rush to your face and making you feel hot. “so… if this your first wingwriters concert?”
“oh, i’ve actually attended every concert you’ve ever held in this country! it’s just— well, it’s such an honor to meet you guys in person! your performance today was one of my favorites, well, all of them are my favorites really,” you quickly found yourself rambling your admiration to them, telling them about how you bought every single piece of available merchandise that you could get your hands on and how you were in the top point five percent of their listeners on spotify. you weren’t quite sure why they suddenly decided to start a conversation with you, but you certainly weren’t going to pass up the opportunity to tell them how much you admired them. neither of them listened to the details since it was the same old words that they heard from everyone, however, their attention was focused on the rather cute fan who was spilling her heart out about how much she loved them.
elira cut you off mid-sentence, wrapping her arm around you and letting ike lead the both of you somewhere, “that’s so flattering coming from you!” you weren’t sure if her words were genuine or if she was trying to shut you up to steer the conversation elsewhere, now acting friendly like you were already acquainted (not that you minded or anything because, well, the elira pandora had her arm slung over your shoulder and her perfume smelled so good—). “so sorry about us being so rude earlier, by the way, we just some bad news about the next concert.”
you now realize that they were taking you to a trailer, one that was a bit further away from all of the commotion of wrapping up the event. were you allowed to be this deep in an area where outsiders were forbidden? two of the three band members brought you here and didn’t mention the possibility of getting in trouble, so it must be fine, right?
the inside layout was standard, yet it was colorful with a gleaming white and sparkling blue and full of posters of the wingwriters trio covering the walls. they set you down on a little bed and elira got you a drink from the mini-fridge while ike joined. you really tried to follow everything that she was talking about, but she got off-topic a lot and constantly skipped around in her stories— again, not that you minded because your idol who was the prettiest woman you’ve ever been blessed with living in the same timeline as was talking to you like you were a best friend. you were on cloud nine and all giddy inside, practically having hearts floating above your head like a lovesick puppy and holding the can of soda in your hands like it was something worth treasuring instead of consuming it.
seeing how completely unassuming and how smitten you were, she took this opportunity to lean forward and place a little peck on your lips. it was innocent and experimental, to test the waters and see your reaction so that she could estimate how far you’d let her go. she chuckled at your stunned expression and spoke first, “you’re really cute, you know that? what do you think, ike?”
the man who was silent and hidden this entire time made his presence known by sitting behind you, gently caressing your thigh before whispering in your ear, “she’s just adorable.”
they could see you melting in between them like ice cream in the hot summer sun from the attention, speechless from the flirtatious advances. you didn’t resist in any capacity so she kissed you again, more deeply this time while tenderly holding your face in her palm. you gasped as he bit the shell of your ear and began trailing his hand under your skirt, making you shiver under his touch. you weren’t sure how many rules you must have broken within the past ten minutes and the possible repercussions that could happen if you got caught.
although, this is the opportunity of a lifetime! sneaking around with your idol like this was something most could only dream of since it’s only a plot conceivable in fiction, but you were living it out right now with not one, but two of them! you would be stupid to pass this up and reject them! you indulged in their inappropriate behavior instead, reaching out to hold her face in your hands and kissing her back with a bit of tongue while leaning back into him. it took some confidence that you didn’t know you had in you when you were too nervous to even look them in a eyes a few minutes before, but they seemed more than pleased with your reciprocation and took it as unspoken permission to escalate it further.
elira chuckled at your little display of dominance that wasn’t going to last for much longer, quickly hiking up your skirt and hooking a finger around your underwear to pull it down. “god, you’re wet so wet already,” she marveled, looking at the wet patch on the fabric and sticking it in her back pocket as a souvenir. “such a short little skirt that barely even covers your ass, you were probably hoping for something like this to happen, weren’t you?” you didn’t even get to respond, getting cut off by a gasp as she gently rubbed at your clit and pressed in one finger followed by another. she made slow scissoring motions to stretch you out and licked her lips, eagerly prepping you to be able to take her with ease and pushing you over on your back so that she could fuck you properly.
your eyes rolled back to meet with ike’s length already waiting for you, fully erect and nearly dripping with anticipation. obediently, you opened your mouth and let him slip the tip between your lips like it was the only thing you were good for. he tasted bitter due to the poor diet of energy drinks you so often heard of, but it didn’t matter to you since you were being granted the honor to suck him off. he groaned as you ran your tongue along his shaft, sloppy sounds of slurping and his mewls being mixed into a beautiful melody of sin.
you were unable to focus on both of them at once and they had you torn, capturing your attention by doing some action they have yet to do and essentially playing ping-pong with it. feeling elira impatiently reveal her cock from her tight white shorts and sinking it into your warm so quickly make you choke around him, sending vibrations throughout his core and making him grip onto any piece of you he could get his hands on even harder.
her pacing was relentless, pumping in and out of you like you were a mere fleshlight. maybe you were in the moment, a toy just to get them off for the moment instead of a living and breathing fan, but you would be lying if the thought of being used by them so callously didn’t get you excited. you felt completely stuffed and her light blue cock hit your sweet spot so perfectly that it had you seeing stars, tearing up at the sensation while her nails dug into your thighs for her to keep her balance.
with every thrust that pushed you back into the mattress and had your tits bouncing under your top, you choked a little bit more on ike’s cock. you could barely see his crooked glasses that were on the verge of slipping off and felt yourself getting a little lightheaded from the awkward angle. nevertheless, you persisted in your goal to make him cum down your throat, lips slick with bodily fluids as he bucked his hips deeper and hit the back of your throat, “god, how are you able to do this so effortlessly? you must have so much experience sucking dick to get whatever you want, don’t you?” it nearly made him blush at the thought as if whatever he was doing wasn’t worse.
you could only whine in response since you were fully occupied, the only noises coming from you were squelching and gagging from both of your holes getting filled like a common whore. nice, quiet, and compliant, just how they like to fuck their cute little fans like you. it’s truly unfortunate that such an experience can’t be told to others, but it must be kept a secret if they are to continue such activities! they can’t have a scandal breaking out that the wingwriters have a bad habit of bringing unknowing fans who would give them the world backstage and adding their panties to an evergrowing collection, now can they?
“mhm, fuck… i’m close,” he mewled with the soft and gentle voice that you knew held so much power from his metal songs, the type of voice people would listen to as a guilty pleasure. you really wished that you could savor his words properly before you sputtered on the thick ropes of white he shot down your throat without warning, his hand holding your head in place so that you could take every drop of it without wasting and not letting go until you swallowed it all like a good girl.
elira took a bit longer to tap out than he did, absolutely animalistic and flipping you over onto your stomach at some point to rail you even harder. she was feral and had no problem making you scream so loud that everyone else at the concert venue would be able to know that she was the reason behind the noise. ike simply watched the rest of the show amused by it all, even having the kindness of holding your hand when her stamina finally ran out and she painted your insides with her seed before collapsing on top of you.
“what the hell are you two up to? our manager is up my ass about—” vox akuma burst through the door yelling about something of them getting in trouble with perfect comedic timing, stopping in his tracks once he saw the hot and sweaty entanglement of limbs from his fellow band members fucking the brains out of who he could only assume was a fan. he sighed and ran his fingers through his hair, holding the position for a few seconds to think it through yet unable to ignore the stir of lust growing within him. have they really done this again? without him? all it took was a look of bedroom eyes from you realizing he was there for him to shut the door and approach the three of you, “fuck, i guess he can wait for a couple more minutes— move over for me.”

Im sorry to bother you but I saw you making a protest about transandrophobia and needed someone to vent to. I went down a rabbit hole and found a really popular transfemme blog called pl@idos (censored just in case) that just... constantly says transandrophobic bullshit and none of the other transfemmes bat an eye?! Justifying calling us slurs like theyfab, sheit and shemab because trans women can't oppress trans men or some bullshit, it made me so fucking sick. And now I'm panicking because I was always for solidarity between transmascs and transfemmes but now I'm so shook seeing so much support on the post, like 3k notes. Now I feel like I can only trust other transmascs because what if they don't actually take me seriously? And they just call me those terms behind my fucking back? I'm sorry if I'm bothering you again I just really needed to vent /gen
ur not bothering me! also i spent like an hour writing a really long reply, but it was getting too long, so im gonna summarize really quick
your feelings are valid, 1000%. there are a few big accounts sharing and saying really, really awful shit about transmascs. because some people heard "trans men are men" and took it to mean "trans men have the same societal power and privilege as cis men and that means we can degrade and humiliate them without recourse or backlash" (not that you should treat cis men like that either tbqh?)
let me make it clear i understand where you're coming from, i felt the same way as you did for a good while. at the same time we cant let a few dogshit people ruin our trust of an entire community, then we're no better than them
i lost all hope in the queer community because of this fucking website, but i got it back when i started going to in-person queer events/meetings/social groups. bc to be honest most trans people dont even know this discourse is happening, let alone are actively bigoted towards transmascs in any way
it also helped me to keep in mind that social media is literally designed to piss you off as much as possible, and that most of the people saying these awful things about transmascs are probably deeply unhappy and lashing out bc their lives are miserable
its not a coincidence that when you open up these peoples blogs, they tend to be posting about how lonely and sad they are 24/7
#i really hope this helps anon#also im like 90% sure this shit was started by terfs to weaken the trans community so they can divide and conquer#they admit to doing shit like that so its probable#transandrophobia

A NOTE ON IDOL ACTIVITIES
hi everyone ! as we approach our fifth anniversary, we're so grateful to still have muses around since (almost) the beginning, and since our initial opening, lgc has grown in a way none of us have ever imagined before. we think it's a testament to not only ours, but also our members' hard work that we've been able to ic-debut five idol groups (with a sixth on the way !) within the almost-five years we've been open as a roleplay, and we've always operated in a way to reward our members' commitment and dedication to their groups with new, fun ideas for activities and gigs that keeps the excitement for writing for your muses going, even after debuting. however, we at lgc also like to maintain a certain level of realism in our directory, while also being considerate that both admods and members alike all have real lives that take precedent to roleplaying. hence, we've made a conscious effort to diversify as much as possible for our idol groups in terms of ooc-missions and writing requirements that correlate with ic-career development. it's come to our attention, however, that there's speculation of favoritism amongst the idol groups in terms of what the admod team 'gives them'. to address it bluntly, we have never and will never 'play favorites', and to make that clear, we'd like to clarify as much as we've deemed necessary to finally put the topic to rest.
firstly, we want to address the culture of comparison that's been happening around lgc. as it stands right now, a person could have two muses in the idol career path, in two separate idol groups regardless of gender, and would have two completely different experiences ooc and ic. we intentionally operate this way because we think that one of lgc's charms is the variety we provide our members as writers here. we all know how monotonous and boring idol roleplays can get, which is why we've made a conscious effort to diversify as much as we can as we've expanded. however despite these efforts, it's disheartening, to say the least, to hear talks of comparison more than anything whenever we post new events. we understand that, to some extent, comparison is inevitable, especially when we ourselves simulate an environment of competition with future dreams, awards, and other marks of popularity. but it seems that lately, more often than not, these comparisons and even criticisms are done without the consideration that we purposely give our idol groups their own unique flair, and that what we write out in missions (and even sometimes what we don't write out in missions) is not done because we supposedly favor one group over the other.
we've never planned to release this information publicly, but to cease all debate on the topic, just in terms of music releases, we can break our idol groups down simply:
crystallis is the group with subunits and their own solo shows;
v&a is a self-producing group with their own reactions;
nova gets 6 songs constantly;
type zero gets prereleases; and
nknd releases often but mostly digitally, then will compile in physical releases.
everybody gets two korean comebacks + one other comeback in a targeted market in the original calendar we plan out at the beginning of the year:
crystallis and agito target the japanese market;
type zero targets the chinese market;
fabula and versus target the western market;
nova targets the domestic market; and
nknd currently just targets domestic but will likely also target japan.
these are just two factors that come into play when we plan out an idol group's activities for a quarter. not to mention that agito, crystallis and fabula all have members that regularly act for their notoriety tiers gigs, and as acting career gigs are the most time-consuming along with idol career gigs, we have to also take those into account when writing out missions.
and on the topic of notoriety tiers, we want to provide some context: the Great Revamp of 2021™ really solidified a lot of what we wanted to do for the idol groups early on here at lgc. as the years went on and muses gained more points and notoriety, though, we implemented our notoriety tiers system mainly as a way for our members to provide input into their career trajectories for the first time, but also as a great resource for us as admods to figure out the 'reputation' each group has.
needing to have all this information in place is partially why notoriety tiers gigs happened so frequently in the beginning, but as muses started reaching higher tier levels and claiming activities that required more time and effort for us to plan out, we've had to adapt the way members submit their notoriety tiers forms.
it's now explicitly denoted how busy muses actually are in the forms so that everyone has an idea of the amount of additional work they're putting on their muses through the notoriety tiers vs. the work they already have through their career missions. additionally, this change was done to better reflect just how much a muse's solo activities do impact their group activities, both ic and ooc.
as stated before, realism is important here at lgc, and it's not unrealistic to see idols miss out on comeback promotions because of their individual activities. for us as admods, the choice has either been between (1) planning comeback/group promotions for certain idol groups to accommodate their members' acting gigs or (2) to exclude certain members from comeback/group promotions if their schedules don't permit them. we haven't started the latter, and we don't intend to, but with growing complaints amidst all the comparison, we wonder if taking it to the extent of excluding certain members is necessary to reach a compromise.
for instance, it's unrealistic to give a 12-track full album to a group whose main vocalist is also an actor and busy with acting gigs, but right now, we could give the group a two-track single album instead and only let the main vocalist be on the title track with minimal promotions to still include them in the comeback if that's preferred.
from our perspective, though, it's always been more realistic that during that first seven-year period when an idol signs their contract and debuts, their priority is always the group first and foremost. there's always exception to the rule, and idols do typically have to make that big decision of solo vs. group career eventually. but our most senior muses are at-most three years into their careers, and in the fictional entertainment company that we run, it doesn't make sense for us to let an idol prioritize their solo career over their group's at this point in time.
relatedly, the notoriety tiers have also been a great way for us to see which muses actually aren't eligible for any notoriety tier gigs and as such, we're able to give additional gigs to certain muses as part of their career missions. this is part of our constant struggle of balancing older muses with newer muses, especially when it comes to our idol groups.
as is the natural course of things in roleplay, members and their muses come and go, and that unfortunately means that muses in idol groups do drop and throw a wrench in our plans. along with future dreams, that's part of why we've also introduced team unknown – we'll be honest and say that we had different plans for team unknown, but had to change said plans because of members leaving the roleplay.
again, that's just one of the many factors that we have to take into consideration as we keep the machine going that is lgc. we don't want to over-explain ourselves but at the same time, we hope people can start understanding our reasonings better through this post.
and that's not to say that we aren't open to any criticism nor suggestions. if anything, we always to strive to make ourselves as available as possible to our members either individually on our personal accounts or as a group through the main to consult with us about anything. we have no desires to close those lines of communication, but as much as we want to reiterate that we're always open to discussion as our roleplay continues to evolve, we also hope we won't have to make another statement on the matter.
lgc has always had a long-standing issue of being too events-focused, and we've tried as best as we can to alleviate the stress and dissatisfaction that comes with such a culture by taking in feedback, implementing new systems, and keeping things fresh and fun for everyone as k-pop fans.
however, it's only natural that most people focus on their own muses in idol roleplays and can view other muses getting certain things as missing out on something when, in reality, we hope people can start seeing that they also have things that no other muse (or group) has in lgc. no one has ever gotten less or more, just different, and different is okay.
at the end of the day, we hope everyone doesn't focus too much on the comparison or competition-side of things. lgc is what it is today partly because of what we've curated for you all as an admod team, but mostly because of the unique experiences our members have crafted for themselves as writers and roleplayers.
thank you all for your understanding. please like this post to indicate you've read this announcement.
– lgc admod team

Unveiling Initial Dex Offerings (IDO): A Beginner's Handbook
In the dynamic realm of the cryptocurrency industry, new fundraising methods have emerged, including Initial Dex Offerings (IDO), Initial Coin Offerings, and Initial Exchange Offerings. IDO stands out as a significant investing source in the crypto market, offering a decentralized fundraising approach that overcomes the limitations of its predecessor, ICO (Initial Coin Offering). IDO leverages Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs) to pool investments from retail investors, gaining popularity for its fair and decentralized nature.
What is Initial DEX Offerings (IDO)?
An Initial DEX Offering (IDO) is a decentralized fundraising method in the cryptocurrency space that occurs on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) to raise funds for Cryptocurrency Projects. It serves as an alternative to traditional fundraising methods like ICOs or IEOs, leveraging the decentralized nature of blockchain technology.
Key Aspects of IDO
Decentralized Fundraising: IDOs enable crypto projects to launch their native tokens on Decentralized Exchanges, allowing a broader range of participants to support innovative projects.
Decentralized Exchange Platforms (DEXs): IDOs are conducted on DEXs, utilizing liquidity pools and smart contracts to facilitate token sales, eliminating the need for intermediaries and offering transparency.
Liquidity: IDOs provide fair fundraising, immediate token liquidity, and ensure equitable token distribution compared to ICOs.
How does IDO work?
Crypto IDOs utilize Decentralized Exchanges for decentralized fundraising. Projects approach an IDO launchpad for evaluation, gain publicity, and interested investors undergo vetting to be whitelisted. Investors contribute funds to the project's liquidity pool during the token sale and receive tokens during the Token Generation Event (TGE). Raised funds are secured in liquidity pools using smart contracts, promoting transparency and fair participation.
Advantages and Disadvantages of IDOs
Advantages:
Availability: IDOs offer access to crowd-sourced funds for a wider range of projects on decentralized platforms.
Speed: Immediate information about token listings post-IDO enables quick trading.
Immediate Liquidity: Projects secure funds as liquidity on DEXs, enhancing liquidity.
Transparency: On-chain activity ensures traceability and transparency in the token sale process.
Disadvantages:
Verification: Minimal verification can attract scammers, posing risks to investors and credibility.
Competition: Growing competition in IDOs may limit accessibility for retail investors.
Token Distribution: Initial token distribution to teams and private investors can lead to uneven distribution and price volatility.
In conclusion, Initial Dex Offering (IDO) represents a transparent and inclusive decentralized fundraising method in the crypto industry, expected to shape the future of fundraising methods. For more content, visit our website: cryptolenz.

[Serizawa centric] The Humanity of S&S - Chapter 6
Read it on AO3
Chapter: 6/6 (FIN!)
Fandom: モブサイコ100 | Mob Psycho 100 Rating: General Audiences
Non-Romantic Relationships: Seirizawa Katsuya & Reigen Arataka & Dimple
Summary: Ido confronted Serizawa, and Reigen was very supportive there.
Author Notes: Sooooo this is my first MP100 fic and also my first story in years. I really love Serizawa and Reigen. I wish them to be happy. Of course now I can see many flaw in the fic, but there are still some parts that I truly enjoy. Hope you do too! :)
Chapter 6
By the time they returned to the office, it was already dark. Outside the dimly lit building, there was a large sign that said "Spiritual Counseling Office" and a window with blinds next to it. Although the curtains were always drawn, a faint light could be seen. Reigen would definitely remember to turn off the lights (because he was stingy with the electricity bill), so since the light was on, it meant that someone was in the office.
It was probably the kids. He thought so. But when he opened the door, he found that it was not the case.
A middle-aged man was sitting on the office sofa. With his neatly combed hair and crisp white shirt, he was staring at the exaggerated "Greatest Psychic of the 21st Century" poster on the wall. Because of the excessive photo-shopping, Reigen looked more cunning than confident. Only when he heard the door open did the man turn to face them. It was a figure Reigen didn't recognize, but Serizawa was quite familiar with.
"Ito-san!"
"Hello. Since the door was unlocked, I took the liberty of coming in." Ito bowed, but his eyes couldn't help but look at Reigen secretly, "Nice to meet you. I'm Ito Sayuu. Serizawa and I are classmates from night school."
Ito…? Reigen's mind raced and immediately connected the dots.
"So you're a classmate of Serizawa. Welcome! Please make yourself at home. We really appreciate how you’ve looked after Serizawa." he said with a bright smile, gesturing for Serizawa to sit on the sofa, "You're here to see Serizawa, aren't you? Take your time, I'll make some tea."
Serizawa said with some discomfort, "Why is Ito-san here?"
"You were absent from class yesterday. I heard from the teacher that you didn't ask for an excused absence, so I was worried and thought I'd drop by at the address on your business card. Here, this is yesterday's homework and notes." Ito took out some papers from his briefcase and said kindly, " It's a relief. I was afraid you might be scared to go out again."
"Uh…" Serizawa shrank, avoiding eye contact, "Thank you for your concern. I'm fine."
"That’s good to hear. I'm glad I came. And I get to see the excellent boss Serizawa told me about, so now I’m reassured." Ito smiled, "Now I can be 100% sure that this company is a fraud."
-Thunk.
Reigen slammed the ceramic cup down, "Tea, please."
"Don't be mad. I won't tell anyone, for Serizawa's sake."
"I'm not mad. I've met enough skeptics; you won't make a difference." Reigen said, sitting down next to Serizawa, leaning back and crossing his legs, "Let's get straight to the point. What’s your real purpose for coming here?"
"You are certainly an experienced fraudster. So I'll come straight to you. I want Serizawa to join my company."
"That is his own choice. What's it to me?"
Ito stared at Reigen, "I can see that you have extremely good observation skills, coupled with a flamboyant but infectious performance and dialogue. You use these skills to fool some unfortunate souls who think they have encountered supernatural events, perform some random spells according to the Internet, and then say some words to put them at ease. Am I wrong?"
"If you're so good at reading people, why don't you look in the mirror? Afraid to see a cocky punk?"
Ito maintained his politeness, but his eyes were clearly enraged.
"The problem is that Serizawa believes in you with all his heart. He lacks social experience and judgment, which makes him easy prey for someone like you, who uses his naivety to manipulate him while making him believe he's doing good. It's just so pathetic, I can't bear to see it." He tapped his fingers heavily on the desk, "Exorcism? Psychic powers? If it's true, how about you show me right now?"
Dimple squinted at them, "Just let Serizawa show off a little, so that guy will shut up."
"No." Reigen declared, "It is not necessary."
"Looks like it’s not going to happen." Ito smiled, "Forget it. I'm not interested in arguing with you. Supporters will always come up with reasons anyway. We're actually quite similar in some aspects. There's no need to be enemies. Let's make a deal between our companies."
"What is it?"
"You fire Serizawa, and I'll offer you a sum of money that will more than make up for the loss."
"What do you take others for…? Pawns for you to play with?"
"Just like you. Whatever you want to call it, I'm just good at using other people's talents. I place them in the most suitable position according to their weaknesses and abilities. It's perfectly reasonable."
"Right. Now I finally understand."
Reigen was expressionless, but his eyes showed unreserved contempt.
"You're the one who has been disturbing Serizawa for the past two days. For someone who lacks self-confidence like Serizawa, you just have to keep denying his thoughts, ignoring his feelings, and acting as if he's not normal, and you represent the universal values. Once he no longer trusts himself and instead believes in you to lead him, he'll be at your mercy.
He pointed at himself with his thumb.
"On the other hand, a self-centered, petty, snobbish fraudster like me, who has less capital than your company, will be easier to deal with by offering a favorable deal. To put it bluntly, you don't really need Serizawa as an employee. You just enjoy the hunt."
Ito was flustered for a moment, obviously not expecting Reigen to be so eloquent and explicit. But he quickly regained his composure.
"Now we're both on the same page. What's your decision?"
"For something this important, shouldn't we ask the person involved?" Reigen looked at the subordinate, "What do you say, Serizawa?"
"Uh, I…."
Serizawa was at a loss for words. He had been silent, listening to the two presidents' war of words over him, wringing his hands in anxiety and keeping his eyes on the ground. He was not as eloquent as Reigen or Ito. Now he was asked for his opinion. He stammered for a long time, unable to clear his thoughts and couldn't spit out a single word.
"Serizawa, you will make it right, won't you?" Ito softened his tone again and changed to that seductive manner, "Think rationally; the objective conditions on my side are certainly better, and my company is quite decent. I'm sure your mother would be very happy if you came to work for me."
Mother? Serizawa's expression turned panicked. Reigen noticed the reaction and recalled the accident at the convenience store yesterday. He had just entered the store after withdrawing his money, when he overheard Serizawa talking on the phone. His quick mind connected the dots, and he immediately realized what had happened.
Ito Sayuu. Reigen hadn't expected him to be this despicable. Now, he was really pissed off. This guy not only undermined Serizawa's self-esteem, but even used his family to make him feel ashamed and guilty.
"… Mom was always worried about me," Serizawa said, "She was always like that. I had told her several times to give it up, but she kept finding new counselors to convince me to leave the room. She didn't understand. I just didn't want to hurt people anymore, and I didn't want to be reviled and treated like a monster.
"But I've thought about it. There are so many things in this world that I do not understand. For example, I can't understand why Ito-san is so confident, so unafraid of others, and so bold in expressing your opinions. So I think it's actually quite normal that Ito-san can't understand my thoughts right now."
He swallowed nervously and forced himself to look up at Ido.
"I have learned a lot here, and I have used my abilities to help many troubled clients. Reigen-san is a good person. I like the people here. I'm very happy." Serizawa bent down and bowed deeply to Ito, "Thank you very much, Ito-san, for your kind offer, but I must decline your suggestion. This is a decision based on my own judgment."
Ito's face was extremely grim. He stared straight at Serizawa for a long time without saying a word.
"All right! You heard the man. That's the way it is." Reigen propped himself up on his knees. He walked over to his desk by the window and opened his laptop.
"Why…" Ito muttered.
"Let me give you a free piece of advice." Reigen said, "No matter how good you are, the most important thing is humanity. That's why you failed today."
"Hmph, don't bother." Ito picked up his briefcase and turned to leave. Serizawa hurried after him.
"Wait, Ito-san. You're going to night school, right? Let's go together."
Ido paused for a moment, looked back at Serizawa, examined him up and down as if for the first time, "Serizawa-san, you're a surprise to me. I guess my judgment is still too narrow."
Ito suddenly smiled. Somehow, it felt more genuine than ever, not hiding his ambition at all.
"One day, I will make you recognize my company. Then you'll regret your decision and beg me to take you in. Wait for it!"
"Yes! I'm looking forward to it, Ito-san."
"Enough talk. Let's go."
After they left, the office suddenly became very quiet. Dimple had long since left, leaving Reigen alone at his desk, his head propped up on his hands. He seemed bored, using the computer reluctantly.
The flickering, pale screen showed the Icefox window, currently open on an email page. Reigen scrolled through the inbox, skimming over countless spam emails and a few non-urgent help requests, to find a single email that looked relatively normal. It was from two days ago, with the subject line "For Arataka" and the sender listed as "Mom".
"Rely on you guys a little bit more… yeah?"
He moved the mouse, opened the email, and began composing a reply.
He had been relying on you for a long time, in every way. Reigen thought. It's just that he's a little too slippery for anyone to notice.

Was rereading IDO again(because reading is easier than writing when you are in constant pain) I think Chloé x Alya is the couple I've explored that shape each other the most. Not just in the obvious reformation, but little things. they pick up each other's habits. They try on the behaviors they *like* in each other, and they show via mimickry how they've been paying attention.
Just something I noticed, especially in the date chapter. All the ways they were already doing it before Alya realized what was happening. She was late to realize because open caring interaction is common in her home, so that line is less of a gap when it is crossed.
Thanks again for inspiring me to explore it. :)
For any of my followers who don't know what generalluxun is talking about, this is referring to In Direct Opposition:
Alya Cesaire is a brand new student to Francis Dupont, to Paris even. The first student she meets is one Chloé Bourgeois, and Alya is determined to make a friend. Things advance Chaotically. Her new 'friend' is definitely a handful, and suddenly Paris has a supervillain and two brand new superheroes! Alya finds herself balancing a lot of things, trying to live up to her ideals and those of her icons. And then reality seems to contradict itself. As time progresses it seems to happen more often. Becoming a hero, battling villains, staying alive, working through friendships. Something is lurking, tweaking events at times, changing them, and no one seems aware. Alya will need all her wits to get to the bottom of this. Her investigative mind can only get her so far though, and then she needs to rely on her friends. This is not a foe you can beat head on.
Yeah I agree! I love how both Alya and Chloe affected each other, how they grew together. Of course Chloe's was more noticeable and happened first, but Alya's was still significant, with her committing to trying to get Chloe to be a better person. I loved how you had them BOTH grow, it wasn't just Alya "fixing" Chloe, it felt more organic and helped sell their relationship as being good for both of them later in the fic! Thanks for writing it!
