Anyways yeah! Bombom females are amazing, like looking at who's he drawn, I didn't even realize he drew some of my favorite females 😭. There's Babylon, Arc (is Arc female? Or just straight nonbinary?), my queen Christine (even tho I'm gay but like 🙏), Maria, female protag (I love her so much. She's my favorite to use cause who doesn't like strong woman). So yeah, bombom defender here too! Also, the hands thing? Honestly same. Hands suck ASS to draw 10/10 do not recommend. So I understand his pain.

Also Arc must be protected at all costs. They're a sweetie pie who needs love and affections 🙏

Gosh, I may not use MC2 as often as MC1, but she's like wow, you know. I know it's such a plain student design like the other designs, but there's just something special going on here.

I think Arc is supposed to be non binary, but the game has or had them clocked as female despite using they/them pronouns for them 💀. They are very cute regardless and needed to be mentioned!! That Little Red Riding Hood outfit is down right adorable and they're a badass when they get the spotlight. I love that Bab's isn't only motherly, but also a bastard schemer. And just look at the details on both these outfits!!

I think Maria and Taromaiti are so cute and cool too. Like the way Maria carries her entire guild and is just so self-sacrificial and forgiving that it freaks out guys like Nyarl and Kirito is so goofy and based, I love her. And Taromaiti fighting gender roles and garnering an army of feral lesbian simps? Based. We don't see much of her, but she's always so kind and tries to be understanding when we do 😖❤

Hi, I just wanted to say that I love Belladonna. And I ADORE Retsu!

I really love her name as well, it reminds of Retsu Unohana from Bleach and my brain was just like 'i have connected the dots' even though I didn't connect anything 🤣. Her human form looks so much like Yōhime, it's so cute. Also, how she was fully ready to go all Machiavellian on Rikuo if Gyūki didn't.

Also her Kuromaru and Ibaraki Dōji trauma is real. Everything is like "oh this situation is not as bad as with the two then it's fine". Miss girl, there's setting the bar low and setting the bar so low that Sanmoto can reach it from hell.

ALSO THE MULAN REFERENCE WHEN RIKUO FELL FOR AN ILLUSION. GAAAAH I LOVE IT. Considering Nurarihyon is an Aizen-like illusion youkai, shame on you indeed, Rikuo!

When I first started this story, I had pondered for quite a while on what MC’s name should be. I know I’d like to keep the Nura family’s tradition of having their descendants’ name start with a “Ri” sound as a nod at Nurarihyon, but there weren’t many names starting with a “Ri” sound that really called out to me. Then I remembered the running gag that is Yōhime’s volcanic temper and kinda wanted their granddaughter’s name to have something that included both her predecessors. So I looked up on names with a more fiery meaning and ended up with “Rekka” and “Retsu”. The latter name rhymed better with Nura so hence, how Nura Retsu was born. 🤣

While I was searching, I also found Retsu Unohana from Bleach and she’s Soul Society’s best healer and a fearsome master swordsman, so that’s when I thought, “I think that’s the one, that’s the name.” 🤩

Young Rihan is practically a male version of his mother, and he’s a cute kid until he opened his mouth, and everyone goes, “He’s got her looks, but everything else is all Nurarihyon.” I thought it’d be funny for the Nura Clan to see a repeat this. There goes a small and cute Retsu, running around in the gardens, lulling the members into a false sense of serenity, “Awww~ look a mini-Yōhime”, but NOPE, her sense of humour is all Nurarihyon. Impending headache. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Glad you liked the part about Gyūki. 😆🤣 I mean, Retsu’s desperate, not as desperate as poor ol’ Gyūki yet, but she’s getting there if Rikuo doesn’t snap outta it soon.

When I got back home after my two hours visit at the book store, I did laundry and cooking. Cooked some rice with pumpkin and carrot, and added some tomato sauce, olive oil, and soy sauce. And a single mozzarella because I didn't realise that the package is empty...

Cooked so much that I ate it again for lunch on 26th, this time with tofu, and then even again on 26th as my dinner, but added more pumpkin.

Doesn't look too good but it was decent enough to eat and filled the stomach - all I could ask for. Lasted so long!

Also had this absolutely amazing mochi, from a nearby konbini as a snack, as well as a matcha parfait a bit later, on 25th. The dark spots in the mochi are beans! And together with the bean paste inside it's very delicious, so chewy and sweet. Even though I like matcha, the top part of the parfait with the matcha cream was too intense for me. But since it's parfait, I just ate the upper part with the lower layers and then I found it to be delicious too. There's three types of mochi at the top, and those were also really delicious, with the beige one tasting the best 😋 though I have no idea what flavour it is, lol

In the night I ate this Häagen Dazs ice cream - sweet potato flavour. And what should I say. It's the most amazingly delicious ice cream I've ever eaten. The first bite made my taste buds explode. It tastes sweet but also with the typical sweet potato flavour and it's really just amazing, that I wanna savour every single spoonful. Have to stock up, hehe (and get poor 😭)

I also got to know that it's not only sweet potato season currently (as is easy to realise with all this much food that is offered with sweet potato flavour currently...) but also the my Prefecture Ibaraki is the biggest producer of sweet potatoes in Japan! Biggest producer and exporter, isn't that cool? Hehe

On 26th, my go-to dessert was this Belgian Chocolate Parfait from Ministop. The chocolate taste was great, bit sweet, but it's parfait, so I allowed it to be sweet. The most amazing part were the small cake crumbs (on the left) 🤤 This parfait had everything, cream, cake crumbs, chocolate, nuts, actual dough layer, mousse, ...

And not to compare, but I did enjoy it more than the matcha parfait - but I do have to admit I love chocolate and am very biased.

That concludes my food days, which consisted mainly of food, because first I was missing information on my documents and then the next day the administration office was closed when I wanted to submit my documents....

I love momiji so genuinely much no one understands me

My opinions here are going to be a bit more open ended since we dont have sp momiji in global yet, but overall momiji has been one of my favorites since the beginning esp with her dynamic over shuten and ibaraki. And i say Over instead of With for a reason, bc i think she cldve had legitimate power if she wanted to LOL

From what i DO know of sp momiji, her bg is honestly Very similar to what i personally had for her? The only exception is that i never made her have a fiance, just that her dad was a genuine asshole and abusive. So apollo slammed me with the dodgeball on that, BUT another key thing that sp momiji doesn't do is fucking murk the entire family + fiance? I think she shouldve killed everyone & i think this is where my opinion on her gets "controversial" to some

I do want her to love herself! I want her to fully accept who she is and Love who she is, but she is still a being of spite. I want her to genuinely injure one of the seimeis. I want her to curse orochi-- and should that mf try anything again, this could lead to her temporarily siding with seimei. But i also just want her to kill jst bc she can. Idc. Literally every single woman in onmyoji that kills kills for some form of love. And ARGUABLY i would say this is still killing out of love, but love for herself, not for a man or as a mother or even as a sibling. For Herself. My god

I also kind of wish her relationship with shuten was more sinister? In my rewrite for mt oe a Lot of her relationship built with amnesia era shuten is over their bonding in hunting/eating humans & its messy. It becomes an unhealthy obsession on both sides that builds up and spills over the more desperate shuten gets for her, and she only takes advantage of it in order to get to seimei, and even holds it over ibaraki as shuten listens to what she tells him to do. I think shuten would be the first man To listen, but its still out of sexual desire that momiji is well aware of. She strings him along until she gets sick of him, and until seimei gets sick of Her.

It couldve brought in SO many interesting things to the plot-- demons on mt oe worshipping Her as the new demon king, seeing how "easily" she was able to bend shuten to her will, the noble family she's from hailing on seimei and trying to rebel against the Minamotos seeing as he used to be apart of the clan, on top of trying to exterminate Mt Oe once again upon finding out shuten is latched onto her. Like she couldve had So much power built up over people ans be a genuine antagonist to Seimei if she was given time to develop further, ESPECIALLYYYYY over mt oe

And the fact that Shuten isnt even addressed in sp momiji event as far as i know . . . . Like in canon i want him to at least compensate her for emotional distress. LMFAO. But of all times they actually wldve had a reason to give shuten screen time they just didnt and it makes me so mad 😭😭 mf will pop up in other parts of the world to stick his nose in but wont come apologize to the woman he harassed for god knows how long.

It's funny how in Tetsuya's Valentine SQ he says how MC is risking a guild war against the Outlaws if they keep going back in Kabukicho. Someone need to tell him how his entire guild is fond of MC. They're a friend for Suzuka, Ellie and Ibaraki by respect and for saving them, a lord/boss for Tetsuox, Marchosias, Gyobu and Shino, and a good vessel of a beloved little brother for Tsukuyomi. Tetsuya's the only one who dislike MC (not surprising since he was a friend of Kirito XD)

Tetsuya doesn't even actually dislike them, he just thinks their hard headedness is annoying af and he's overeacting about his guild 😭. Literally nobody cares if MC shows up in Kabukicho. They ALWAYS do it and each time someone vouches for them instead of throwing them out or nobody cares.
